Misleading Sales Reps!! I met with an AT&T representatives who offered me a promotion to upgrade my phone and within the offer the representative ensured me that by upgrading my phone he would be able to reduce my current monthly rate by switching plans. He also had me sign a contract that showed how my bill would be reduce by $10. It sounded like a great offer so I signed up. However, when I received my bill the amount actually increased by almost $40 (this was after all the retro active charges and device transfer credits were applied). I’m extremely upset by the misleading and unethical practices demonstrated by this individual. I would have never agreed to the upgrade if it wouldve result in me paying more money. I would greatly appreciate it if management could help resolve this matter.
