Nate the pharmacist is garbage and straight up lied about refilling a medication because he is lazy. Went to a different Walgreens and the medication was filled.
The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I had an almost degrading experience from the manager who did not try to solve my issue at all. It’s as if they want people to stop coming here. The young girl at the register should be mindful of how loud she’s talking about customers.
I didn’t get his name but one of the cashiers was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I also work in retail so I understand he might have been really tired because it was around 8:00 pm or so when I stopped in. (he might have been there all day I mean I dont know his situation). Anyways I asked him if he was open so I can check out and he didn’t say a word to me. He scanned my item and then completely walked away from the register which I thought was really odd and kind of rude. Then on the way out I tried to be polite anyways and I told him to have a good night to which he made a weird noise as a response. Normally I don’t come online and leave bad reviews but the way he interacted with me made me feel less than and that I didn’t matter as a customer. Like I said I work in retail but being tired isn’t an excuse to ignore your customers.

Walgreens is always a great place for a quick visit. There is always something you need, and they have it! Super friendly staff. Really quick check out. Always something on sale. Fabulous candy aisle.
I went in to get water, and the life water was marked 2 for 3. When the cashier rang them up, the came up for $6. Phil the manager said the where in the wrong place and said it was my job to read the fine print, and refused to give them to me for the price marked. After I told him it wasnt my job to read the fine print and had he and his employees been doing their job this would not have happened. He then picked up my water and said I could not have them!!!! This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever seen!!!!
I waited in line this morning (1st. In line) for 10 minutes with nobody to help.They just left.After 10 mins I left.Not coming back.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up my photo from the photo dept that I ordered and was supposed to be ready an hour before I arrived. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come acknowledge me and then another 10 for the person to make an attempt to get my order ready. He told me it’d be another “second” before it was ready. I asked if it would be best for me to come back in 20 minutes and he said yes so I left and came back and the person at the photo department asked which order was mine, when I told him he immediately said that I’d have to wait another hour because the machine has had technical issues all day. I asked if he would call me if it wasn’t ready and he acted like that was the worst thing in the world. On my way out I asked to speak with the store manager Stephany who had attitude right away. I explained that I thought the order would be ready and now I have to wait another hour and she told me that the pick up times are a promise and not a guarantee. She continued to walk away from me while I was still speaking with her so I asked for a guarantee that I could pick up my photo in an hour and that’s when the person in the photo dept yelled across the store that their machine was down and I’d have to submit my order somewhere else. So cool Walgreens, glad that you left me leaving the store super annoyed 👍🏼Never going back.
Worst customer service,especially in the photo department. Clearly the employees have no experience and the self service machines are outdated, one has been broken for months and the other has been having problems. Wasted 25 minutes for nothing.

Wouldnt even give one star, impolite and unhelpful cashier, her name is Cricket and unprofessional customer service. What is happing to this store ? If these people are not happy with their jobs and their customers, they should not go to work. There are many people out there need jobs.
No pharmacist on duty today, really? Had a medication for an eye injury forwarded Rx there by the provider, only to find the pharmacy closed when I get there. Have to call provider back and have Rx transferred elsewhere and wait there for 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing.

Was not happy with the pharmacy, felt demeaned, untrusted, and doubted while filling my script. Had to have my dr call for them to dispense, although the script was completely legitimate. like the hours, will probably be back, but do believe the pharmacist could be much more helpful, instead he appeared to combat me at every corner. This is the second time I have been in, and the second time it has happened. Pharmacies need rules set in stone, not interpretations set forth by people wanting to play Dr.

If you have the patience to wait to speak to the pharmacist when you order your refill, I highly commend you do. Any time I have ever spoken to the technicians I am given the wrong information and my prescription is never right or ready!!! I have told them 100 times I’m allergic to the generic version of my birth control yet they’ve filled it and given it to me a dozen times! Do you people not look at a persons file?? Today I was told when I called that they had my brand in and it would be ready in an hour. I got there an hour later and the girl at the window said she was giving me the generic because they don’t have my brand. I said nooooo you’re not giving me the generic and why was I told an hour ago you had it?? She told me the calls go to a call center in Miami and she’s sorry I was misinformed - after I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I said no I didn’t talk to anyone in Miami, I talked to someone here - I recognized her voice. She argued that was not true. I drove off, called the sameeee number for the store I call every time and pressed 0 for the pharmacy where the same IDIOT pharmacy tech answered. I asked if this as a call center or the store and she said the store. I said so this isn’t a call center in Miami?? She said no... this pharmacy sucks, technicians are rude and incompetent and shouldn’t be handling people’s medicine.
I misplaced the bottle containing the last four tablets of a prescription I had gotten there last Wednesday. I asked the pharmacist if I could buy four tablets (the prescription was $4.00). He said I would need to contact my doctor and he would need to prescribe four tablets which I lost. REALLY? This is totally ridiculous and would not have cost the store any lossI guess losing a regular Customer is not important to this company. Shame on you!

I purchased a Stuido 35 Beauty face mask (coconut one) and got an all over chemical burn on my face!! This was today. If this thing let me upload pictures I would. It was painful and scary.
This store used to be awesome I should know I used to work there. Its not the employees its corporate they have ruined this 24 hour store by shutting down the pharmacy at night.

Floridas Law is kind of tough on pharmacist which makes them question every prescription, however once they get used to you coming things get better. service is always.
Would give 0 stars. Terrible service from cashier. What is happening to Walgreens? it seems to only be at a decline as far as employees and service are concerned.
This Walgreens in particular has the rudest pharmacy staff that I have ever experienced. I go out of my way to use another Walgreens for my medications.

I guess if you need a pack of smokes or a 12 pack of beer this store works for you, but getting a prescription filled or information from the pharmacy is almost impossible over 1/2 hr on the phone waiting 3 more calls ask to speak to the manager his answer we are understaffed....hire some people !!!!
