I hired them to install 4 large hurricane sliding glass doors. They did a great job. Moe was an excellent installer. Material del was slow, but I cant blame them, as the COVID supply chain was a mess...When the doors finally came in, the were onsite within days. Good customer service. After the city inspection, 2 guys (Don and Wagner) came out for final tuning of guides, latches etc. Very happy with the job

I did not go with them for my window replacement due to my interactions with their sales person. He did not wear a mask upon entering my home, did not have any examples or product to show. He hurriedly measured my windows and left without asking if I had any questions. I then had to pester the company for him to get me my quote, three business days after he stated he would have it to me. He did not quote me for what I asked for and then when he did, made a mistake and had to update it. This alone did not give me confidence that this is a company I should trust with replacing my windows.

Tyler and John installed 3 new impact resistant windows that we bought from Rice 3 month ago. The windows are spectacular and reasonably priced but its more about Tyler & John. He was punctual, courteous, and overall was a true professional who went the extra mile to take care of the issue. Tyler and Ronnie from Rice installed two doors at our home today. They arrived on time, were professional and did an excellent job.

Ben and Jan arrived in PLCA in Bonita Springs. They carefully removed old windows. No dirt in house. Plastic wrapped the glass in case it would break, it did not.Inserted new windows in opening hole and used big long screws at top and sides to hold them in. I appreciate no holes on bottom as that is where leaks can occur. Then the windows were caulked carefully and very smoothly. I had inside shutters so caulking inside took special care. It looked beautiful. I would recommend Rice Windows their bid was the lowest of three and the windows identical for all three bids. All windows are made in the same plant. Though each company infers they make the windows. I got double glass Hurricane resistant and we were stunned when all outside noise was eliminated. A great experience with a top notch informed office crew that coordinates it all to our crazy schedule.PS one bid for the same windows was 4 times higher by a competitor.PS was pleased that there were night locks on the windows which offers additional security and safety for small children.

They installed a hidden screen door and several state of the art custom built hurricane rated Bermuda shutters. The work was meticulous. The installer, Jim was a joy to watch, a real craftsman. Jim is a rare find in today’s workmen . He spends time making sure you understand any operation that goes along with his work.

We had a great experience from Rice from the Salesman Eric to the installers John and Wagner. We had hurricane rated doors installed, including front door, 2 sliders, one accordion slider and a slider window. The installers worked very well together, they were professional, clean and detailed oriented.

Don from Rice WIndows and Doors came out this morning to take care of some warranty work on a sliding glass door and a couple of windows. He was on time, professional and took care of the issues quickly. He wore foot coverings and a mask without being asked.

Jim and Joshua actually did the installation and without question, it was an OUTSTANDING job all the way around. Took 4 different installers to put in our sliders. Door handles fell off 2x. Took months to get it completed and now the paint is already coming off the new handles. Choose someone else to doyour sliders.UPDATE. ..after seeing my review the manager came out personally to see the problem. He sent Mike, one of his best workers to install another handle. He also cleaned all the sliders inside and out and cleaned all the vinyl frames. The sliders now look great and we are happy that they made it right. Unlike some companies, they took the time to make us happy customers.

Don and Wagner went over and above to fix the gasket on the slider, and made sure that the doors locked, as well. They were just scheduled to fix the gasket, but they made sure that the sliders worked completely and tested everything. Great job!
