Brought my Challenger in recently for warranty service and had a great experience. I was able to save a trip there for the initial diagnosis of the issue by explaining the problem by email and they ordered the parts prior to my arrival. They also adjusted the belt free of charge as a courtesy. Im glad to see that they seem to have ironed out the issues I was running into in he past with them as I havent always had the best experience at Stus. Those prior issues are the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 🌟 review.

I went to look at several different brands and models, unsure what I might choose or if Id choose anything at all. Jeff talked to me and got an understanding of what I was interested in and started lining bikes up outside the front door for me to ride. I rode them back to back, making comparison easy. I was almost sure I wanted an Indian until I rode the Triumph Bobber. I bought the Triumph. There was no pressure or games. Everyone there was polite and professional making the overall experience a good one. I would and will recommend Stus to anyone who asks or that I know is in the market for a new or used bike. I came down to Florida this week to decompress before starting a new job back home in Chicago. I rented a motorcycle from Stu’s to help with the experience.I believe I made the right choice finding Stu’s.Lucky 🍀 Goodwin, the rental coordinator handled my rental. Wow 🤩 what a nice guy! Lucky had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. No pressure no problem.I rented a Scout and Lucky mentioned topping off the gas ⛽️ about every 90 miles. Don the parts and service manager was a life saver. My son and I are on a 4,000 mile trip and are 1,200 miles in when my fob won.t work. He took the fob and after a half an hour it was working like new. If I could get me new fob from him I would but I live in CT and they are Fort Myers FL.This dealership is great while waiting I was able to talk with a couple of the salesmen and they really know their stuff.If I lived in this area I would stop by as they are friendly knowledgeable and helpful! Take it from someone who is a serious motorcylcle gear head and own 9 bikes, this dealer is amazing!!!
Like Stephanie Gallaghers review from 2 wks ago, the experience is very similar for me as well from delivery of bike to finalization of paperwork. Moral of the story, buyer beware especially if youre buying from out of state. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Chief Vintage from Doug back in July and we literally were just able to get it registered in our state today 2 months after the fact. Title/taxes should never be this painstakingly slow.Once they have the sale completed, youre at the mercy of a combative incompetent Title person (Polly) who only is concerned with the State of Florida and shifts your paperwork to an out of state Title company with hidden fees and a business manager who has their front desk screen phone calls by asking for your last name.
Its closed on Sundays and Mondays. Will go back tomorrow. Went back on Tuesday beautiful store. The sales lady helped me pick out the correct size helmet, showed me how to use it, place it correctly on. She was super. Would definitely go back if I needed other things.

Brought my 2019 Chieftain for oil and filter change this past Tuesday. Mr Don Rosio was always accommodating and helped with all my concerns. I bought some merchandise too and Don was very patient in processing my check-out since he had to make 2 invoices. I always get the best service at Stus.
After having a terrible experience at a local Harley dealership, we went to Stus to look at Indian motorcycles. The styling has always been a favorite. The opposite experience happened at Stus as we felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and out sale person Doug was very experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Even though the other dealer tried to get us to come back, we knew we found the perfect place to buy our first bike. The communication afterwards, and the delivery were equally great. My specific experiences have been with your Service Writer/Technician Don.Don has really given a hands on approach to getting things done.He is really good and genuine in everything as well as his customer relations. My impression is that Don is a valuable asset to this dealership.
If you have read most of the reviews they talk about Jenny and Jeff. There is a reason for that! A buddy of mine and I went shopping for helmets. Stus was the first stop. Jenny took the time to explain all the features of the helmets they had and if I wanted a different one she could order it. We went to rock star HD then to sun sports. Sun sports had the same helmet that I was eyeing at Stus.The customer service Jenny provided we went back to Stus and bought from her. Jeff talked about some of the bikes and when the time comes for another bike purchase, he will be the guy I go to.
Doug took care of me from the minute we met. He understood what I needed and made it happen. Everyone in the dealership was so helpful, Don was able to find the parts I needed to make my new bike mine!

IMO Polaris makes Indian Motorcycles great, however their dealer network is questionable at best. My former serving dealer (in Pinellas county) is among the worst in the group and don’t hide it.It was a pleasure to find Stu’s and Don the service manager. I explained my absurd tale from the hack dealer who last serviced the bike.Don even apologized for them, I understand because being lumped with a dealer who doesnt care, reflects poorly on all.Super pleased to report that Don and his team went through my 2017 Indian Roadmaster and righted all the wrongs the former dealer was guilty of.Fortunately, I was lucky and didnt have any mishaps while riding,Thanks to Don and his crew I have confidence for my next trip out west in 2 months.Stu’s will have all my business and when I’m ready to buy a new Indian (again), they will be my first stop.Thank you for restoring my confidence in Indian dealers & my own motorcycle.
Reason for 4 and not 5 is I am very happy with the service and parts people so far... Sales not so much...Parts and service guys/gal have been awesome... While I was there to get a scheduled maintenance on the bike, they were training a new parts/service employee and the trainer was talking and showing them through every detail that needed to be done from the how to look up the appointment, service, what parts needed. Seemed like a good trainer.Bike was done and part/service guy walked me to the back to get the bike and we talked about a few things such as stage 1 kit, handle bars, etc...Thank you Stus
From the time I sent in a price request to the time I pulled away with my new Chief, everyone at this store made me feel like family. Visited 3 other Indian dealers before here and wish Id not wasted my time and went here first. Top notch and first rate! Thanks guys!
Great workshop worked on my bike with eas even when I brought it in all apart they managed to track down every part fix my bike and assemble it within 1 month and when Im saying the bike was apart in parts they gave me a great deal and always kept me updated definitely would come back they have a pick up and delivery just in case you cant move ur bike and its cheap to make a long story short got my bike back runs like a beast
It pains me to have to write a negative review 3 months after my good experience of purchasing a preowned bike. I waited to write a positive review for two reasons: delivery to GA and Title to the bike. This store went from a 5 Star review to a negative 5 Star reviewFirst, my partner, Sarah purchased the bike from Doug and the experience was pretty darn good! We live in Georgia and travelled to Stu’s because She liked the bike they had online. Once she paid for the bike, the service level dropped dramatically.Delivery: Doug promised her bike would be at our home in GA by the following Tuesday. Perfect! She made arrangements for an adult to be at our home to receive the bike. We expected a call of address confirmation on Monday….crickets…When Doug returned my call, he apologized and said he would get back to me. Crickets….. I could go on how many times Doug broke his word on calling me back, promising the delivery company would be great etc. 2 weeks later, the delivery company finally picked up the bike. 5 weeks later…..yep 7 weeks later…..it arrived….not on an enclosed truck as promised but on an open trailer. The Fairing was damaged from flying debris. Not happy at all. Doug promised to pay for the damage. That’s another story. Bike arrived without a temporary Tag. Not good! After several calls, a temp Tag was emailed to me. Cool, at least I can ride it.Title: We were told that Polly would be sending the title to Georgia Tag Office (DMV) and generally would arrive by the time the Temp Tag expires. Cool! Well, the tag expired and GA had no information on my bike. They sent us back to Stu’s Indian Dealership for answers. We got the runaround again. “Waiting for the Title from Oklahoma” “Shipped to the wrong address from Oklahoma to the dealership “, It was overnighted to Tag Office on 8/17/21”, it will be there Wednesday. Nope! Please provide a tracking number….I will call you back… crickets…Next week….same thing, and the next and the next and the next.Went to Tag Office today expecting that people are good, most don’t flat out lie….well I was lied to again. The tag has not arrived. Called Polly who could not and would not provide a tracking number. Unacceptable at this point. That’s why I am writing this review today. Don’t listen to the “salesperson”, do a gut check…you can find a bike at another dealership, don’t trust “their word” as truth or accurate.I have been unable to ride my bike since 7/21/21.Here’s the thing…I (Stephanie, my Google account) work in Sales at a Motorcycle Shop and I sell preowned bikes almost daily. I know exactly how long the process takes and understand the delays can happen. Even with preowned bikes from out of state.Heck, maybe Polly was out on vacation for a week or was sick, but this dealership is fairly large and you would think that someone would handle the Accounting Office functions. JW apparently is that guy….never returns a call!Regardless, vacation, illness, tsunami should not change the truth. Tell me that you are unorganized, tell me the Title is delayed from the finance company (owned by Indian), tell me anything reasonable. Just don’t lie to me.So here my bike sits, gathering dust, waiting for a tag. GA did give me a temp tag for two weeks back in July, but can’t give me a second one.Think carefully before you give your hard earned money to Stu’s Indian Dealership. I won’t be recommending them in the future.Just so everyone knows, we just tried to call the dealership one last time for help, telling them that I am going to post a negative review, my call was sent to JW and went to VM.
I’ve been riding for 50 years and dealt with many many dealerships. If I could give a 10 star I would. By far the best dealership experience from start to finish in my lifetime. Doug, JW, Marco and the entire staff have been stellar. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Awesome Indian Motorcycle dealer...Super polite folks...not a high pressure sales group and extremely well equipped with some serious motorcycle vehicular art and super well supplied with gear. Several of us bought some Tee shirts and a variety of gear. We pulled up on Saturday morning ride and enjoyed hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and water while enjoying the Bikes and perusing the super swank showroom. The food is on the house for browsers...and donations are accepted. Rebecca and Kaylie were cooking up a storm. I can highly recommend this location for an Indian Motorcycle and one of our 11 riders bought a brand new 2021 Indian a couple days prior. Check it out and Blessings in the meantime JMAC 😉🇨🇮😎

My wife and I rented from Stus in Fort Myers for the second time and had the most amazing customer service experience!We rented an Challenger Dark Horse and got out about 50 miles out and the clutch was not acting right. I called and spoke with Don in service and he told us that he would send another bike up to us. We requested the Springfield Dark Horse. The bike arrived and Marco was the driver who dropped the new bike off for us. Marco was courteous and helpful even though he had to drive an hour and a half to exchange the bikes. He made sure the bike was in perfect running condition. Unfortunately, my wife felt that the wind was too much without the windshield and wasnt comfortable continuing the ride. We turned the bike around and returned the bike to the dealership. Jeff greeted us with a smile upon our return to the dealership. I have been dealing with him since my first visit to the dealership. He is always friendly and willing to take the time to answer any Indian related questions I might have. They immediately prepped the Challenger Limited. Marco handled the exchange professionally and kindly even though we were bringing back another bike and almost anyone would have been exasperated. He was so nice about the exchange. Don even got on the ground under the bike and adjusted the clutch to ensure that our ride was perfect. I have never experienced such amazing service across any industry. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. We hand it to Webb and his crew for all being amazing every time! They are like family and treat their clients like they are part of the family and dont hesitate to go above and beyond! I would definitely rent from them again!

Very impressive set up they have here. Clean, modern, well staffed, well stocked. Knowledgeable staff. Doug C was a pleasure to deal with. Low pressure, and extremely personable. I was offered a FTR1200S test ride (the bike Im interested in). Super low pressure sales approach. I had all the time to examine, question, and test. Cant recommend enough if youre serious about Indian or Triumph.PS: Even the bathrooms were immaculate!

After I had an major accident, I had my Indian Chieftain brought to Stus to get repaired. Don and Andy (parts) were more than helpful identifying damage to my insurance company. Don gave me a realist timeline for parts of 45-60 days because of the painted parts. Most of them can in early and they got the repairs started instead of waiting until all the parts came in saving time later on. There was part that is delayed but they were able to show me my bike almost complete which inspired me to do a couple upgrades. Don even tried to find a way to temporarily get me back on the road but it just didnt workout. I appreciate his efforts and honesty through the process. I joined the local Indian Motorcycle Riders Club when I bought my new Indian. This helped me get to know the Stus team better. I didnt realize that the people at Stus would become a family to me and not just a motorcycle dealer.
Andy took the time to listen to my needs and made it happen, Im in S.C. so he knew I was not a regular local and it did not matter, he took care of my parts. that kind of service is hard to find, thanks again

What started out as a service appointment turned into a whole new group of friends and a fantastic deal on a new Speedmaster. Darkness and A-Rod gave us incredible personal attention, Pete answered all our service concerns, Rich was very gracious, and Doug and Webb took the time to come over and introduce themselves. I love stopping in at Stus! Everyone is just so REAL and down to earth. I do however engage in retail therapy far to much when I do visit. All their products are well organized, clean and very attractive. If I had a question, it was quickly answered and/or offered an alternative. A. I have been involved with Stus Motorcycle dealership even before they moved into their new building. I attended their Grand Opening at the Millennium Brewery. Since that time Stus has exceeded my expectations of bring product quality and service to Fort Myers, Florida. The awesome show room is incredible. I have had my motorcycle serviced, repaired and have bought many clothing items from Stus. I have found my experiences to be very pleasant and rewarding when I deal with Stus Motorcycles.
Just have to give a big shout out to Leia and the rest of the team at Stus. We got an email about a $5 oil change. Hubby couldnt believe it, so he had to call and sure enough it was only $5. He called Leia and she said bring it on in, we got you!! Sure enough I took it in, they had me out in less then an hour and ONLY $5. We do a lot of business with Stus and have never been let down. I just wish I could have bought my bike from them but they were not even open at the time. Glad they are here now and will always recommend Stus and Indian motorcycles.

Saw bike online. Called to confirm it was still available. Salesman requested pictures of my bike to assess trade, sent several pictures. Called back the next day, was told he would get back to me. Called the day after that, was told the same thing again..... its been over 2 weeks......

I had a very specific situation of being a military member living in Japan, moving to California and buying a bike in Florida. Doug was helpful through the process. While I did have some communication issues they were all related to the distance and time zone differences we had. He expedited all documents as best as he could and held strong through my familys transition back to the US. While shopping for a new bike, I was explicitly told by a salesman, that any bike not bought here will have a very hard time getting serviced. Youd be the last in line, there would be no part, and other fun stuff.Keep it in mind if youre considering this place for serivce.

I bought a beautiful Thruxton 1200 TFC on a whim. (My birthday) I own several motorcycles and didnt really need another one. I mention this because although I fell in love with the Thruxton, If anything became difficult, or wasnt as described, I was prepared to walk away. (shouldnt spend the money, etc.). I hadnt had the opportunity to see a Scout fairing on a bike yet and really wanted to see how it fit. Don put one on and it was actually my color. I will go back to this dealership to purchase the fairing. Kayley helped me with my T-shirt purchase, she was very upbeat and friendly.

I bought a beautiful Indian Scout today from Doug Cahn, Internet Sales Manager. Doug was great to work with. I pretty much rode every bike they had before picking this one (or something like that). Cant thank the staff at Stus Motorcycles enough. They have a beautiful dealership with a large inventory of new Triumph, Indian and used motorcycles to suit any motorcycle enthusiasts needs. Chris was very accommodating while I waited for service on my Triumph and invited me to demo ride two other Triumphs that interested me. Pete ran the diagnostic program for me and clearly explained the favorable results so that I had peace of mind my bike was running properly. Webb cooked up a cheeseburger and a Soda with chips. All in all, it was a very good experience.
