Fed Ex doesnt seem to have a way of letting a customer talk to a dispatcher or driver, so here it is. Twice this week a local driver has dropped off a package to 5540 Oak Ridge, Fort Myers Beach, Fl, 33931 instead of 5540 Rhode Island Place, Fort Myers Beach, Fl, 33931. Rhode Island Place joins Lazy Way one block away from Oak Ridge. Rhode Island Place is marked with a street sign. Rhode Island place shows up on all Google maps and on the county and state software. It has become a repetitive annoyance as this mistake happens every time there is a new driver. Please, try and get it right. Today is 07-28-21, tracking#2817 8795 8927 .

Does not follow instructions on delivery! Tired of them not following instructions and saying it is because they do not speak English which is not true zhow did they read the address if can not read English?

I have always been treated well at this location. It is smaller than the 41 store, so Ive been able to get to know some of the staff. They are very helpful.

Staff here are always very helpful. This place is really busy and they do a lot. Open till 7:30 pm. I believe the cut off time for next day delivery packages is 6:30 PM. Which works out and most punters can drop off after work. They will also take perishable, biological and hazardous goods packages. The only issue I have is the busy and narrow parking lot. Not easy to get around with my pickup truck in there. Truck is to reverse into your parking spot if you drive big vehicle.

FedEx did not deliver to the right location so the kept the package and will redeliver on Monday. This driver did not pay attention and must be retrained.Thanks for not delivering critical medicine and financial information. I was at my home and no one drove to my home to make the delivery as they stated on the status. Now you are closed until Monday and I have wasted a whole day.Why do we pay for poor service?

Others are complaining about FedEx lately, but not me. I dropped of with no problem and my package made it to where it needed to be on time.

I simply can NOT UNDERSTAND how hard is it to read the address on packages. I have had over 15 packages including important medication delivered to the wrong address. Despite the hundreds of complaints, they still do nothing about it. Companies should really stop using fedex for anything in Florida. Ft. Myers drivers suck.

The older gentleman working the front desk is very courteous and professional, the younger woman that was working there today with him, I wish I could say the same about, did not offer to assist in my situation, or even ask more details about what was going on, just told me she couldnt help me and that was it. I get its close to the holidays, but FedEx has already lost one of my $4000 packages, and still after 2 weeks nothing on that, then today this is the second package that has not been delivered. Very dissatisfied.

I LOVE working with FedEx!! I’ve been using them for decades actually, but through my Father’s & Brother’s Business, & now living in FL & being a Medically Retired/Disabled Paramedic/Firefighter, I do a lot of online shopping. I am a Professional Photographer & when my business was very busy(tends to be when my concentration was musicians, Fundraisers @ large music Events, & the ever so varying Motorcycle Lifestyle. Be it the ones born to ride, the hobbyists, the HUGE group rides coordinated by groups of Die-Hard bikers or Multiple annual, quarterly, or special event rides, that was my JAM!! I also did work for the surrounding cities, local Magazines, some Nationwide Periodicals... My point.. FedEx was ALWAYS THERE! I would have the most awkward shapes & sizes to be shipped, & they always made it easy! If I needed something across the nation to the opposite coast tomorrow morning, they got it there before sunrise!TIME FOR ME TO SET UP MY “NEW” BUSINESS ACCOUNT!! FedEx is that company you always want in your back pocket. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! I really appreciate your hard work!!

The absolute worst. Drive your package to the destination yourself. I always love it when you pay a company to do something and the the company asks you if you want insurance in case the company loses what you paid the company to do for you, with a straight face.

Lazy drivers waited all day for my packages and the driver decided to be lazy and say I wasn’t home just cuz he didn’t want to drive

Not happy with fedex at all. When you call them they do not have an actual person to talk to. The automated system is not helpful at all. And dont try to chat with them as it is all automated and no help at all.

Ok good in quick service

The drivers are incompetent. They do not know how to read addresses correctly. They steal your packages and say they delivered them. They make up documentation to state the delivery meanwhile my cameras dont show any driver on my property. When you call to speak to a supervisor they say they are the supervisor but cant give any information but for you to call the merchant that you purchased from. They dont pick up the phone in the local office claiming that they are busy but when you go there the depot is empty. Fed ex is the worst possible shipping place. A bunch of liars and incompetent people. A bunch of thieves if you ask. Never again will I use them. UNSATISFIED AND FED UP WITH FED EX!!!

Great and quick service. The employee was very helpful and accommodating. Had a quite large box to ship and they assisted in placing it on their ramp for easier movement. Very quick in and out service.

Super helpful staff. Thank you for always being willing to help me package something the safest way. Its SO convenient being able to overnight something until almost 8 PM every weeknight. Im so glad were granted access to this location because I usually have to ship things after work, and I dont get out until 6 or 7 PM every weekday.The staff is super helpful and often times dont charge for things like tape...where UPS upcharges A LOT.

Called to get some info, but person I talked to was hard to understand and didnt understand my questions since English was not their native language. Very frustrating.

FedEx driver fail to deliver my package, decide to return package and say don’t live there. Not even a second attempt. Have you camera for 15 seconds and you leave. Worst deliver driver in my area ever

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have contacted them three time to locate a package that has not been delivered or even attempted to be delivered. They will not help the customers with locating a shipment and you cannot reach anyone at the location that they say your shipment is supposed to be at. I am less than a hour from their location and their is no way to get my package.

Was there right about 9:00 everything went smooth, girl at the desk was so nice in helping because I havent used FedEx myself in a year.

They delivered today where I was and their driver whomever delivered to Grandmas Grove just dropped off 8 packages to one place and didn’t go around to the places they went and the little elderly lady had to deliver the packages to the people cause this driver was too lazy to go around to the find the lot numbers on them, it’s sad that people don’t care about other peoples stuff, my son girlfriend ordered a package and the driver was going to throw her package from the truck to the porch until my son walked out and he said oh I didn’t know if anyone was home, they need to rethink on who pays their salaries it’s the people who order stuff and if they don’t want to work or do the job right maybe go else where or be a damn bum

Beware of ignorant driver for FedEx.On Saturday June 22, 2019 at 10:42 A.M.Location Walgreens parking lot @ Colonial and Treeline.Female, Caucasian driver parked her FedEx truck across diagional several parking spots including the last open handicap accessable desinated parking spot.My husband used his horn to let her know we were trying to pull in that particular spot.She waved at us, then blocked us from parking and went inside Walgreens to conduct her business. Totally ignored the fact she had no right to block those parking spaces, especially the handicap accesses parking.Really cant believe that FedEx would allow that conduct.We use this company in our business, generate a large revenue.We will have to re-think our business approach with FedEx if they have this type of employees.Sincerely a handicapped individual.

After Hurricane IRMAS rathe this FedEx location went out of their way to locate my package even when the power was down. I went there and they found out which driver is assigned to my area. After his shift. They pulled it off the truck. Package received. !!

At this poin,t you get one star. Your driver who was to deliver packages to my home, from my medical doctor have stolenmy medical supplies. You have places located in Fort Myers. And yet you give no local number to call you.You call that one 800 number for service and I was basically told that I was stealing the parts. Very unprofessional. I would you recommend to have your packages shipped through UPS. You also have United States Postal Service that will get you packages to you. This will be the last time I will have FedEx shipping anything for me or to me.So for your Professional Services that you do not know how to provide, this is why you was served a one-star. Onto which if I could take that start back you dont even deserve the store.

Fed-ex delivery drivers are all contractors. They are lazy and do not even ring the doorbell or knock they are so afraid of a little tiny dog! The guy I talked to on at least 5 occasions where he left door tags and did not knock or ring the bell and repeatedly caused delays in my getting my packages was not even affected by the 20 or so phone calls to his boss. He just keeps on doing it. This time he screwed me out of $4K. This company will not ever get another penny of my money! FEDEX is over priced crap service! NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE FEDEX!! THEY SUCK!

Spent HOURS on the phone trying to locate my package that did not arrive on the date promised. I was re-directed to my local post office, then back to the FedEx office. It turns out that my package had been sitting in their office all day but no one had scanned it in, therefore it had not been sent to the post office to be delivered to my home.I desperately needed the box today, on the date promised, but alas, FedEx failed me.
