Metro self storage went the extra yard to make sure I had the right accommodation for my boat. The customer service was top notch. I would like to extend and extra Thank you and farewell to Jeff and have a great time fishing on your retirement . Both Jeff and Shawanda were extremely pleasant to work with. Keep up the great job.

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Metro Self Storage has been very pleasant and helpful. I am electronically challenged and the gal in the office was so patient with me helping me to receive the paperwork needed to secure our spot. I would definitely recommend Metro to anyone!

Young woman showed me multiple storage units so I could decide what would work best. Prices are not unreasonable. Easy access 24x7. Looks safe.

The rental of the storage space was easy. I was able to do most of it online and then just stopped by the site to sign the paperwork the next day and be shown how to access my space. Jeff was super helpful. This location has secure 24 hour access, good lighting and all sizes of climate controlled storage units. I was very pleased with this experience.

I am a previous tenant. I knew exactly where I wanted to return, to store my items again. Metro Storage is extremely well kept, and has very dry storage units, Freshly paved parking lots, Great lighting and great security. They even have a fresh water wash-down if youre just storing your boat. Staff has always been extremely friendly and very helpful. I will store here until I no longer live here. :-)

The office staff is great, however I had a problem, I had rodent damage to my wiring, I had it stored at metro, I hadn’t moved it before the damage happened, but it’s hard to say if it happened there .

Open 24/7 but its next door to Violia = smells like hot garbage..always. - But theyve got a really great on site manager that will do everything she can to make sure youre taken care of... Hats off to her - Bravo Kate. Youre appreciated.👍

Good place to store your extra stuff

I have called multiple times trying to pay my storage fee, but they refuse to take payments via the phone. The website has been down and will not allow me to update my creditcard. Their only option is to come in or I will be assessed late fees. They refuse to understand I dont live there (which is why I have the storage unit) and am unable to pay in person. When i call the corporate office, they acknowledged that the website is not working properly and you are unable to make payments or update your information. To threaten a customer with fees because you refuse to accept their payments and your website is down is ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I accidentally left the door to my storage unit locked in the open position. Within a few hours I received an e-mail from the office advising me of the situation, and I was able to secure the unit in short order.
