I went to all the big box stores and felt like I was being robbed and just a number. When I walked into Mattress Connection I could tell I was treated differently. They definitely beat the pants off their competition with pricing...plus I didnt feel obligated and pressured to buy. I would check out this place if you are buying a new bed.

Had new adjustable bed and MLILY Fusion Luxe mattress delivered about 3 weeks ago, I am really liking my new bed. The folks at the store made me a great deal, Im glad I stopped to shop there. Brought mattress pillows and gel mattress cover tried mattress in show room was awesome my matress delivered 2 days later looked identical but doesnt seem as plush and soft matress plush as plush and soft pillows had one night did I say very expensive inside memory foam broke into in one night carried back did receive refund. But mattress cover put on as soon as I received mattress.put on sheets. But was supposed to be cooling and to protect matress did I also say very expensive over 200.00$ laid down that night to sleep was like sleeping on paper bag took off within first hour of sleep tried to return but would not recommend anything other than matress I will never be a returning customer. Will never recommend to anyone

Without a doubt the best prices. I pride myself on being a very thrifty shopper, so when I found this place I couldnt believe how well they serviced me. They offered same day delivery which is a no go for most mattress stores.

We bought a mattress here about four or five months ago, it is the Winter Hills and the big problem is that us sleeping in the beginning on each edge, and it being foam on top- the middle, where it has not been slept on the first month.. sticks up by about 2-3 higher and is more firm..so we have to CLIMB A HILL to get to each other! We cant even hold hands in bed. The mngr Chad Eaton gave us a good price because my boyfriend was military and we were happy about that but we cannot get the mattress fixed even though I specifically asked about the mnfrs warranty and was told 10 years, and I called several times to get it replaced a couple of months in, and was told if there was any stain on it (and we were not told in the beginning about anything that would make the replacement option void when I asked before buying, -everybody spills things every once in a while right? + we bought an expensive mattress protector that didnt stop the liquid from soaking through and staining..as they promised, and they wont get the mattress replaced and told me that the warranty info was in the plastic, but it was delivered and they took it with them so i never saw it and it totalled over $1,200.00 and we are still making payments. Now we are seperated from each other because no one wants to climb and lay on the hump for a month to even it out..and we feel ripped off, paying still on a mattress we hate and they should be ashamed ripping off a disabled Iraqi Veteran and I am disabled also and paying for this horrible mattress. I called mngr Chad Eaton several times and he blew me off several times after promising on the phone to try to help. So BUYER BEWARE!
