We purchased the L&K 400 Murmaid mattress with stand that lift your head and feet. Can’t wait to sleep on it. What I was looking for in mattress was: back support with comfort and warranty. 20 year warranty plus made here locally.

Sara Hall is a wonderful sales rep for your company. I came in search of a new cool gel firm mattress. She explained the many differences in the each bed I looked at and laid on and rolled about. I am going to have heart surgery and require a firm bed but may need a soft layer after the surgery kind of deal. I laid on your many choices and basically found the difference of like and dislikes. Your mattresses are made in Cleveland. I prefer an American made product. I think money should be kept in America for the many dedicated workers. My half sister was once a quality control clerk for your company that made the foam patent. She almost moved here to be in your company but began her own business. Sara has great knowledge of her products that you sell. She also knew of my former salesman in Chattanooga (Jeremy Whitt) I used for the last mattress set I purchased. I hope to be totally pleased with my purchase when it arrives. Hopefully, this will be another win win of a situation and another happy sleep story for me as well as Murmaid and Sara. This one will work well with my adjustable bed. I do know you stand behind your product. hank you for having such a delightful representative present. Pleased even more that you remove the old mattress for a minimal fee and delivery costs nothing.

Lady was nice, but when we asked her specifically about a full size mattress. She gave me the price for the one on the floor in front of her desk and the rest where in back not available right now or something of that. Then, when I asked her about other models in the shop she refused to show or give a price for them. She stated that was the only one they carry in store, She seemed as tho getting up out of her seat wasnt an option. She asked, so what do you want to do? I was in a pinch (family coming in from mid-USA tonight) which she knew. So we said I guess we have no other options, so well take it. Then as she was taking my info and making the bill she says, O by the way the actual price is $40 more than what she first told me. I was like, ok?!, I still have to get it. Then, she states, your ok with hauling it out of shop by yourself right, I dont have anyone here right now to help with that. I said sure whatever. Not like I have a choice in the matter. As for my family and everyone I can possibly let know about Murmaid mattress, will never go back to them or purchase from them again. Lady was nice and the mattress is a mattress and it was the only full size one I could find in the area is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. It is what it is not spending my day upset about it I got a mattress for my mom thats all that matters really. So thanks Murmaid mattress for having what I needed In a pinch.

The ladies we worked with work great! We went on two different days. One day a lady listened to what we were looking for and showed us some options. The next time we called we new what we wanted and even though it was closing time she was very accommodating and was able to get us what we needed. The price was good and so far the mattress is great but we’ve only had it for a day. If it’s not good I’ll update my review.

We really appreciate the excellent customer service we received today during our purchase of a mattress from the Mermaid Mattress store in Ft. Oglethorp, GA. Sara Hall helped us find the perfect mattress for our Murphy Bed. She even called the production floor to find out how much the mattress we were considering. The production folks stopped what they were doing and went and weighed the mattress for us. This is the kind of customer service you just dont see anymore in retail stores. Purchased mattreses on 5/19/20. Now on 6/1/20 Last week they told me my free pliiows were in to come get them I get there and she says all they have are queen I ordered king she says shell have them by end of week I call Monday and she said she has them I picked them up and they are queen she said no there in queen wrapping they do not measure up to a king size pillow. Im very unhappy with this situation and starting not to believe anything I was told again I am very upset being lied to

Took a week to get mattress still dont have it. The lady ordered the wrong one. Now that it has arrived a week later I cant go pick it up due to weather/transportation. Cant afford the delivery at the moment. So I guess my mattress will sit until next week/payday.

I would not buy a mattress from this store. We were sold a bed frame and it was the wrong item. We needed rails. We have been told twice they would order them and let us know when they came in and have not heard from them since. If they cannot be trusted in the small things I would not trust them in the larger items such as a mattress.

Dont buy a boxed bed.
