They sold me a four door 2019 pickup truck for 44,000.00. At $610.00 a month took it home. Got a call back the next day, Saying to come in. When I got there. They say not approved for $610.00 a month but approved for $840,00. When I calculate it. The truck 🚚 was going to cost me $72,000.00. I told them Here’s ur 🔑 key. That truck belongs to some one else. Walk🚶‍♂️away with my $840,00 a month bill in my pocket. And enjoying my debt free 🚗. Have a great day 😀 😊 ☺.

Very disappointed! My tire light had come on so I stopped by to have it checked. Well, I was told I had 50 lbs pressure in right front tire and all others were way over recommendation. I was told I needed a new pressure sensor at $ 225. for one, maybe needing more than one.I had been living in Putnum County in a small town and had air put in my tires at a local tire store in Jan. or Feb. knowing I would be putting extra miles on my car, to move back to Ft. Pierce.I moved, made an appointment for service and supposedly had my tires rotated and balanced, just 2 weeks ago. I assume mechanic did not check pressure in my tires! ! I spent over $170. at that time. So naturally I was 😡 upset. Service manager came out and went back in his office, leaving me with my service representative to argue back and forth. He suggested that I never saw the tire light on, on my dash, because I have a small statue glued to dash which has been there for years! The tire light on dash is clearly visible at all times!!!I left the dealership knowing that mechanic never checked tire pressure. Common deduction!! I did not get any sensors replaced.I purchased my Prius in 2009 and have gone to dealers throughout lifetime of car, 166,000 miles.My upkeep record is outstanding.I have now lost all faith in Bev Smiths service department and may not return.

Steven in auto finance try to do his best by making your car payment comfortable where you can afford. Fabian the car saleman has good reputation of providing you with the car you desire to have on the lot at affordable price and he try make leave happy . They dont hold you long doing the process purchasing a vehicle. It so it worth wait . They offer you drinks and refreshments while you wait and they have phone charger if your phone need to charge your phone. I went to Bev Smith in regard to a mirror that had been damaged by a misplaced garbage can on the side of the road. The first estimate I got was $53. plus labor. Then they decided I needed another part, which increased the price to $150 plus labor. Then, once again, they said I needed the entire mirror assembly. When asked what the price would be I was told that it would be a little more, but they would work with me. Again, I requested the amount and was told it was only a little more. The part arrived and was put on. I was called and told the price was now $350.00. The folks there are super nice and I was very happy with the service I received, but I feel that this was a little unprofessional on their part. I would have fixed it regardless, but feel that I should have been told the difference in price before it was fixed.

Had a coupon for $19.95 Oil change? Snotty girl in service said I needed an appointment and wouldnt honor offer - nothing on flyer about appointment required. Im taking my business elsewhere.

So i called the police and they said the dealership took it with no phone calls nothing! Went to the dealership and they had nothing to say soo dont buy any thing from toyota! They sell me a car then yank it back and charge me the repo fee. I didnt exsist to the finance company. Finance manager cant even remember hes the one who told me to come pick up my down payment. Come back the next day he asks me who told you that. Such a sham I want my money back next Ill be moving to legal action aganist the dealership
