I recently took my Ford Expedition into the service department to have it thoroughly checked over for an upcoming trip. Dan, the service representative, was polite and efficient even making sure I had a clean car in which to travel. Previously I had visited the Parts Dept to have batteries replaced in my key fobs and also found thus gentleman to be informative and efficient. Kudos to these folks.
Body shop at Sunrise is excellent. Had two jobs done here and both were top shelf and done in a timely fashion. My relationship with service has been mixed but work has been properly done. Sunrise is a landmark dealership and although I have decades in business Ive never sold cars for a living nor managed thru a pandemic. Im sure its been a challenge. Buying a car has always been a significant financial commitment and every step in the process both before and after the sale has always mattered to me. I want to be proud of where I choose to do business. Thats old school, but Im an old guy so what would you expect.
BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! We had our vehicle professionally diagnosed by a trusted local mechanic and he found that the part and repair necessary had to be done by the dealer. We brought the vehicle along with our diagnosis from our local trusted mechanic to the dealership and requested that they perform the repair that was recommended by our mechanic. Rather than perform that repair, they decided to replace some other parts instead and delivered the vehicle back to us with the original problem still very blatantly unfixed.Upon picking the vehicle up for repair we didnt even make it out of the parking lot before noticing that the steering wheel was still incredibly loose and shaky which means they never test drove it after doing the repairs we didnt ask for. They then rediagnosed the vehicle to determine that as a matter of fact our mechanic was correct and they then performed the repairs we had originally requested, and the crazy part is they would not release the vehicle and held it hostage until we paid for their mistaken diagnosis and unnecessary parts replacement. Its obvious that this industry is hurting for money but this isnt the way they should get it.
Was treated with respect by everyone I met. Great place to have your work done
Fred was my service advisor. First he put my appointment down under Safelite because the last time I was in it was because of a problem with them. I asked him on the phone to fix it. He didn’t so he couldn’t find my appointment when I got there. Then after I told him my phone number 4 times and wrote it down he still had it wrong. The guy who was suppose to drive me home couldn’t find me (I was outside the lounge door) so they didn’t try to contact me and there I sat for over an hour. Then he tried to call to tell me what was wrong with my car but called the wrong number. I called him at the end of the day. A part needed to be ordered and it would be in on Wed and he would call me. My car was drivable so I needed it for appointments the next day. He gave the car back to me without putting the door handle back together so I had to climb through the passenger side to not only unlock the door but push it hard enough to open it. I told Fred before I left that I had a bad ankle and showed him the boot I am wearing and told him I can’t do what I ended up needing to do. He said it was ok I wouldn’t have to do that. I didn’t realize it was still so apart that the door handle was unuseable. Wed came and no phone call. I called him Thursday at 10am and of course he was just about to call me. Took the car in. They “fixed” it. Went to get in the car after paying and the alarm is going off. Used the keypad to get in the car and the damn thing still didn’t unlock. Wouldn’t you check to make sure the thing you were suppose to fix actually got fixed??? In the end they fixed it. I have only driven Fords my whole life and I am 51. I have considered switching to another brand because of poor customer service in the service department. Well, Ford, you lost a customer.
Went there to get SCHEDULED service left car there all day kept calling to get updates they stated each time they are working on it. Called again about 30 minutes to their close time they now say they didnt have time to work on the car and wanted me to leave it for another day and they have no loner cars. Very disappointing
I had questions for the finance department. Answered and I understood everything I was told. Such a good experience.
The salesman Tom was rude an disrespectful there used cars are overly priced an there brand new cars are priced the same as used cars to me that’s ripping people off but if u are one of those people that like to spend money then let this place lie to u 🤨
Jesse Martin, service advisor was very professional and accommodating. Thank you for fixing my Mustang.
Flawless execution of a warranty repair!!
