I had a windshield replaced by insurance on my 15 year old BMW and chose Team Auto Glass because the local dealer uses them. The installers were ready to go to work as soon as I showed up for my appointment, but when they saw my car, they noticed that the wrong windshield had been ordered (before disassembling my car). The friendly office staff was able to get the issue corrected and the windshield was installed flawlessly (Im picky). All along, communication was excellent and my experience was much better than Ive had with the big windshield replacement outfits.

This company is great. They are truly interested in doing an exceptional job regardless of the time and effort. I gave them a challenge when I brought in the window frames for my 1956 Dodge Power Wagon. They replaced all the glass and it looks awesome, not to mention the very reasonable price they charged. I recommend them, very highly.

Caveat, I didnt actually get work done here. However, 5 stars for service regardless: they took a lot of time to talk me through my options, and didnt pressure me at all. Ultimately they werent able to provide what I needed in the time I had, so I went elsewhere, and they were very nice about the whole thing. I would go back.

On time, friendly service both on the phone and in person, and the job was done in a very timely manner. Cant beat the price either!

Had front windshield replaced in motorhome everything looked good for most part. some dings and scratches in trim around window .I understand sometimes this things could get damage in the process. But should of been told and asked if I would like trim replaced even if it was at my cost for part . Office staff was great

Would actually give negative but doesnt let me .Would never use and now i have a damaged car and window that is not even glued right o wait they did it all right the jerk that did it. It has air pockets.

While traveling from Ocala to Miami in December of 2016 I had an unfortunate mishap with a large bird on the turnpike right at the Ft. Pierce exit that destroyed my windshield. Team Auto Glass was recommended by the Ford dealership as well as my insurance company. Everything about the staff was professional and friendly. They even had a list of hotels waiting for me when I arrived in the tow truck with my vehicle. The OEM windshield was delivered overnight and by 10:30 am the next day it was installed very well, a professional, clean job. They cleaned the interior of the vehicle of all of the tiny shards of glass and made sure I was quite satisfied with the job. If I could give them a 10, i would! Thank you Team Auto Glass for getting me back on the road with minimal downtime and an excellent job!!
