Scheduled with them and it only took a day for the glass order to come in, Todd came toy house and repaired my 96 mustang GTS front windshield, he was very attentive and pointed out and helped with other points where my car had damage(hood flew up into windshield). They did a great job, would recommend!

I didn’t get notice of an appointment, but got a phone call 15 minutes prior. I wasn’t available and the installer gave me an attitude about it. I later received a rude voicemail from the office because I wasn’t available. When I called she was unprofessional, I ended up canceling the windshield replacement and getting a refund.Response to your comment: no, I made my appt. on a Tuesday, and you showed up on Thursday with no notice or call.

On a recent trip a rock flew off of a truck on the interstate and cracked my windshield. My car is only 4 months old, so I wanted factory/dealer glass. I went to the dealership and they recommended CHIPS. I called them on Monday morning and they lady who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and handled my insurance claim efficiently and without a hassle. They ordered the glass, it came in the next day. They called me in the afternoon and set an appointment up for this morning. Joe, the installer, was right on time. He was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend CHIPS to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.... especially if you want it done right the first time... hassle free! Meant to review awhile ago....Great tech. I had the place do not one, but two vehicles and this place is top notch. I know people like to choose big company’s like safelight...but your wasting your time, this company is the best. They have been courteous and professional both times we used there services. When your windshield breaks don’t go with what your insurance company suggest, go with this company!

After battling with Safelite, I contacted Chips. I called on Friday and the job was done on Tuesday morning. I was very pleased with the quality of work. They stuck to the estimated quoted price but I was shocked when the bill was presented to be signed. The quoted price included a 3.5 hour labor fee and it took him less than 1 hour. Otherwise my experience was fantastic.

They helped me cut mirrored glass for a table, I restored.

My car is an old beater. Apparently windshields are not in large supply for this vehicle. I work nights so I drive mostly at night on very dark roads, 100 miles a day. Its important that I am able to see clearly. Chips went through 3 different windshields from 3 different cities before they found one they were happy with. Then they brought it 50+ miles from Ft. Pierce to Palm Bay and installed the thing in my driveway while I slept (day sleeper). No glass debris was left behind. They even took the time to reinstall my mirror. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I was at a light next to one of your drivers this morning, as we pull away from the intersection I could hear the (white) driver shout to my husband who was driving, youre on the wrong side of town, boy! Mind you we are hispanic...I was amazed that in this day and age, i would hear something like that...I am disgusted to find this kind of racism in our town...I wonder if the owner of the company knows what kind of techs hes got, and the embarrassment they are for his company...I pray they do not condone this type of behavior...

Absolutely awesome job done by them! The folks there were very knowledgeable and were able to locate the windshield we needed replaced way more efficiently than safelite whom my insurance tried to use first. We switched to them after safelite had sent a totally incompetent tech to work on our 1988 winnebago lesharo.

Awesome company and tech. Been waiting for Safelite for two weeks. Never showed up or called for two missed appts then wanted to have me wait another week. CrazyGot a hold of Chips Auto Glass. They came out the next day. The tech waited for the rain storm to pass and installed my windshield quick, professional and kept area very clean. Doc who was the tech was very friendly and very patient with the rain he could of easily rescheduled my Friday afternoon appt to Monday but no he stayed and waited for the weather to clear and installed the glass.Thank you very much for making the last thing that had to be fixed for me after Hurricane Irma go smooth and professional. I will definitely recommend this company for any and all windshield work.
