He does what he says he’s going to do and that’s all a customer can ask for. He sells quality products at reasonable prices even in these trying economic times. Great first boat buying experience from start to finish. Greg and the team at Top Notch were very friendly and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Finance was easy and quick as she had everything ready before we arrived and the gentleman that took us out and demonstrated all the functions on the boat was very thorough and definitely took his time showing us the ropes. I would absolutely recommend them in the future, I mean I drove three hours from Jacksonville to purchase from them and passed a lot of boat dealerships.

I needed warranty work done to my Mercury Outboard engine. I said as much on the phone but they didnt tell me that they are no longer a certified Mercury Outboard repair shop until after I brought them the boat. I cannot do business with someone I cannot trust.

Great experience dealing with Top Notch Marine! The whole staff was amazing from Greg and Hank in the sales department to Greg, Rich and Russ in the service department. I was shopping around for about 6 months or so for a new center console. I couldnt decide between 3-4 different boat makes so to make my decision easier I decided to go with what ever dealer treated me the best. I dealt with 4-5 other dealerships and each one back tracked on there promises except Top Notch Marine, they were straight forward from the beginning and made the transaction quick and easy. They also were able to get the lowest interest rate by far then any other dealership. When I picked up the boat I was treated like VIP as they covered all my requests about the boat. Anyways buy with confidence at Top Notch Marine, they truly looked out for my best interest.

After weeks of searching the internet for a boat/trailer/motor combination to fit within my perceived budget, I discovered extremely long delivery times for the boats and motors. Attempting to buy each item separately became extremely cumbersome. Most sites had no telephone number to call and speak directly to a representative about specifications and delivery times. Quite a few of the lower prices sites for the outboards turned out to be overseas dealers with large shipping prices with terrible reviews.Finally, I stumbled upon Top Notch Marine in Fort Pierce, Florida. Jim Sabia immediately answered my first call and took what I perceived as a genuine interest in my quest. He offered many suggestions concerning safety, comfort, and convenience. Although his final package price exceeded what I expected, it included things that I would have had to pay for separately anyway.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I own a small Suzuki outboard. They recently helped me diagnosis and correct a problem with my outboard at no charge even though the problem turned out to be my error (oil overfill). I have also found them very helpful in locating Suzuki parts. All in all, the Top Notch team in Ft. Pierce has been, well, top notch for both parts and service.

Ive been recently having an alarm go off while on the water. I took my boat into Top Notch marine for service. They were able to take my boat in right away, which I thought was great since my usual mechanic takes 2 weeks. I tell them whats going on and also asked them to look at the oil system. They tell me the oil system was fine and the ecm module was the problem. I take the boat out the first chance I get and again the same alarms start going off. I take the boat back in trying to give them a 2nd chance. I even tell them to feel free to use all the gas in the boat. I just wanted the problem fixed. This time they tell me something is wrong with the oil system. WAIT, last time it was fine. Oh well, i have them replace it. I take the boat out and 10 minutes into the ride the same alarm goes off.**Edit** When I wrote this review, I was not expecting anything to happen. The owner, Jim, reached out to me. We communicated about what was going on with the boat. He asked me to bring the boat in again to have his crew look at it and even offered to pick up the boat from my house. I brought the boat into the shop and was worried the problem wouldnt be resolved. The crew took the boat out for a water test and was able to finally solve the problem. They did another water test to make sure everything worked. I took it out for my own water test and all I can say is YES!! it was fixed. The engine seem to run even better. The point of the story is IF it wasnt for Jim reaching out to me expressing concern for a customer I would have never come back to Top notch. That kind of dedication and commitment to customers is what all boat owners want. I can say that I will be back to Top Notch for more business. I was even talking with one of their crew about the next project. Thank you Top Notch and Thank you Jim, you guys are the best!

I just bought a trailer from this company I had delivery in 4 daysI am surprised by the kindness and competence of all the staffI had the boat repaired I had my boat in record time and by kindness he cleaned my interior of the boat without being paid because I am French and I had told this company that I received from the familythere were parts to change which was out of stock this company to find them in record time abroadI had it repaired in another garage when I had bought the new boat from them c was real incompetent in the end I found a good garage for boats I really recommend itmy spelling in english is done with google translation also excuse me if it is not very understandablein addition the garage wrote to me in French not speaking English and I thank him againI give him 5 stars well deservethanks to Daniel who is in chargeMarcel

I dropped my boat off for consignment and paid the $199 fee plus $80 for the first month of storage plus tax. I was told storage would be $50...I let it slide because the salesman (Richard) seemed eager to sell my boat and assured me he could sell it in 90 days or less. 30 days go by and I get hit again with another $80 fee. At this point the boat hasn’t been inspected or touched since drop off. after contacting Richard he said the boat was listed on multiple sites and he was getting some interest from potential buys...all lies. I ended up finding a buyer and took my boat back. I explained to Greg the manager what happened and he assured me I’d get my money for storage back. 3 weeks go by and no check in the mail, no call, no text, nothing. I know the inspection was not performed because when I sea trialed the boat the steering was locked up. It’s possible they checked the engine hours and engine data. I never got those results either. I believe nothing was ever done to the boat besides possibly some cleaning. I want all my money back plus the 2 anchors, chains, ropes and throwable that they also claim to never have seen. I would recommend steering clear of this company or lack there of. I want to mention The parts guy and counter girl were outstanding and very helpful. The sales staff and management leave a lot to be desired. I’ll gladly update my review once they make good on their end. I’m not going to throw away $400. I will not let this go. Both Greg and Richard are not trustworthy, they do talk a good game...shocker.

My wife and I purchased our Sea Fox 239 cc limited from Top Notch about a month ago and chose to wait to write a review until we were satisfied with boats performance. Well, the boat exceeds our expectation. The boat handles very well offshore and inshore, provides a comfortable dry ride, and is very fishable. The Yamaha F200 runs well exceeding Greg’s fuel mileage estimates; we’re averaging over 4 mpg.As for our purchase experience, it could not have been better. Greg listened to us and answered our questions knowledgably. He genuinely cared about our needs and what we were looking for in a boat. Larry and his team in the service department insured we were familiar with all the controls, warranty, and service questions. When we stop by to ask a question the Top Notch team is always helpful. Service department are kooks. Quoted me 6k to 10k to run controls up to my tower. I bought all parts needed for under 2k from another yamaha dealer. Its all plug and play as well to make the labor super easy but yet they quoted me hours of labor.

Im happy with the results.I read some reviews and comments about top notch, they all didnt seem to good. I found a nice little skiff there that was used. Communication wasnt that present in the start but once I got in touch with (Reide) I was in good hands! Honestly the best salesman there. I was up his a** to say the least. But he did assure me that he was working on getting the boat in my hands as soon as possible. Within a week I got my scout, and all the paperwork done. Title, and license plate were ready for me! I have to say I was impressed with the service especially with some of the comments I saw. But from my experience it wasnt so bad and at the end of the day Im water ready with a new boat.Thank you for all the help and especially Reide for getting things done!

Called Top Notch marine because I had a battery issue, talked to Nick in the parts department explained to him my situation, l didnt buy the battery there but they had the same one l purchased mine online he made a couple phone calls to the battery manufacturer and was able to replace mine it was still under warranty, so even though I didnt purchase it there Nick was able to help me out, would definitely recommend Top Notch marine, everyone there was very helpful, Thank you Mark.

Top notch is one of the worst business I have ever dealt with. They lie and lie some more. They sold me a boat that they new they couldnt deliver. They finally told me it would take them 6 weeks to get the boat, 3 and a half months later the boat came in and still took almost three weeks to get the boat ready.If you do deal with them please make sure you get everything in writing. And try not to deal with Hank hes a alright person but the worst salesman Ive ever seen, I think hes the only salesperson that work there. Good luck you are going to need it dealing with them. Im mainly commenting about Fort Pierce store.

This company is a complete joke. Management doesnt have a clue as to what they should be doing, If anything theyre going backwards. You have loyal, dedicated employers who see no justice. They get treated like dirt because everyone is easily replaced. There turnover of people in the last 6 months has been over 20. How do you have a turn over of 20 employers and expect nothing to be wrong with management? They have a family in management who are trying to control things that dont even work there. They lie to there employers about benefit packages, 401K, Paid holidays etc. And the excuse the Owner JIM SABIA has to say is, So what? It gets people to call Well, now if that isnt a problem I couldnt tell you what is. I hope this business goes under and new management takes over, People who ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING.

The service department took excellent care of my Sea Fox boat, both warranty work and an oil change were done. They were very professional and courteous.

I called and Bob was my sales person and I ask him for a price on a boat he told me to come in he couldnt give a price over the phone and I told him what payment I was looking for and he said that boat would be that payment cause I saw it price up in Georgia for 20,000 but when I go to the store he lied his price was 6000 dollars more less stuff on the boat The payment was way more than I wanted to pay I asked if he would match he told me it looks like you will be driving to Georgia very Unprofessional if you’re looking for a boat I would go somewhere else

We just had a truly excellent service experience at Top Notch!! Had our Twin Vee serviced in prep for a trip to the Bahamas this week. Customer service was excellent, Michelle is great to work with! Rich worked on syncing our Garmin and Suzuki gauges and really did a phenomenal job. He spent extra time with us going over everything he did and explaining how all the electronics work. Would highly recommend Top Notch to our family/friends and anyone in this area. Very pleased with our experience!!

I was online looking at fishing boats and I came across Top Notch Marines website and I was pleasantly surprised at the array of inventory and selections that they had to pick from. Later on I stopped in at the Fort Pierce location and the customer service and staff where excellent in helping me pick out my boat . They understood all the bells and whistles I wanted while trying to stay on budget. I would defiantly return in the future for more of my boating needs and would highly recommend Top Notch Marine to all my friends and family.

This place is a joke!!! The life span of an employee here is about a month. Every time I call its some one new and have no clue about what Im talking about. They have to check with someone else and say they will call back and never do. I dont see how they are still in business?? Do not take your boat here for service you will regret it drastaclly!!!! I have wasted sooo many trips to there dealership when the said something was ready and I get there and its not. I live 30 mins from them so I dont like wasting an hour of my time.. Go else where for your boating needs!!!!

I love boats and I enjoy my new Starcraft boat from these guys. My family has been dealing with them for over 20 years. They are good people and always there to help.

I made arrngmnts to drop off our new travel trailer for wrrnty. We rcvd a call on 4/3 that all repairs were done & we can still pick up on 4/12. When we arrived to pick up trailer, we were told everything was done except 1 thing due to a design flaw & if we wanted to take it up w/ Dutchmen ourselves, we were told to do so w/ their blessing of luck. We also noticed that the battery was compltly drained, & since the trailer came equipped w/ a power lift, we weren’t able to raise the front to hitch. They provided us a quick charge to raise the tongue.We brought our trailer back to the campground for the weekend & found that nothing else was done, & I mean nothing.On 4/16, I wrote an email to the Andy & Greg (who I believe is the owner). I received a reply right away from the Greg asking to give him a few days to investigate. I then received an email from the Andy the next morning (4/17) that started w/, “Lets address these issues 1 by 1, First of all, it is not the responsibility of Top Notch (TN)...”. Also in the email from the Andy when we questioned the dead battery, we were told that we needed to check our trucks harness “as it is apparent our charge line is inop”. On 5/7, we had our original equipment 7-pin harness on our ‘11 F150 inspected by a Ford Service Center & they found no defects. Since I took offense to this email, I emailed the Greg on 4/18 asking that the Andy no longer contact us & that we deal w/ the him only until this is resolved. On 4/19, he again responded w/ the same rspns asking to give him a few days to investigate. I waited exactly one week & emailed Greg on 4/26 & asked for an update as I hadn’t heard from him. I still haven’t received a reply from him.On 5/7, I called Dutchmen to file a formal complaint. He wasn’t able to assist me bc TN hadn’t registered me as the owner of any unit.On 6/5, I called Dutchmen again & provided the VIN & he found that the vehicle was still registered with TN. He called TN & spoke with Greg who advised him that Andy has been terminated & we are not the first customer to have been “burned” by Andy. Greg advised the Dutchmen Rep that I should contact him so that he can take care of the issue. Dutchmen provided me w/ the info & took the info to file the formal complaint.On 6/6, I called TN & spoke w/ Greg. Greg told me that he was actually w/ another customer & told me to run my story by his new Service Manager Tommy & he would take care of me.I told Tommy, “well apparently, if I mention the name Andy, you will understand” & his response was, “ah, I know where this is going”. He wasn’t able to locate my info in their system & asked to forward our inv, we never received an inv bc there was any amt due, so no inv to give. I emailed him this info along w/ a list of items missed the last time, new items now needing to be taken care & a wish list in hopes that TN would make it up to us by taking care of 1 or 2.I hadn’t heard anything from him, so on 6/19, I called and said, “just wondering if you received my email bc I have heard from you in nearly two weeks.” He said, “Uhm, yes. I did receive it & I am now waiting on parts that I have ordered, & I don’t think TN is willing to take on any part of the items you want added on.” I asked him to keep me updated.On Monday 6/24, I called TN & asked to speak w/ Greg, he was w/ a customer & unable to come to the phone so I left a message asking him to contact me back. I never received that call back.

Hate to even give one star! Horrible experience - bought the boat but finance manager argued with us on the original stated delivery day and lied so much that we never picked it up. We returned the boat!

Terrible they replaced my fuel lines with cheap low pressure hose on the high pressure pump stranded me on the water!! They didnt even use hose clamps line going to fuel filter bunch of hacks

It is very nice to meet such Knowledgeable people at this boat store who knew the product and also cared about my needs . wanted to give thanks for not only a great deal ( and I shopped ) but educating us into the right purchase. We will for sure refer this dealership.

If i could give them no stars i would cause they do not even deserve this one. Top Notch Marine is a scam, they get you in get you signed and out the door but do not tell customers about the thousands of dollars in hidden fees due at the end of payment. They also tell you they are fixing/servicing customers boats/RV like they claim to be doing, my father caught them trying to charge him for a Job/Part that was not done or installed it was the same old piece but they swore the job was completed. Warranty parts are ordered and put into attic and not installed on boats/RVs like they claim, they take parts off one customers boat to replace another customers parts and then tell customers they have to file an insurance claim because parts where stolen. They treat there employees like shit as if disposable because in there minds eye they are pretty much a snake pit and your just standing in the middle waiting to be bit. The manager or Vice president of operation or what ever she wants to call herself Faith/Ricki-ann is a miserable conniving women and makes it her business to micro manage an make ALL employees life miserable while employed by the company!! the sales men do not get there cuts that they are promised the sales manager Greg over charges for tag transfer/Registration fees which i witnessed myself while employed at this Hell Hole!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do business with TOP NOTCH MARINE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ALSO DELETED MY REVIEW FOR THERE FACEBOOK PAGE IM GUESSING THEY DONT WANT THAT PART OF THE BUSINESS OUT THERE FOR ALL TO SEE WHATS REALLY GOING ON!!!!!! DELETE THIS!!!!!!! This place is awful. Its funny that the 5 star reviews are written by employees and managers family members. Beware of this terrible place.. they also treat there employees like garbage. Shady company... Dont work for them or buy from them.

Treated very poor from the second we walked in the door. I was advised not to visit Top Notch from two of my friends and a former employee who said that their over priced and underserviced. I choose to not take other people advise but in this case it would have been to my benefit.
