Bringing a boat to Marina just purchased and of of course started taking on water during trip. The office manager Crystal and Service Manager Lewis jumped right in and found a way to assist. Both have been very professional and kind. If all ends the way it started I’ll be making trips from SC to have all my work done in the future. So far I’m very impressed with their operation, you should check them out.
EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONALISM IS ALWAYS THEIR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY.
Carefull and deliberate. All great to work with.
I simply must give a shout out to the staff at Shearwater boat works. They installed a new Cummins/Onan 9 KW generator replacing an older version and did a very thorough job of it. Insuring that the new the specifications required by Cummins were met, raising the generator on a platform, creating back flow loops and vents, and doing a nice install on the digital panel while tying all this into the Cummins smart craft helm digital engine readouts, and cleaning up after themselves. They have done a great deal of work on our 1987 Bertram over the years, and we have been incredibly pleased with their attention to customer needs and follow up when something was not quite right. As a residential builder myself, we know some things can go wrong sometimes, but when it does, Shearwater stands up and gets it right.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Always get the job done right.
I had an excellent experience with Whiticar N During the month of October. What started as a routine haul to do antifoul paint turned into some fiberglass repairs. Lucky for me I was in the right boatyard. Fantastic job at a very squared away facility. Staff was very helpful, qualified, skilled and experienced. Boat is the better for their services. I would like to mention some of the outstanding staff for recognition. Crystal, Tom, Nick, Brian, Marcell, and Dario (fiberglass pro). Thank you all, see you next time. I’ll spread the word.Bill, owner FP 41 Lipari 11/19
Its difficult for me to rate this business accurately. Ultimately, my problem was fixed by their knowledgeable technician which l am grateful for and l would give 5 stars. However, another staff member l dealt with was rude and unprofessional, practically accusing me of trying to evade payment . It was incredibly expensive ($98 per hour) and l would have been significantly overcharged had l not queried and challenged the total hours spent on my job. I would really suggest you ring around if you need work done and only use these people as a last resort. As a visitor to this country, my experience with them has left a bad taste in the mouth and I will never ever go back or have any future dealings with them or any business associated with them.
Ok
The guy who works in the parts department is extremely rude he told me if I dont want the part that I was getting dont buy it. all I was trying to do is ask a few questions. Would never go there again.
Great folks and had the needed parts.
Stopped in South Florida on my way to the Bahamas and got my 44 Rybovich Sportfish serviced at Whiticar. Very good service!! I know where to stop by next year when im back in Florida.
Excellent place to go knowledgeable staff
