Wonderful experience today. 3 hours from my destination and my red oil light comes on. Pulled up to this place in a panic and they were SO helpful. In and out in 10 minutes and back on the road with no red light on the dash anymore. Genuinely nice people working here. 100% recommend

My husband had an emergency situation while on the road. He made it to the shop, barely, in the late afternoon. They were slammed. I am bedridden; and need his care 24/; so he is nervous about leaving me alone too long. Despite their intense workload, they fit him in; and got him out as quickly as possible. We have been going here for years; and they are always courteous and professional. Great work, ALWAYS!

John put all my fears to nothing but comfort. They looked busy and this was my first time at this Fire Stone, I just moved here from Jacksonville. I don’t like going to new places I suffer from PTSD but John was amazing . He also went above and beyond with how well he communicated letting me know he had all the info on my car, how long it would be and delegated with ease and still kept a listening ear. I hope Fire Stone recognizes. It’s hard to find employees with good work ethics, and great customer service.

Stop to get nail pulled out and patched and the young lady came out looked at it and said there is nothing that they could do that they could only sell me a new tire which the tires are only six thousand miles old so I when down the street and they had no problem pulling and patching the tire. your staff is lazy or just clueless.

Best customer service out there. I go here for all my needs for my Tacoma. Recently had to get brakes done and they realized my bearings were done for. Replaced the bearings and calipers for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We got a flat on the highway and were sent here by another tire shop. They saw we had a trailer and offered to put a new tire on in the parking lot, we were in and out in only 20 minutes. Employees and manager were friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent help from Emillo! I only needed a plug, but was in and out in less than an hour. My tire was repaired, and put back on, and the spare put back in its place. Very fast, very friendly, very inexpensive. I would go back for other repairs.

My experience was good. Walked in told them what I wanted, they found my tires within minutes, very friendly, professional, left car picked up when ready and everything is good. I feel bad for John having to deal with jerk customers but handles it professionally.

Go see John I have a 2008 Hyundai Veracruz he put me in four brand new tires mounted balance in under an hour for under $520 I recommend having an appointment I did cuz theyre extremely busy

First I truly believe everything happens for a reason. A mile from firestone on I95 north my front tire blew. It was hands down one of the most scary experiences of my life. I safely got to side of road and once the panic calmed down and I called the tow truck they said it would be 75 min before they could come. This time is was 4:40 pm, this firestone closes at 5pm. This is where my Guardian angel, your employee Erin Robinson comes in. I called Erin crying-see I am registered cardiac specialist, I scan and assist in open heart surgery, scan newborns with heart problems as well as adults and I was on call this night. I knew I would not make it there by 5pm and was a mess. Erin stayed calm and talked to her guys and they all agreed to stay a little late so I could indeed drive home to make it to the hospital. Once I got there she was calm which made me calm, told me I am in good hands and she would take care of me. She knew what tire to get and explained everything to me which immediately calmed me down. Keep in mind its valentines day, It was past the time they wanted to go home and they still took time to check my other tires to make sure I was safe to drive home. While talking to Erin I found out her sister was born at my hospital and she grew up an hour from me. She really turned my day around especially after experiencing something like that. Because of the kindness and knowledge of Erin and her team, I will be a life long Firestone customer. I live in Jacksonville now but will be telling all my friends and family to go firestone because they indeed go the extra mile and make sure you get there safely.

John Gehrig (manager) is a pillar of this community. This weekend we witnessed this man put his community first. These are the kind of people who make and help keep our home exceptional. Thank you.

I dropped my Honda Odyssey with a sound coming from the front drivers side brake. I suspected it was a loose caliper as I had my brakes done elsewhere. They confirmed the issue, found another bolt, and fixed it for under $25.00. I’ve never gone to a mechanic that’s as honest and thorough. They test drove it twice and checked the rest of the brakes as well! Thank you to the staff! You folks are great!

My car started giving me trouble on the turnpike today and I barley made it to Firestone in ft Pierce. 20 minutes to closing and I was an hour away from home and they were able to diagnose and fix my car without hesitation. This mechanic shop is reliable, because they are honest and really focused on keeping vehicles running, without fixing unneeded repairs. This is the best experience I had out of all the mechanic shops I used before. Thank you.

I recently had to do some work on my car that required removing the front wheels and both sides were very over torqued. To the point where I had to jump up and down on a breaker bar to loosen them. The factory torque is something like 80-90 ft-lbs, I have no idea what these were at. It shouldnt be difficult to torque the wheels the proper amount if you use the correct tools.

Such a great experience today; I got there an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon and was told very politely that there were 6 people ahead of me and they didnt want me to wait an hour and not get my flat tire fixed. As soon as that came out of the managers mouth, he said - Im going to be here until after closing time today and Ill take care of the tire. He was so kind and professional and even suggested we go down the road a half mile to get something to eat while the work was being done. This place is the best!

A big thank you. I was towed in Sunday Thanksgiving weekend with a blown rear tire. It was 20 minutes until closing and I was far from home. The staff very nicely changed the tire for my own spare in a very timely fashion. Everyone was beyond friendly and nice. They saved my weekend.

I have been using this Firestone Store for the last five years. They are honest and do quality work. Today, I replaced the two front tires on my car and I especially want to recognize Chana Harrell, the Tire Sales Manger for her excellent service!

These guys were great! Called in a pinch late on a Sunday when we blew a boat trailer tire and they honestly had the tire switched out on the rim before the computer was done printing the receipt. Fantastic guys to deal with and would highly recommend them. Thanks again!

Excellent facility. Ray the on-site manager, was professional, friendly and made us feel at-ease. Our Alternator had just failed and thankfully it was daylight and we had just pulled off for gas. We could not believe Firestone was open on Sunday...what a happy surprise!We had a new alternator installed in about an hour and were back on the road. While a little pricey (my husband was too ill to consider fixing it himself), I would highly recomend Firestone at Fort Pierce to anyone stranded as we were. You have a warranty on the service work done that is valid at any Firestone nationwide.The place was VERY clean, free, cold drinking water is available and also a vending machine. Both Office and bathroom were handicap accessible.

Theyre pricey, at times higher than the dealership for the same service. Theyve always done solid work though and have never tried to upsell me or BS me into things I dont need done. I go in, tell them what I need, and they do it. Theyll also look for and apply any available coupons or discounts if you ask nicely :)

Great service, we drove 700 miles to this area on vaction to discover we had a flat. Firestone patched the tire really quick and gave us great service and piece of mind.

Ive tried a few shops in town and the crew at ft P Firestone is top notch! Felt cared for and I watched them work on mine and others cars while there and I have to say they are very efficient at what they do.

I really was in a pinch... and amazed to learn that the new tires I now have come with an amazing warranty (including flats due to debris on the road), AND they cost less than the offers I had gotten before.Service was friendly and surprisingly fast even though I was the fifth person rolling in on a flat.

This place was great. I called the store at 6:25 p.m. and wanted to see how much an oil change was. The manager said came up to the store now they could get my oil changed and the store closed at 7 p.m.

Oil change went well, I told John I was headed to Oregon this weekend so they made a point to do a full check to make sure ill get there just fine. Only took about an hour to complete and the price was fare.

The best place to let them care of your car, at the time you waiting you got a lot things to eat and drink.
