Although my repairs were more than expected, Mark called and explained my options in a timely manner so that he could see me safely on the road for the upcoming holiday. There was no pressure to continue the needed repairs as he assured me I would not be left stranded and it would be best to complete the whole task at one time. This is not my first experience with WW Automotive and as in previous visits it has been a pleasure doing business with them! I highly recommend them for honest reliable service.

I took my vehicle in not knowing really what was wrong with it just realizing I didnt have any heat coming out of the dash.And I kept overheating and also had a rough idle.They took care of it very affordable more affordable than I have ever seen and a lot of people around Fort Smith try to screw you this place does business legit.I recommend everyone and their mama to get their car fixed here.

Our alternator burned up heading back to interstate 40 after visiting the fort on our cross country trip. We came across this shop just searching around for general auto repair. Told them our issue and asked if they could get it done same day to which they said they would certainly try. I asked if they had a preferred tow company to which they provided me with information to another great service from Johnston Wrecker Services. The wrecker was out there within a few minutes and shuttled us to the shop. The shop already had the alternator delivered by the time we arrived and had the service down within a few hours. The employees were very hospitable offering kids popsicles and service above and beyond getting us out of our situation. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable.

Very friendly and very nice people. Look at the car really good and let you know the problem. They dont sugar coat anything. I recommend this place very highly.

Do not go here!!! I went in to get an alignment. They told me I needed to order a rod that was $500 to do the alignment. The did the front alignment and actually made it worse! I went to Jim Grisel and was told I just need new tires and they fixed the alignment these guys did. I saved over $100. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. WORST PLACE EVER. THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY MORE FOR THINGS THEY MESSED UP!!!

Very dishonest. Was supposed to change a part and never did but charged for it and said they changed it. Theyre crooks. And very unprofessional. Accused my sister of something when she wasnt even around. Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of.

Hey guys, I honestly recommend this place for any automotive work.I had a exaust manofoed leak, David was highly recommend by all in the area. He was very honest on his quote, and his associate did a wonderful job!!!W&W does a wonderful job with a very reasonable cost .people are very friendly and professional, I wish we have a place like this in my state of Alabama. Its very hard to find a honest and genuine place like W & W automotive!!!

Quick service but watch out for the price on the part. they bought the part at OReilly and charged me about 100 dollars more on the part. i noticed later when i checked with OReilly part store. i dont think these people are honest. Mark is acting friendly but he is a jerk. Check the price on the part before you let them work on your car. Never come back this place. Not an honest place to do business.

Sold on these guys from the beginning. Final price on repair was less than quoted because he found the part at a cheaper price. Easily could have charged me the quoted price and made a little more profit. Super honest and always good and fast work.

Really like these guys, I have an older vehicle and they are one of the few shops that still work on the oldies buy goodies. Very honest, they will not sell you something that you dont need.

I live in a small area, where good mechanics are scarce. I called WW this morning to find out what kind of work they do. The man on the phone asked me what my vehicle was doing, so I begin to tell him what my truck was doing and what I thought needed attention on my engine. He cut me off and said Ill tell you what needs to be worked on. If thats how they do business 2 mins into a conversation then I couldnt imagine leaving my vehicle in theyre care over night for any reason at all. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional.

Good service fair prices

We needed some work done on our truck, my husband called them today and the man he talked to was very rude. He asked him what was wrong with it and my husband then started telling him and the man interrupted him and said no tell me the symptoms and Ill tell you whats wrong. Thats going to be a no from us taking it to this place!

I brought my vehicle here because the engine was shutting off every time I’d come to a stop. Very dangerous. $160 later and the issue wasn’t fixed at all. I had to take it somewhere else. My biggest issue? The owner is a complete racist. He said to my face “Them Mexicans don’t appreciate it here. They take advance of all of us.” How ignorant can you be to speak negatively about a whole group of people to someone you don’t even know? Like obviously I’m gonna post it here. It’s what you get. Whether you have that opinion or not, be smart. Don’t share it with someone you’ve never met. Just because I’m white doesn’t mean I share the same thoughts. Disgusting.
