They did a pretty good job. The only thing that I noticed as I was driving away that there was a sound and I looked under the hood and they didn’t put the air filter back on properly and it was allowing extra airflow into the engine. I fixed it and everything was fine after that so I did not need to take it back in.

I’ve been doing business with this company for 31 years. They have always been there to help me with what ever I needed. We have 4 vehicles that have been serviced by them. Phillip in service department has become a friend that helps me when I’m on the road an advice on out of state services. Great service for over 31 years for our family.

I had taken my car in for an oil change. The next day I noticed that my oil was leaking and I opened the hood and the cap was left off. My husband took it back and told them what had happened and meineke told him they couldn’t provide him a refund but they redo the oil and clean the engine. They did a horrible job of cleaning the engine so now I will have to take it somewhere else to have it cleaned. I do not plan on taking my car back there or ever recommending them to anyone.

They checked the front end to make sure everything was intact before they did the alignment at no cost. I was kept updated with Texts while I waited. They were really nice.

I think they have a very knowledgeable staff. And Phillip is always so nice! I really like it that they have 2 waiting area’s also, but usually they are so fast, you don’t wait long. Will continue to do business there.

I been taking my vehicle to meineke for 4 years now. I really appreciate the work they do.

It was 3:00 on Saturday afternoon and we were leaving the grocery store with a trunk full of groceries, when our check engine light came on and our car started cutting out as if it was trying to die. I called Meineke and was told to come on over and they’d look at it. We were expecting to be told to come back next week as they were closing at 4:00. They ran diagnostics and found and fixed the problem immediately. We were back home, putting our groceries away by 3:50, and our ice cream hadn’t even melted. Went into Meineke to have my custom exhaust installed. After I drove into the shop I was told they dont do any cutting of exhaust and was directed to another shop. Funny, how a custom exhaust shop cant install a custom exhaust. All I needed was the OEM cut out, from being welded back in from previous owner. A delete kit back in its place and a glass pack installed in front of that.

Call ahead to make sure yall were going to be able to do my oil change an I asked if I needed to make an appointment before coming I also mention that I didnt get off till 6 I was told that would be fine an that I didnt need an appointment to just come in when I got off when I showed up at 6:10pm I was turned away its really upsetting when i called ahead to make sure that didnt happen.

Came in to have my wife’s car battery replaced, the gentleman who helped us was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the reason why the battery was dead and had a new one installed within 20 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.This is another great experience I had at this location. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery, recommended one installed it within 15 minutes. Tanner checked me out and I felt appreciated. Great place great people

This was for my girlfriends car and I suggested a nationwide chain for her new tires as she lives in a different city than me. I wanted her to get tires from a place that would offer road hazard no matter the location she was at. I made an appointment set for 10:30 for four new tires (mount and balance) and an alignment. I called twice after two hours and only got a response after the second call. After three and a half hours they were just finishing the balancing of the tires. I have changed 4 tires by hand with a bead hammer and tire bars in less time. I will not be a returning customer to this establishment.

These guys are very meticulous and do a fantastic job!! when you take your car in they dont just look at what you brought it in for it but they do a complete inspection and check out your car and let you know all the problems that you have. Very impressed with the service department at meineke. I had taken my vehicle to another shop the week before and they were unprofessional in every way and did not fix the shaking issue with my work van. After calling meineke and talking with Phillip I took it to him and he got right on it. He found the issue right away. All rotors and brakes were replaced with ones better capable for the weight of the van. Had me fixed up before lunch and this van stops like new again.Best service around for sure. Thanks Phillip!

The guy who helped me was amazing! I wish I would have caught his name but he greeted me immediately, I even arrived early and they still got me in earlier then my appointment time. I was given a full report of my entire vehicle at no additional cost, they tested my battery, took pictures of everything, and even looked under my vehicle for the inspection. This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed!

I have visited Meineke regularly for my oil changes for a few years now, and theyve always been very kind and informative. They also do the regular check up and let you know if anything else is needed for your vehicle, but I have never felt pressured into anything. That is what I appreciate! They sure do a great job, and Im usually never there longer than 30 minutes (for my oil change) because I schedule ahead. Theyre definitely a 5 Star Car Care Center. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. We actually live in Roland, but we have continued to use Meineke in FS because theyre so good to us!

Everyone is extremely friendly. They will never push you into a service or product that is not wanted or needed. Their prices are wonderful and worth every penny for what you get.

Good professional service. Fair pricing. Explained and showed problem and what it would take and cost to fix it. Pointed out areas of future items that were not needed to be fixed immediately.

Great place with trustworthy people. They told us we had a major issue on one of our vehicles that should be a warranty issue. They could have made a chunk of money off of us, but instead called the dealership and got the ball rolling for them to fix the problem! Saved us a chunk of $$. That kind of honesty will keep us taking our vehicles here for certain! My retired mechanic dad even takes his truck here.

It took them 5 hours to preform an oil change. I tried calling them to get an update on my car and they didn’t answer or call me back. I ended up showing back up to check on my car in person and they were pulling it around like they had just got it done. When I got my car back it smelled like someone was smoking in it and they didn’t put a sticker in it saying when the oil change was done or when to get another one.

Very good job on the breaks and battery nice swift great communication almost a perfect experience however I do believe that at the very least employees should have to wear a mask if you have a death rattling cough in the throws of a global SARS pandemic.

These guys are always really nice and honest. They explain any issues with your vehicle, solutions, and costs upfront. They tell you what is needed now or if the issue is something just to be aware of. If they can’t do something, they’ll tell you and suggest someone who might. I feel completely comfortable entrusting them with my vehicles.

It can be very difficult finding a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic place and I highly recommend Meineke on Towson.Meineke goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and always at fair prices.Meineke consistently works for the customer providing excellent service at a fair price. They also have a rewards program that builds points towards future services or oil changes. I have a 2007 truck with over 220,000 miles. With meineke servicing my vehicle, it has required very little work outside oil changes.
