Slowest place ever! You might as well count on blowing your whole day or just drop your car off. Waited three hours for one tire. They took three cars in that arrived after me. They do great work, when they get to you.UPDATE: Finally just had to leave because of another appointment. I understand being busy or even understaffed but come on people, almost four hours! How much time is needed to take off a spare and put on a new tire?

The people were amazing they went out of their way to give me a great deal. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs tires lube and service. Overall great job.

I have had two very bad experiences here. I won’t go into detail about the first because I would have to write a novel. The ONLY reason I came back is because we have a Firestone card. Brought my Chevy in for an oil change, check engine light, shuttering (which we were told was due to the engine light) and a sudden funky smell coming from the A/C. Due to the horrible experience beforehand, I told them they could diagnose the car and if they needed to order parts that was fine but I would be taking the car back until the parts came in. They understood and I told them I want some sort of answers by the end of the day. They call later in the day and tell me they have the parts for the problems they discovered and could get it done by the end of the work day. Cool, they “did that” and we picked the car up. Just about $900 for the light to not be on but the car is still shuttering (worse then before) and still has a smell! We called back and they just told us “oh, it must be something other than the check engine light.” Now I’m expected to bring the car back so they can look at it more (which they should have already done when they diagnosed the car). I will not be coming back. Every time I come here my car is never fixed and I spend close to $1000 with horrible customer service. Over it

Spent around $750. for a break job & oil change. Changed over to synthetic. . .no complaints on the oil change yet. My daughters car is just as unsafe, (if not more so), as before they fixed it. It was a lifetime guarantee for the parts & 2 years free labor. The didnt replace all the parts that shouldve to start with. Since we drove it for a few weeks (not a lifetime) theyre refusing to fix certain things and replace parts that shouldve been part of any brake job. Can I give a ---10 ☆s?? It was already expensive, which I couldve lived with. If theyd done the job correctly and stand by their Word. NEVER AGAIN. DONT Waste your hard earned $$$$ on them.

An hour and a half to plug a slow leak in a tire. Then I was informed it could not be repaired and was still charged for it.

Had appointment at 4:00 for four new tires put on my vehicle it is now 7:00 p.m. and tires are still not on my vehicle this is plum ridiculous I will not shop again at your store I will give this a one star I will never ever shop at your store again at fort Smith Arkansas I am very displeased with the service

Got my front and rear breaks done and rack and pinion replaced on my truck a week later rack and pinion broke and today 2 weeks from repairs my rear breaks just went out not using this firestone in fort smith ever again the 2 different firestones ive used to fix fort smiths mess ups all asked what in the world are they doing there fort smith firestone need to be shut down or the need to clean house! 0 out of 5 stars

I would like them (-) rating. I have a nissan altima, they said they fixed it by replacing fuel injector because my car did not get start after stoping in red light, i spend $836 there. A day after they were saying my fuel meter is not working, the meter says i have half tank gas but in real the tank was empty. Which means the reason my car did not get started after stopping in red light was completely out of gas it was not fuel injector. They just took my $836 for nothing. I would suggested everyone not to get services from them.

They told me they were unable to fix my flat tire. And told me they only have one in stock to replace it and it was over $200. I said no and took it to Phoenix tire on Phoenix avenue where they were able to fix my flat for 30 bucks. Not to mention the guys at Firestone left their greasy handprints everywhere

Horrible. They always say they are backed up with a two or 3 hour wait just to get rid of you. I bought 4 new tires and was assured that the tire rotations would be free but they always told me it would be a couple hours wait. Buy your tires from discount tire they have excellent customer service and better deals. FYI...75.00 for an oil change for my car today. Yep I wont be back.

This experience has turned me into a Firestone faithful. The tires I got are phenomenal, the work was flawless, the price was amazing. The best part? The two Brians at the counter. The customer service and realness brought by them made the experience. Great job Firestone!!

Waited nearly 2 years just for a simple tire rotation; dropped the car off at 1:40, said it be a hour max now (went to the gym worked out, came back) it’s nearly 4 and they haven’t took my car back so I ended up leaving due to errands.. never go here!!

Well took a trailer tire in to get replaced from a blowout. Had to leave the guys standing on the side of the road. But as I sit there taking a little long to change out a tire.

I called them @ 6:25, when I discovered I had a low tire on my pickup. They said come on over, as I live 3 miles away. I got there by 6:36 or so and they were able to fix my tire and send me on my way for only $20! I appreciate them working right up till closing time.😊

Had a blow out on my camper tire. These guys were great. Got me in and out very fast. Also knowledgeable and professional.

We where traveling from out of town, and blew two tires on our trailer going down the highway. It was a Saturday about 30 minutes from closing. We arrived right before closing, they stayed open to help us. The staff was very helpful and kind. They where also super fast. We would have been stranded for the day if they wouldnt have helped us. We are extremely grateful!

My husband almost got his truck serviced here today but didn’t because of the horrible service and attempt to scam him (he’s a certified mechanic so that didn’t go well). His words: “They way overpriced a simple job (3x the amount) and told me that my truck was a hazard to drive (it wasn’t) and showed me parts that came off of my truck that definitely did not, they came from a small car.”

I had a flat tire Wednesday night after church. I went to my Firestone about 30 minutes prior to them closing. Brian and Austin were wonderful. They were kind, helpful and pleasant despite it being close to them closing! They recommended my needs and even wrote down what I needed.Today, Saturday 12/14, I am here to get all new tires. I was greeted by Jason who was pleasant and informative. Don’t come here if you don’t have a truck or an SUV or if you actually care about your car because there is a lady that works here who either doesn’t know or doesn’t care about lowered cars and she ended up ripping a hole into the bumper and she walked away from us knowing that she was about to be confronted. They were really trying to say that the hole was already there when it wasn’t. Also what was supposed to take an hour ended up taking 3 hours (2 hours of waiting for the car to be put in). However they did recommend us to an autobody shop to get an estimate. The only good outcome is that it was just $30 for a tire change.

Do not take your car here, went in for a alignment they said they couldnt align my car because I needed tie end rods and ball joints and they said they could do it for 650 dollars I took my car to midas and they aligned it for 80 dollars with no issues at all, this place will try to replace stuff that isnt even broken very disappointed in this business

Not only did Firestone Fort Smith have the hard-to-find trailer tires I was looking for, but on a Sunday afternoon - with no one else in town open to do tires - they were able to mount them and have me out within an hour or so. Our technician Claire was awesome - above and beyond helpful. Greatly appreciated the fact that they helped me out in an emergency!

This place will screw you hard. They will charge you 3 times as much labor as they actually spend on it. Then charge you for the labor they quoted. 3.5 hours of labor charged for 30 minutes of actual labor. I will never darken their doorstep again.

Pretty pricey but they know what they are doing. Very busy shop so expect to have a wait time. I usually go to the mall but since there has been a pandemic not too possible. During my last visit no one was wearing masks inside and there were a lot if people going in and out as well as sitting in the waiting area.

BEWARE!!! Took my new vehicle to this location for a tire repair. And when it was done we noticed they had scratched my new wheel up !!!!! When we confronted the manager about it all he had to say was yeah some times they get scratched !!!Firestone does not want to replace it !!! Please beware !!!

Horrible. Rented a car from enterprise and blew a tire just before fort smith. Was directed to firestone to change the tire, and they informed us that it was a 2 hour wait just to fix a tire. We tried to get some sympathy saying we were trying to get to utah and didnt get any. Thats after waiting 10 minutes while the employee was answering call after call.

I came in for an oil change for a rental and waited there for it. They finished probably within an hour, but they neglected to tell me. I sat in the waiting room for THREE HOURS. I thought maybe they were servicing appointments before walk-ins. When I saw another walk-in being served, I decided to ask about the status of the vehicle. I was met with confusion. How do you lose track of one of three customers waiting for their vehicles? Thats such a disappointment.

I went in for an alignment on my truck turned out they didnt make sure the adjustment sleeve did not hit my aftermarket differential cover. I didnt go through and check their work after I got my truck back which was my mistake because I keep forgetting that you always have to double-check any work that Firestone does to your vehicle. Crawls underneath the front of my truck a few months later now I have a nice big gouge and my aftermarket differential cover. The manager of Firestone started coming up with excuses making it my fault I lined him out real quick. He told me that he could get the differential cover that I paid $250 for $70 it has been 3 weeks and they have still yet to get back to me about when the new cover will be in.

Not only got new tires, but they also did a check on my alignment. Great staff!

Noticed I had a piece of chain link fence in my tire after leaving a meeting at my sons school at around 6:30 pm. I googled and saw that Firestone was open until 7:00 pm. I immediately got in the car and drove straight there. The staff was super helpful and got me a new tire. I am grateful to them and now I can be sure I get my kids to school safely and on time. Also I recommend getting the road hazard insurance on tire purchases. My new tire cost me only $16.

I visit this location every time I get my company vehicle serviced. Quick and easy process, and the clerk is always knowledgeable and polite. Ive never had a single problem with payment processing or any hitches in getting my company vehicle taken care of. They were even nice enough to let me leave through the garage when it was raining really heavily one day so that I wouldnt get wet! They seem to really care about their customers here. Definitely reccomend this place!

We were traveling from Little Rock to Denver and had a issue with our van. We pulled into this place 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night and the service manager was so helpful. He went above and beyond calling all the parts stores in the area to get the part we needed and had us fixed up and on our way in no time! Highly recommend!

The pros: friendly service and quick.Cons: I went in for a dead headlight bulb on the left side and then decided to just replace all of them. Total for that was $74.I got home, turned on the regular night light and the left side was still out. Went back to the shop and they turned on high beam and said it worked. Went home and tested my lights again and I noticed that high beam works but not the regular low beam night light. I gave up and decided to go to ORileys to make sure I wasnt going crazy. The guy realized the problem right away and I told him Id just like to replace it there. He got me a replacement light bulb put in, in less than 30 seconds. $6.99!!I could have saved so much time and money if I just went to ORileys in the first place. ORileys said Firestone probably didnt realize that my Honda Insight has three bulbs. It makes me wonder if they actually replaced any of my bulbs for a $74 service!

This is an excellent auto care company - I would highly recommend them!I recently moved to Fort Smith and needed some new brakes. I decided to try this Firestone after finding out that the Bill White Volkswagen dealership didnt have any of the parts in stock. I also chose Firestone because of their generous hours. They are even open on Sundays, which seems to be rare.The guys did an excellent job with my brakes and rotors. They showed me the old rotors and explained exactly why they couldnt be re-surfaced. They also informed me of a coupon which saved me over $100. They provided a very good service.About a week later I had another issue with a broken clamp on the exhaust system. This shop doesnt normally do exhaust work but they took a look at it anyways. They located the rusted clamp and the manager of the shop went to get the part from a nearby parts store. The part was replaced and I was on my way. They only charged me for the part.Their service is top notch. I am so glad that I found this shop; I will definitely use them for all of my car needs from here out.

Dont bother with making an appointment, you will still have an extended wait. They left my Valve stem caps so loose they couldve fell off. (I have full chrome caps) They poured oil all over my motor and didnt clean it off. I found three lug nuts that werent fully tightened. They didnt fully tighten the plastic lug nuts on my hubcaps. Horrible service. I wont make the mistake of taking my vehicle there again.

The little white boy at the front desk I think his name was Colon helped me so much, they were very busy but he took the time to assist me and was so nice. I thought I had a hole in my tire but it was just the weather change that made my tire lose a little air, he aired it right up for me and sent me on my way. Ill be recommending all the ladies at the beauty shop go see him for assistance!

I took my Subaru to Firestone on a Saturday. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They found the problem and with minor repairs, fixed it. Other places would have replaced unnecessary parts. They will always have our businesses and loyalty. We need more business like them.

We have gone to Firestone in Fort Smith for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic. They are honest, hard working people you can trust. My husband and I put a lot of miles on our vehicles, and every time we come to Firestone they go above and beyond to provide us solutions that are best for our vehicles and our bank account.

Did not mount and balanced my tires right. Alignment was off even though I took it back a second time. They couldn’t provide the paperwork for the alignment because their printer was supposedly broken for weeks. Only reason I found out all this was because my car didn’t feel right and I took it to my personal mechanic. They may have 12k miles/1 year warranty but that doesn’t matter if they don’t ever do it right.

Absolutely horrible customer service and very unfriendly manager!! Went in to get a major issue fixed and they claimed they fixed t however they did not. Changed us an arm and a leg and basically the problem we were having in the first place wasn’t fixed 😢 sad lesson learned. But I hope people can read the reviews and not make the same mistake as I did. No one deserves to be taken advantage of the way they did my family and I! You guys should be closed down for falsifying and misleading information. O and they couldn’t find my ticket or the mechanic with the service “was done” yet. They printed one up very quickly. The service was excellent. They got us fixed and back on the road much sooner than expected and the cost was very reasonable.

Make sure you call ahead and schedule an appointment if you are in a hurry. If you are a walk in, you are going to wait a while. They have quality tires and have a good warranty that you can purchase, it just takes some time to get the work completed.

I just bought a new challenger srt hellcat. Dodge decided to put subwoofers in the trunk instead of a spare. I found a screw on I 40 near Ft. Smith. Car alarmed low tire pressure. Got to a gas station with air and then found this firestone location. They were about to close. They asked me to come back the next day. I let them know I was not from Ft Smith. They took care of me. I am very pleased. Thank you so much guys! Very nice. Saved my day. I would highly recommended this location.

They charged me over 1,000 to fix my brake pads, had extremely poor customer service skills, and on top of all that the broke the lock on my door. I will never take my car there again and I will strongly discourage anyone else to go there.

I bought a set of tires here and brought my vehicle in for regular tire rotation. When I left, I had a gut feeling that they did nothing at all (it was due to the fact that one of my hubcaps is missing and it didnt change spots. I thought of myself that they could have just taken the others off and put it back them all back on in the same positions, but I made a note of it). So at my next scheduled interval, I brought my vehicle back for the regular rotation. This time I marked all four tires with a pen 1-4 starting from the front driver side around to the back drive side.After leaving, I checked all four tires and the numbers were the same in each position. I am very disappointed in such deceitful practices and my faith is forever lost in Firestone. I will never visit one of their locations or purchase anything from them ever again.

We had a flat and used fix a flat to get to the Firestone tire shop. They said we would have to buy a new tire because fix a flat melts the rubber and makes the tire unfixable. I called discount tire down the street and they said that was a lie to bring it to them and they would fix it! Firestone in Ft Smith are not reputable. I would never ever ever ever use them ever!

Dirty crooks over charged me 170 dollars to replace a motor mount on my buick dont use these pirates the part was only 86 dollars and I saw the invoice and the desk jockey lied about it so charging me 380 dollars means the labor was 290 for one hour I will never use there service again bunch of crooks the in voice was from autozone and I called them to verify the price
