These clowns destroyed the steering column in my vehicle and lied about it when called on their lies and had no other choice but to come clean bs excuse is all they could come up with I gave them every opportunity to admit or come clean about this but they would not I understand damage can happen and I am understanding in those situations it happens but to not own your mistakes and try to blame someone else come on..this used to be a decent company with a good reputation If you have need a tow company do not call these guys

My State Farm roadside assistance called this wrecker service when our car broke down. We were in between states traveling from Missouri to Texas. When the wrecker got to us the driver was the nicest guy ever. He first called the repair shop given to him by roadside assistance and found out that the shop was closed. We asked him to bring the car to any shop that he thought could repair the car the soonest to get us back on the road. Which he did. We were back up and running in about 20 minutes.Like any other wrecker, I hope to never need his service again. But if youre stuck in Fort Smith, Arkansas give these guys a call
