Great service department. I bought a Stihl MS251 from them a few years ago, cut down one ash tree and put the saw on a shelf. I took it to Cresent Ave and the service man immediately took it to the back, loaded it up with fuel and oil and it started right up. Amazing service! I will go back.

Took my sister in for her first mower.Could not be any happier with the service.The staff is top notch. Nice and clean they knew where everything was. And expanded everything to her. Filled the mower with gas and oil test ran it before helping me put it the back of my truck. Honestly the best service experience I have ever had!!! I had expected to leave a tool for repair . Without so much as word it was taken into the shop. To my surprise the repair began . As I explained to another employee standing next to me that there was no rush she told me that the wait time would be 6 or 7 days which was why it was being done for me now. Turned out to be a miner issue, now I have to tell you, I have never been in that shop before, in fact I am not from this city or state. To top it off the repairman did not even charge me for his time, busy as he was. Friendly Courtious and Kind. 1000 🌟

Crescent Gardens will always get business. My mower stop running right at the start of growing season, I was stressing where to take it to get it repaired. I gave them a call, and was told they were two weeks out on repairs, I was told some time they get them done before then, I took a chance. They were busy, Mr. D took a look at the mower, I told him what I had done to the mower he had it running in 20 minutes. You guys saved me from a summer of anxiety!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.Thank you

I have been taking my equipment here for years and they always do a great job. Great group of people that are attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. They may not be the fastest during peak season due to how popular they are, but it will be done right.

I have been going to Crescent Avenue Gardens for about 20 years and am welcome with a smile every time I walk through their door. Ive purchased each of my mowers with them starting with my push mower, then my riding mower, then my new Toro zero turn mower last year. Each mower has worked great! I still have the first push mower I purchased from them and it still runs great!I have taken my equipment to them for service as well. Last year I thought I would have another company out SW service my riding mower since they were closer to home. They had it for over a month until I called to find out the update...they hadnt even started on it! A few weeks later we called again, still nothing! Finally after having our mower for 2 months they finally called with a ridiculous quote for the work. We declined and instead of putting everything back the way it was they didnt put it back together and just left the parts on the seat when they delivered it! The was the first and last time Ill ever consider going anywhere other than Crescent Avenue Gardens to purchase anything or have it serviced!Crescent Avenue knows their equipment and are happy to answer any questions I have. Thanks for everything!

There has to be more to the $70 oil change 1 star review than whats told. The majority rules in this case I assure you. You cant go wrong with these guys. Gayle is amazing to deal with and the guys in the back are great too. This place is no BS. Just an orange/white and red paradise with people who are just as passionate about their products as you are.

I was looking for a specific used engine. Didnt happen. But every time I ask Gary for help for a project hes there for me. Mostly we find what I need. He always takes a few minutes to try. And for regular repairs, Crescent Avenue is where I go.

Bought my first lawnmower from them forty years ago. Just purchased my third. Rarely serviced my TORO, but they were there, ready to help. Leaf blower, snow blower, chain saw, all came from the folks @ Crescent Avenue. My kind of people.

Proper communication with customer would be nice. To be told $75 for service that will include oil change, spark plugs & blade sharpened. Labor included. Then to pick up lawn mower and its $121.00 We will never have our lawnmowers serviced here again. Rather buy a new lawnmower.

These guys are first class. I have had bad experiences with other toro dealers on the NW side of town. I went there because it was close but it always cost me in time and a lot of cash. these guys do honest work at fair prices. great service. they always have the part I need.Good people. I will do all my future business here.

I have made the switch to crescent avenue gardens for my Stihl equipment purchases and services. These guys really know how to make you smile. I love going in. They will find you the 50 cent bolt, as well as you 800 dollar chain saw. Extremely experienced and worth every penny. I am a small business and have been around 10 years. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

Brought our Toro lawn mower in on September 14th because it would not stay running. Was told they would call when it was done. Over a week went by and no call. Called on Tuesday September 24th. Was told they were working on it, should be another day or two. Another week goes by. Called again. Wanted our ticket stub number they gave us when we brought it in. Kept waiting on the phone. Waiting. Wanted to know when we brought it in. WTF? Then said they had misplaced our order ticket. Needed my name, address, etc. all over again and what was wrong with it. Said they were glad I called because they had no idea about the mower. Really? When I called the week earlier they said they were working on it. That obviously was a lie. Said they would get right on it and be ready the next day, October 3rd. So, I waited almost 3 weeks for something that took a few hours to repair and in the meantime had to borrow my brothers mower, who ofcourse lived across town. When we picked it up we relayed our story about the runaround we had experienced. Was told they took a few dollars off our bill for that. But, on the receipt it just shows the charges, no -$2.00 or anything like that. Was that just lip service too? All I know is that will have second thoughts on bringing them anything to repair again.

The best place in town to repair a lawnmower or power washer!

Went in and they were really helpful helping me pick out what I needed. Answered all my questions without pushing me towards higher end models that do more than what I need. After the purchase they took me outside to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new equipment showing me how to do maintenance on it as well as common troubleshooting problems that might come up. I had never been here before but I will be back for my lawn and garden needs in the future. They make a great first impression. The fact that they do maintainence in house is a plus too. I wasnt expecting to buy any kind of warrenty but they have me a 4 year one for free. If anything does come up the fact they can fix it locally instead of sending it off is also a huge plus.

My 16 year old son took the carburetor for his Toro walk behind mower to Crescent Ave Gardens early in July 2018 to be repaired. They took his information, including his confirmed phone number and told him it would be a couple of weeks, but they would get back to him. The rest of July went by and so did three weeks in August. My son called to see what the status was only to be told they needed more information from his mower before they could proceed. UNREAL!! They had his carburetor for 5 weeks and never called to ask for the additional information needed. Frustrated, but needing the carburetor fixed, my son gave them the additional information and then was told they would let him know when it was done. He waited, and waited and waited until this last week, when he called on Tuesday, October 9th (an additional 6 weeks) and was told THEY COULDNT FIX IT!! They never called to say they couldnt repair it...nothing! My son picked up the unrepaired carburetor on Friday and there was no explanation and no apology. Unbelievable! Three months with a part they couldnt fix and they never let their customer know. Thats sad, unprofessional and just bad business. We cant decide if our son was treated this way because hes a 16 year old kid (with his own lawn mowing business) or they are just a poorly run business. As it is, we will never set foot in their store again and well happily share our story with others to save them the heartache they caused our son. Shame on you, Crescent Avenue Gardens!

Many of the customer service guys in here are arrogant and rude. They act as if it is YOUR pleasure to work with THEM instead of the other way around. If it were just to me, I would not have written a review, but they also charge insane prices to those who do not know better. An oil change on my grandmas push mower was $70. No other maintenance, no blade sharpening, nothing. Oil change.I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else in town where customer service still matters and an extra buck isnt worth taking advantage of someone.

Gale and Gary are the best!, my family has been doing business with them for damn near 30 years now! I have bought multiple push mowers from them, new hedge trimmers, a br400 and br600 backpack blowers, plus bg55 and bg57 handheld blowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, edgers, and a ton more. I live closer to Muttons but willingly take the drive to see Gale and Gary every time. Called them tonight (June 19,2014) to secure a Toro Timecutter ss4235 zero turn riding lawn mower.If your in need for a friendly HONEST and caring company that will always treat you right, then look no further!
