I rarely write reviews, much less bad reviews, but I feel that when a company is either A. deceptive, or B. incompetent, then writing a negative review is a kind of public service.I sent a guy down to Mutton from southeastern Michigan (2+ hour drive) to pick up a used Exmark Lazer Z with 618 hours. Prior to doing so, I specifically asked the salesperson about the condition and whether or not there were any leaks, to which he replied that the machine had been completely gone through by their mechanics. He also explained that they would be firm on their price because it was such a great machine. When my driver and the machine arrived back in Michigan I immediately noticed that the machine was in pretty rough cosmetic condition, it would puff a bit more smoke than it should when starting, and there was oil all over the plate where the engine is mounted and under the seat. Apparently the sales staff told my driver that they had just changed the oil and it was just some spillage, so there was nothing to worry about. I am no mechanic, but I was pretty sure this wasnt the case - I cleaned it off with a pressure washer and sure enough, a significant amount of oil was coming out of the engine (governor seal) as well as BOTH hydro pumps. On top of that, the oil coming from the engine was green - it looks like someone put coolant in it or perhaps an additive to prevent the engine from smoking / leaking? In either case, I have never seen a machine with green oil in it like this before. Now I dont expect a used machine to be perfect and also understand that human beings make mistakes, but there are too many issues here to be chalked up to someone simply making a mistake. It would be one thing of this machine had been labeled a fixer-upper and the sales staff had communicated that to me, but to say that this machine was completely gone through by their mechanics was either a deliberate misrepresentation or reflects incompetence on the part of the service department. I cant say for sure which is the case, but it is inexcusable in both cases. If you are looking for a reputable dealer that you can trust to give you a thorough assessment of a machines mechanical condition and reliable / accurate information regarding the condition of used equipment, I suggest looking elsewhere. Some of individuals working at this company are either dishonest or completely unqualified to be working on and selling this type of equipment. To the owner / management: this type of short-sighted selling will hurt your reputation in the long-run, which will be difficult to undo. I would suggesting getting to the bottom of what happened and making sure it never happens again.
Very helpful knowledgeable staff, I bought a backpack blower and they were very helpful!
Very helpful and always very friendly! Great job!
Parts employee Jason is very professional, knowledgeable. Dont get no better then him. Great service!!
Mostly a great place, but; April 2021, not one of the employees was wearing a mask, COVID.And I had a push mower serviced, the Spring tune-up.When I went to pay, as I paid a worker pushed mower out to the parking lot.But issue two, no one to help me load into the back of the SUV. First, no one around, then after 5 minutes the the guy the pushed it, avoid me, 10 yards away with the hatch open. He was too busy trying to get a sale on a $2,700 rider mower. He saw me the store, he took the mower out, saw me in the parking lot. I am 65+, with a bad wrist. The mower weighed approximately 35 lbs.I loaded by myself, rough. The workers there do not want to help the customers unload or load. The unload was almost as bad.Good customer service goes a long way.I will have to think twice before I do business there, and I have recommended them before. My understanding is Mr. Mutton is a great guy. He needs to get his staff to great to, and appreciate customers. Thanks for being a local business, please improve the way customers are treated. Treat them like friends and family and even if a price is $50-$100 more than a big box store, we will pay the price and be back.
Jason in the parts department is great. He will listen to and help in any way possible. I would go elsewhere if it wasn’t for him. Give that man a pay raise!!
Mutton Power Equipment exceeded my expectations. On March 24th I took delivery of a John Deere tractor, in that day they had some staffing problems, my tractor was delivered late in the day. Initially I was a bit concerned if I was going to get my equipment. They went Above and Beyond in meeting the delivery deadlines. I called their manager Josh Gordy and he informed me that they were running behind and my tractor would be delivered. Later that evening when the trailer showed up, the young man that was driving the delivering was the husband to one of the gals that work in the office. They went the extra mile on customer service on this one!!!The young man apologized on behalf of Mutton Power Equipment, explained to me what happened and asked me if I was satisfied. I would recommend Mutton Power Equipment to my friends and family, their manager Josh Gordy exemplifies professionalism beyond reproach.Good job!! I feel confident their service will meet your expectations.
Great experience. Equipment in stock. Great sales staff.
Knowledgeable staff but if your getting equipment serviced expect the pricing to be outrageous
Great service great atitude
Really had high expectations of this place however the more I do business with them the more disappointed I become. Not sure if they really care about the customer or not. They sell great equipment and brands that basically sell themselves. The only thing missing here is passion for the customer.
I’ve purchased power equipment from Mutton for 35 years. Always great products and great service if you happen to need it.
We purchased a brand new Toro lawn mower here two years ago. We’ve taken it back to Mutton each spring for regular tune up. This spring we’ve had difficulties starting it every time we mowed. Had to take in and have carburetor repaired…Not sure I’ll buy any more Toros if this is the expectation?
Dropped off my john deer for service about a month ago, when we picked it up one off the techs drove it around and loaded it onto the trailer for me .I asked him if he had sharpened the blades and he said yes,he then literally picked the front of the tractor up with one arm to show the blades had been sharpened, he looked me dead in the eyes as he did it and smiled, my wife also witnessed this happen .strangest thing I have ever seen..mower runs great!! .also idk if this is coincidence or not but me and my wife have been trying to conceive for some time now, guy literally just told her to have a nice day and she was pregnant the very next day 🙃 😅
Mutton Power Equipment has wonderful technicians, excellent customer service, amd wonderful equipment. They are our go to for any repairs on lawn equipment. Thank you Mutton Power Equipment!!!
Amazing customer service!
Great staff. Carrie and Jason are always on it
The staff was pleasant the mower was a great price, they help me register the product, they helped me load the mower, and I know if I have any problems they will be there to help. Thanks again
Bought a used mower for $1,200. Come to find out muffle was on backwards. The mow deck broke twice in 10 days. And after 1 month and 2 weeks the engine blows. Never coming here again
Excellent service! I will be buying all my mower parts from Mutton. The post office lost my parts and after much aggravation and many attempts I finally called Mutton Power to see if they could help. They shipped my order a second time (at no charge to me) by UPS the following day so I could get my mower repaired and took over the fight with the post office. I didn’t think customer service existed anymore. Thanks again
Very professional, they have the stuff that Lowes, home depot and Menards doesnt have.
Helpful staff, and always can get the strange parts I need.
I was looking at buying a mower from Mutton as they have a fine line of entry level and high end product. Ultimately I wound up purchasing elsewhere. One of the big factors that helped me make my decision was the young man I talked to didnt really appear to know much about the product he was selling, I asked about the warranty on a line that they carry and he was unable to tell me how long it was for sure. I believe knowing your product is crucial to being able to provide the customer with a warm and fuzzy feeling about what they are buying. I may be looking to add another mower in the future and will be checking out Mutton again.
Employee s were very nice even helped two blondes put in new string in our weed eater.
Josh provided quick professional service!
Not real customer oriented. Had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to bring out our mower. No apology or nothing. The gal running mower sales ( I think) asked me if she could help. Kudos to her!
The only place I go to get my riding mower fixed or parts
Good customer service.
Just bought my first John Deere tractor. Had a great experience at Mutton. If your looking to purchase Call and ask for Salesman named Landon. Hes very knowledgable, hell try to get you the best deal that he can, and he went above and beyond to help me out with everything that I needed. Highly Recommend. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks a lot.
Customer service is great here. I would recommend Landon for any sales transaction. Landon was very helpful, and friendly. My wife and I just purchased our first John Deere machine, and couldnt be happier with the decision.
Since hubby had mind made up, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Easy in and out bought a lawn mower and snow blower.
Very helpful and friendly
They had the snow blower part I needed for $4 less then Amazon and I got it now.
So far Service has been good at least for the last two times I visited this place
There all about sales but no service every time I ever called they never returned a call ever. I paid 6500 for a new golf cart but never could get any help on ordering anything for it or any info on how to add anything to it. Love the golf cart but hate the service after the sales to me service is just as important. At one point one of there employees told me that I would be better off to go to eBay and order whatever I needed thats great service I bet Mr Mutton would love that. The end result was I did go to eBay they lost out on about 1500 or 2000 in extras that I bought. Thanks for all your help ....
Way overpriced on replacement parts from what you can get elsewhere or online from amazon or online dealers. Usually I would pay a bit extra but customer service and friendly service at that is non-existent at this place. Last time I bought a replacement wheel for my push mower it was over $30 with tax, got a 2 pack of exact same orginal wheels online for 42.99. If they had good service I would return but like I said before, never again will I go back.
Wish a zero rating was possible. Staff is very knowledgeable. They took advantage of my mom. We went in checked out the selection asked about options. Staff had all the answers which was great. Got a quote on a new Gator with the added features. Guy told my mom itd be ready in 4 weeks. 9 weeks later the accessories and (Gator) came in and was delivered. Only problem the new Gator wasnt new it had 3 hours on it. It was a Gator they used to show clients. When questioned the salesperson said he quoted her for a used one. Which both my brother and mom was present nothing was mentioned about a used Gator. Nothing mentioned in the paperwork about a used Gator. If it was me I wouldnt have accepted the delivery but my mom wanted it for a fathers day present. If she wanted the floor model she would have taken it that day we got a quote. That way she could have it for fathers day instead of waiting 9 weeks for a used Gator. Shady deal.
I HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE GATOR DAYS/DEMO DAYS EVENT. STOPPED IN TO CHECK OUT A LEAF BLOWER AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL! I LIVE IN THE WOODS SO I NEEDED THE BEST LEAF BLOWER ON THE MARKET. THE STIHL BR600 BACKPACK LEAF BLOWER I GOT IS AMAZING!!! IT HAS UNSURPASSED POWER!! IM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT MUTTON POWER EQUIPMENT!
I would never ever recommend doing business with Mutton Power Equipment... I for the life of me, cannot understand how they Jim Mutton stays in business. HE & his employees are the rudest most ignorant people that I have come across in a really long time I went in there to buy a new zero-turn mower for the nice tidy price of $2, 500 dollars... And Ive got to say... once they had the money I was treated like I was nothing they were done with me, they got their money, they made their sale, and that was the end of that! ... They never bothered to discuss anything about the mower how it operates or anything else for that matter, I dont even know how long I have a warranty for.. I guess Im just going to have to read up on that one... their customer service and just their General skills in speaking with customers is deplorable and thats being kind I was shocked at the hole experience & the way it happened... I even called the credit card company and Cancell the sale unless they followed through on their end of the arrangement and I had to fight really fight to get something very very simple taken care of and only then was the problem addressed when they knew that I meant business... there is NO WAY Im going to give somebody $2, 500 AND let them talk to me like Im some kind of low life. They may think its all right but I certainly dont, so... if you want to get kicked around or abused for no reason I would suggest shopping there.. otherwise... STEER CLEAR !
I am done with Mutton. I don’t think they could fix a sandwich, much less a snow blower! They didnt have any trouble taking peoples money, but they sure have trouble fixing things. I have an older model Toro snow blower and it had been difficult to start and was dripping gas. I took it to Mutton on Illinois Road three times this past winter, and all three times, they said they fixed the starting and dripping problems. The last time I picked it up, they said it was fixed and they had drained the gas for summer storage. Yesterday, I went to my garage to start it. There were a few drops of fuel on the garage floor under the snow blower; and with ethanol-free, fresh gas, the unit would not start! I don’t know how it could have leaked fuel if they had truly drained it. In addition, I don’t know why it would not start with fresh fuel if it was in running condition as they said when I picked it up.This is a follow-up to the Owners reply three weeks ago:Are you kidding me. You wait for over a year to reply and you expect me to get in touch with you? Dream on. Your service is horrid!
Update- The manager followed up with me offering a more than fair offer to repair my mower again. I accepted her offer.I am happy to report my mower works great again. I am changing my negative experience to a positive experience. If your not happy talk to the manager. They will be happy to work with you till you are happy again.Thank You!!!**************Dont Go for mower repair service. Had my mower taken in to be repaired, take 6 weeks. When I got it back, still had the same problem. Taken back in, this time they said a new reason why it is now not running. I asked why didnt they find and fix the second problem when mower was in for repair the first time. They said it just happened. I only mowed with it for 30 minutes to find the original reported problem still occurring.I will NEVER GO BACK for anything! What I heard from other about Muttons is true. They dont care about service.
Only about 20% of customers were wearing a mask... I did not see a requirement sign... So it looks like they probably are not enforcing it... The service was professional... 😁
I have to say, the people at the Illinois Road store are really not interested at all in selling anything. It seemed like I was bothering them for walking in the store. I was ready to buy a mower, but I would expect a little bit better service for someone off the street planning on spending $5000 to $10000 for a zero turn. After calling a second time to get more information, I received the same kind of service. I will spend my money elsewhere.
I searched for a month for the best price on JD Gator attachments. I came across Mutton while surfing the web and I am glad I did. They had the best price on glass windshields and the best customer service Ive experienced with JD. I wish Mutton would come to Mississippi and teach my local JD dealer a thing or two about customer service. Ill be ordering more from Mutton. Thanks Joe!!
This place is just awful. I dropped off a blower that was purchased in September of 2017, less than a year ago. When I took it in two days ago, I was told that it was under warranty and things should be covered and they will get it running. When I picked it up, they charged me $60 despite telling me two days before it would be covered. The service man was beyond rude and told me my bill could have been higher had he replaced the filter but he felt that was unnecessary. While the lady upfront was kind, she still didnt honor what was written on my service order that the item was under warranty as discussed TWO days before. Wont be returning to this place ever again, and weve been a customer for years. Sad to have to write a negative review for a small local business which my husband and I always try to support, but they clearly dont honor their word or their products.*UPDATED* If the product was not covered under warranty like stated when I first dropped it off, then a phone call to explain this as well as asking before performing service on the product would have been appreciated. I have no problem paying the $60 for service (for a $4 part, mind you), had I known about it prior to picking up my item. Your lack of customer service is the reason why we wont be back. You also need to teach your service people an ounce of customer service. A smart ass remark to a paying customer wont get your business anywhere. Youre welcome for the free advice.
Update: I wasnt offended. Its all in how you want your company represented. Original post: What a miserable piece of work. Im referring to the young man sitting in the middle of two other friendly associates behind the counter. I walked up to get parts for my mower and made eye contact with this kid and he immediately looked down and didnt even acknowledge that I needed something. Really, kid? Get over yourself. And wear clean clothes and present yourself like you are representing the company while youre at it. Good business starts with good customer service.
Jason (parts) immediately identified the problem with an old Peerless transmission. And repair parts were in stock! Im impressed.
Rob (in service) at the Illinois rd is simply a class act. We purchased a new Exmark Staris and had an issue during the first day of mowing season. Rob met us in the parking lot to see what was going on, within 30 minutes; we were back on the road to the next property. Big thanks to this guy for helping us stay on schedule!
Just buying a new chainsaw. Friendly service that was quick to find what I needed. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.
Great customer service, i was immediately approached when i came walking in and after explaining what type of mower i was looking for i was informed that i didnt need to spend that much for what i needed. I cant explain enough how refreshing it is to know not everyone is trying to sell you something you dont need. THANK YOU MUTTON POWER
If I could I would give this place a 0 star rating. I took my push mower in for service, which I thought would be a warranty repair since the mower was only a year old, but was told that I needed a new motor or new mower due to broken connecting rods from lack of oil. I find this funny, because I checked the oil regularly and it was full of oil when I took it in, yet they told me that it was not full. The whole experience started off bad since I had to sit and wait for someone to help me and the guy that helped me seemed to not know what to do and was very confused. I called back to check the status of the mower and was told that it was going to be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before they would look at it since I did not buy the mower there. Since i didnt buy it there, i was not one of their customers she stated and they would get to at their convenience. I was very frustrated and when I asked why I was not told this when I dropped it off, the service manager got rude and told me not to cuss at her. I was cursing, but not at her. She then hung up on me. I called back and another manager told me that he would handle it. I received a call a couple weeks later and was told that the problem with the mower was not a warranty issue and I had a diagnosis bill if $42.50, which again nobody ever mentioned when I dropped off the mower. I called back and asked for the store manager and the service manager stated that they had no store manager, yet I spoke to someone claiming to be the store manager a couple weeks earlier. The service manager then stated to just come get the mower, because they just wanted it out of their shop and I would not be charged. When I picked the mower up, it was given to me in pieces. Thats not how it was when I dropped it off. This place is a joke and the service manager needs to be replaced since she obviously has no idea how to take care of a customer. I will make sure everyone I know hears about this so they dont get taken.
I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to buy a $2000 bagger that the guy confirmed on the phone they had and when I got there they only had part of it and wanted to drop ship the rest .. I run a lawn service and I called to confirm they had it cause I needed it immediately .. that’s how you do business if you want to gain customers.. I will never buy anything from them ever again !!
Was very satisfied with the customer service. Landon was great with feedback and made our buying experience as smooth as possible!
Much appreciation for the first class service received by Gina and the service team! Their attention to detail coupled with a caring, professional service staff makes for a winning combination. Thank you!
Horrible customer service. We purchased a used riding mower 1 week ago. We mowed once and there were issues and then it took forever to start the next time we tried. When we purchased it, we were told that there was a 30 day warranty. When we called to tell them that the mower didnt work, they told us we either needed to take the mower to them or pay for them to pick up the non functioning equipment they sold us AND that we would need to pay for the parts to fix it! If it was just purchased and there is a 30 day warranty, I should not be shelling out anything! I couldnt believe that they didnt even attempt to make things right. The manager seemed mad that we didnt want to keep a mower that doesnt work. They ended up giving us a refund. What I really need is a mower that operates correctly! Also the manager was upset with the sales guy who gave us free delivery in the first place and said he will be docking that from his pay! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Good John Deere parts.
Horrible place, Jim Mutton is the owner and a real jerk off, his company will swindle you and your loved ones with a smile on their face. Real low lifes.
I always go to Mutton for my business and personal lawn equipment needs. Great service every time. Great family owned business. I am very happy with the Stihl chainsaw and back pack blower I purchased there.
All around great experience. Wasnt sure what I needed, salesman helped me out. I ended up getting a Deere Z425 and im very pleased with it so far! Very Friendly staff. 5 Stars.
Sales guys tey hsrd but dont over do it. I just wasnt as impressed with the exmark and toro as i was hustler
Bought a deck wheel with a universal hardware package to install with it. The parts lady found a guy to put it together for me as I had no clue. Said they are under new management and thanks for coming in. 06/17/2019
Typical lawn and garden shop. Usually pretty busy as far as service goes. They normally have the parts I need, if they need to be order, they are pretty quick to get them.
The people here are far more knowledgeable than those at the big box stores. I always get good advice and never feel like theyre rushing me to get to the next customer.
I got a great deal on a used Toro Snow blower! Everyone was very helpful. 5 Stars! Thanks.
Terrible customer service. Ordered parts online, didnt hear anything for 19 days. I had to reach out myself, to ask where my package was. Turns out they didnt even ship it out. Never again from here.
Always fast and efficient service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go out of their way to provide excellent service.
A good place to buy lawn maintenance equipement and chain saws. Excellent repair service.
I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Shane Logan and Mutton Power Equipment regarding the purchase of our 1025r, FEL, 54 Auto-connect mower and 54 snow blower. We had been on a 7 year journey and this past winter decided it was THE time to purchase a machine that could handle the snow, mow our lawn and perform many loader tasks. After entertaining 3 of our local Deere dealers and not being impressed with pricing, I contacted Shane, who has been highly regarded on many discussion forums. Originally, based on pricing, we were in the market for a 1023e. Local dealers were knocking $500 off list and our 1st quote from Mutton was over double that. It was enough so that Shane was able to sell us a 1025r for just a tad over our locally priced 1023es. And so it goes.......Shane made the purchasing process as smooth as silk, including the financing.Shane/Mutton was and continues to be very responsive in emails and phone calls.Their delivery service was outstanding and the tractor and equipment were delivered AHEAD of schedule, by a week. The delivery service gentleman was very courteous and helpful.I will also mention their outstanding service department. I just installed the snow blower this past weekend and they had everything ready to go as delivered. It took about 15-20 minutes to install the quick hitch and blower. Ive read many complaints from others who bought elsewhere and had mowing height and adjustment issues with their auto-connect mowing decks: my 54 deck was right on the money at delivery !To sum it all up, if you are having less than pleasant experiences with your local dealers, or you desire to find some of the best pricing and service anywhere it is worth the phone call or email to check in with Mutton Power before buying your next piece of equipment.Best regards,Randi
Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Mutton Power. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them
Very happy with my Honda lawn mower & Stihl chainsaw. Sales people very knowledgeable and not pushy. great selection and inventory
I called them and talk to joe in sales they had a toro z master told me I could buy it for $1300 he called me 3 hours latter and said they were keeping it then they said they had a exmark Lazer z hp for $1000 needs work I said I wanted it we agreed on $1000 I told him on Friday after noon I would be up there Saturday morning I got a text at 5pm saying don’t come we’re going to keep do not do Business With them there a horrible company
Took mower in for blade sharpening, oil change, normal service. Was told it would probably be done the next day and only run in the $60 range. 5 days later I was called with an estimate of over $130. I told them that I was going to pass, went in to pick it up and was assessed a $45 fee for their estimate. I knew what my mower needed, all that I wanted done, yet it was all or nothing. Im not paying $130 service bill on a push mower that can be replaced for $200. Needless to say, I will never walk back in this business and I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to do business there either. Called Crescent gardens and they resharpen blades and oil change done for under $30.
Be aware that you will be charged min $45 for any service no matter how small a job it is.
Nice enough people....but wait times for repairs are simply way too long..
Very helpful. Was able to order the mower that we wanted for a good price.
As someone else posted, if I could give them a 0 I would. Brought in a Toro Snow Blower that was running rough. I had bought it new from them about 4 years earlier and put maybe 25 hrs on it. They estimated that it needed a carburetor rebuild. Then I get the call. The cylinders are scored, it cant be repaired, the engine is no longer made, cant be replaced. Come pick up the unit and since they took it apart to see that the cylinders were scored it was a $75 service charge. Never asked them to look at the cylinders and the carb rebuild was only going to be around $50. If they wanted to check the cylinders they could have put a scope down a plug hole, not rip it apart. SCAM!!! They wanted it left behind, which I did, so they could repair and resell as it had SO LITTLE USE. Never asked for there $75 diagnostics! DONE WITH THEM, their repair service is a set up to rip off the public!!!
GREAT HELP. LOVE THE EMPLOYEES
These people are pricks. I called to get info about a unit i had purchased from them previously. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and i highly recommend going out of your way to avoid this company.
Incredible service! Gina was top notch and guided me through the process from start to finish!
Just had 3 zero turns fix, great job, fair price.
Awesome sales staff just all the way around great experience there. They all there work as a team to get the job done... Thanks for everything fokes at mutton...
My experience at Muttons couldnt have been better the service manager was very helpful with explaining exactly what was wrong with my mower and the price to have it fixed was less then I was quoted at other places very satisfied will go there again
Very nice people, fast, efficient and got exactly what we asked for! Totally reccomend!!
I have given Muttons a lot of business, Trailer, chainsaws, and a mower, The Toro mower I purchased last fall was DOA this spring, They charged me over $120 for a defective carb, I used the same Ethanol free gas in all my extensive amount of power equipment and all the other equipment is fine. This mower that I paid over 700 for and used for only a couple weeks before winter clearly had a bad Carb, I will not give Muttons or Toro any more of my business.
Decent prices, very knowledgeable about products.
Discriminators pure Discriminators! I wouldn’t recommend these guys for anything.
AWESOME PEOPLE, FANTASTIC SERVICE, & GREAT PRICES!!!
I recently just purchased a new snow blower from Muttons and couldnt be happier. I really wasnt sure what type and size of snow blower I needed, but after surfing their website I found a neat couple of webpages that helped me narrow down my choice. I then went in and talked to one of the salesmen named Shane who helped me figure out what I needed. He was polite and helped me realize I didnt need to buy the big snow blower that I initially thought Id need. Not only was this cheaper for me, but I am quite confident it will work out perfectly this winter. I was skeptical thinking they would try to upsell me like most other stores do in the area, but they just made sure I got what was right for me. I dont know about any of these older bad reviews, but I was very happy with the service I received from Shane and the rest of the staff who helped me check-out. Thanks again for the help and I cant wait to take on the Indiana winter weather!
Quality lawn equipment, fast service and Stihl is a fantastic brand great quality and repairs are done in a very timely manner
Great for John Deere, good service
They had my push mower for a week to do a simple blade sharpening and tune up. Never touched it. They said it would be another week. Picked it up with nothing done. Horrible service. I would give them negative stars if I could.
ZTR Mower came incredibly quickly. Great mower at a great price.
Had my snowblower in for their cleaning special. I was called and given a quote over the phone that the carb was bad and it would be 150 for the entire bill and service. When I picked up my blower the total had ballooned to 185 with no notice. I challenged this to no avail. Do not use this shop as they are not honest.
Awesome folks, great selection and service!
How do you spell Muttons C R O O K S consumer beware youve been warned very unprofessional sales manager not sure how someone with a chip on his shoulder keeps his job needs anger management classes and be trained how to treat and talk to customers think hes someone when hes not as for the owner Jim isnt much better like a snake in the grass nice until you purchase product and nasty after watch out for the bait and switch advertise Toro super recycler personal pace with blade stop list price 599.99 on sale for 549.99 bait once you get there change price to 649.95 say they will give you 100.00 for trade when in reality you receive nothing switch dont fall for the the trade in trick take my advise go somewhere else dont buy anything from Muttons aka crooks
Awesome service and parts department! Great sales staff!
Went for walk behind leaf blowers, they didnt have anything.
Always has everything we need for our riding lawnmowers.
Great customer service!
