Open anytime which is great. Lots of deals and cheaper prices. No climate control but units are placed on a hill which helps with the weather. May update again after winter season to see how true that is.Update: Stuff help up well during the winter seasons with no issues to any of my property. Would recommend!

They have a no-contact self-service kiosk that handles the entire process including providing the lock and keys. Very important to us during the covid-19 stay home order. Staff was available by phone to assist when we had questions. Excellent customer service!

Clean units. Very good service. Very good security. Not located in a floodplain or a bad neighborhood.

Quick response times. Very kind and friendly. Very detailed and informative oh how to access the units. Discussed discounts and best ways to save money and get the best deals. Definitely recommend!!

Was dreading having to deal with one of these storage companies but could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Kyle and Colin were very low key and helpful, worked out a very equitable arrangement financially. Unit was spotless. High level of security on facility. Definitely recommend this company.

I thought this place was a bit disorganized. I had trouble getting my bill paid because I could not get anyone to ever call me back. I could never get anyone to call me back from the customer support line. . But someone would answer on the sales line, which shows they aren’t fully supporting their customers. I was eventually sent a text to be able to make payments which was more convenient. Honestly, I was disappointed because the kiosk did not work when I checked in- I couldn’t ever catch the office open, so I never got a lock...(because the kiosk was frozen upon check in) so I had to buy my own lock, and the first one I bought, didn’t fit. So I had to go and buy another lock. I never got any money back for buying my own lock, I don’t know if that’s something they would do because I never got the opportunity to receive a lock from them in the first place. During the time that I went to buy a lock and come back, someone had put their stuff in my storage unit, (because they just open the unit and leave it open without securing it specifically for you) and I had to deal with moving someone else’s stuff out of my unit (they showed up and apologized, their storage unit was directly next to mine and they had run out of room in their unit, so they thought it was apparently appropriate to put their things in my unit.) it wouldn’t have been such a bad experience if I felt like their customer support team was actually there for the customer. I just didn’t have the best experience. I do understand they have a business to run and my review isn’t the greatest. But it’s the experience I had, so at least it’s truthful.

I needed a storage for a minimal time frame, but it was so easy to do business at this location.Great facility in a convenient location for me. The place is clean, and everyone I spoke to and dealt with in the office were very nice and helpful. Theres a large trash bin that you can use (I did).Josh was wonderful today when I closed out of my storage unit. I will definitely rent a storage unit here again if/when the need arises.

Owners take pride in their place and the reviews given. I had some minor issues when I had originally setup the storage, but they called me about them and were very open and helpful to correcting the situation and then going above my expectations. They were very adamant about making sure my needs were taken care of while Im overseas. I would definitely recommend this place/company to others for their storage needs.

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Times Corners Self Storage. Not only did they offer the the best prices, but their facilities were clean, safe and accessible. The staff treated us like family and were extremely hospitable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Fort Wayne area.
