I really can’t complain about U-Haul it’s really self-explanatory but on top of that they give you good instructions good vehicles to drive in and plenty of locations to drop off and pick up. They also have different varieties of vehicles for all kinds of hauling things. And if you need some accessories tape boxes box cutters lifters they have so many different things inside the store as well.

These guys went above and beyond for me. Dee manages this place amazingly and was the difference for me in not being able to move my bike across states, working on a tight timeline. They installed an electrical connection for me with no notice, and made every effort to help me along the way. Will be returning 100%

This place is easily the worst storage unit company I’ve been to. I’ve hit a major speed bump at every step with this location. It took an hour and a half just to register for a storage unit due to “their system being slow”, and then it took another hour just to access the unit itself because the employee did not know how to input a code correctly. Later on it took yet another hour to set up my auto-payments because the employee could not find my name in the system.As if that wasn’t annoying enough, getting into the storage unit to stash things away is also hit or miss due to their “company-mandated locks”. These are unreliable disc locks which are prone to locking up and failing, leaving you unable to get into your unit. This just happened to me yesterday. I ended up having to call (and pay for) a locksmith to come and open up the unit. The locksmith told me the lock itself failed, so I asked the manager if I could just use a padlock instead. He initially agreed but asked that I come in on my next day off so I could be there in person while they “re-sized the door hinge”. I showed up and the manager told me he had placed another disc lock on my unit (without my consent) and that “nothing is wrong with these locks”. I asked about the padlock arrangement we made and he responded by basically telling me there was nothing he could do and then suggested I just move out.In summary: the facilities are incredibly unreliable and this is made more frustrating due to obstinate management. They’ve lost a year’s worth of business over a padlock. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I’m only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t available. The manager Ian Kacala was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am an out of town resident and made a reservation in advance; however, he informed me that no storage where were available. He then cut someone else’s lock off and said it was full of stuff and unavailable. Ian also said a larger storage was available, but he did not offer it at the same price.

Rented a trailer from this location and could not have been happier with the service. Staff was willing and able to let me select the particular trailer I wanted to use.

Absolutely terrible communication within this company. I was told I was getting a 10 feet truck and ended up getting a 20 feet truck because the 10 feet truck were ‘unavailable’ even though there were multiple in the parking lot. Not only did they give us less miles than we were supposed to have, but they charged us extra for a truck size I didnt ask for.

Closes at 7 get there at 6:30 ask to have two propane tanks filled they said ohhh its too dark out there I replied I have headlights then she told me they have been asking maintenance to fix the light my guess Is since she has a kid and presumably her boyfriend sitting in there with her she just dont want to go out in the cold to do her job

This business should not BE in business. As if moving was not a headache enough, renting from this place will only ADD to your headaches. Specifically ordered a utility dolly when I picked up the rental, and they assured me I was all set to go, and when I got to my destination shock-shock no utility dolly. The uhaul I was given made sounds from the engine that I am pretty sure should not be happening and I expected it to die at any given moment. Phone service when calling in is horrible, the staff just.......dont even get me started, might as well have all automated services for as pleasant and knowledgeable as the staff is there. Run dont walk away from this place unless you are a glutton for punishment. Would have gave it minus stars if it would have offered it

Absolutely terrible service. I was told a truck was available by a fort wayne location, just to be called 2 hours later from regional manager saying truck wont be wont be available. Terrible business model to allow employees to offer a service just to have a manager revoke such offer.

We had a move this past weekend. The manager upgraded us to a bigger truck and gave us an additional day after a mistake we made on our end. We will continue our business with U-Haul for any future moving needs.

I had trouble deciding between 4, and 5 stars. Everything was good and they have a lot of good stuff. Staff was nice and friendly, service was quick and the place is cleen.A little cluttered and might be hard to get a wheelchair to the counter. But there is walking room, and lots of product variety to choose from.

We had an appointment at 7:30 to pick up our 20ft truck and arrived at this location a little before 7:15. Though the hours posted are 7-7, no one showed up until 8:00, after we had spent a lot of time on the phone with corporate and trying to find another truck. As if moving wasnt stressful enough, because of the carelessness of the employees at this store we had to drive around Fort Wayne looking for a truck that could move us to Nashville, TN. Frusterated beyond belief.

We have rented numerous trailers and trucks from u haul, but now that you decided to ban one of my favorite youtubers, cleetus mcfarland, we will be going elsewhere.

On hold for 16 minutes and still holding. Finally hung up and called Penske. They answered right away and were able to meet AND BEAT my initial quote from UHaul by almost $300, but Ive been using uhaul for years, so I tried to give you another chance to give me at least a matching quote. Ive called 3 seperate locations 3 seperate times today. EVERY time, I was met with a LONG wait and ended hanging up at 16 minutes of waiting to even speak with someone.

Propane fills for lessNOT @ $3.39 a gallon!Much better to go to Tractor Supply

The gentleman at the counter appeared to be the only one working at the time. They were very busy but he was very friendly and efficient getting everyone taken care of.

Fantastic service! Staff is very helpful and vehicles are clean.

So we went there to get our propane tank filled then they gave us a bunch of free ones that were out a date so we can throw them off the roof of of a six-story building. Boom goes the dynamite Allah ackbar.

This has got to be the worst U-Haul on Earth use their storage units was lied to had my storage unit broken into by the manager claiming that I had only had that one storage unit when I had a contract for two unbelievable items were stolen from the storage removed will never do business with u-haul ever ever again
