The customer service at this place cannot be beat! Brian was a Rockstar. Super clean, excellent security and he actually talked to us like he enjoyed his job and were glad we came. 3 other local storage companies could take a page out of Brian and Zaks book. Never thought wed be this happy with a storage unit.

Great place, very friendly knowledgeable staff, it had been recommended to me by friends and I will certainly be renting from them. I was impressed with how clean the premises were and glad they have gone out of their way to keep customers safe by wearing masks and having barriers.

Good rates, the best value that we were able to find I also like the tucked away location. Privacy. Security. Another thing, they were not tripping on us when the payment was nearly 2 weeks past due. We still had normal access. Very suprised but it was great, it gave us time to get outta there.

My dad had a storage unit with FSSS for over 5 years and after he passed they were super helpful and understanding with the transition process in every way possible. Brian and Zac are absolutely amazing friendly guys and Excel at their job. Definitely do come here for your storage needs - temporary or long term.

This is best storage place that Fort Wayne has to offer! We utilized an inside storage unit, and also one outside. Prices are good. Extremely well managed and a clean & well-cared facility. We highly recommend this facility!!!

Easy lease application, clean storage, easy in and out of storage and 24 hr access. Manager explained everything in detail.

We have stored our sons furniture here over summer break from school for the past three years. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. There is a moving van you can borrow for a minimal fee of $.75 per mile. Bills are sent via email and can be paid online also. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

One of the best storage facilities in town. Dry units, clean property, and in a good convenient location for me. I can get in 24/7 which is important since I work 2nd. The guys in the office were very helpful and professional. Being able to use the box truck saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend.

We have had excellent customer service and very helpful. Not happy with their rates, at all. If it continues, we will be pulling out.
