We have a really great experience with MVM last weekend moving into our new house. The online system to get your estimate is very thorough and easy to use. I was very happy to find out that they charge by the quarter hour, and my final moving price was less than half of what I was quoted (although your milage may vary; we moved pretty much all the boxes and small items ourselves so MVM only had to move furniture and it took just over half the time they were expecting.) The only issue I had was they showed up just a little late, but they were great about communicating with me and they didnt charge me for the extra time they took. Mike and Gabe were our movers and they were both very nice and professional. I would recommend MVM to anyone in need of movers, especially if youre on a budget.

Oscar & Cole did an excellent job with our move. They were kind and efficient. MVM was able to do our job short notice, and the rates were very reasonable. Dont forget to have cash for tipping, they deserve it.

I have dealt with a number of moving companies in the last three years, and I had the best experience yet with MVM. They were professional, on time, quick, flexible and careful. Jose and Christian, the men that serviced the move, were great to work with as well. I would certainly recommend this company and will most likely use them again.

Moving is never fun but we are so glad we chose MVM to do our move. Communication prior to move was very good and they clearly told us what we needed to do prior to move including what we could do to save on cost.Day of move the teams arrived promptly and went through home with us getting details on particular things and introducing each member of the team. Israel, Christian, Jose and Ben were professional and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and efficiently.The quoted time was just under 7 hours but our move took longer ending right at 10 hours. This was due to our massive amount of items and us moving into a much smaller home and had nothing to do with the MVM crew. In addition only 1 item was damaged in move and again was not really due to MVM it was a more delicate item that we failed to properly pack.I will absolutely be recommending MVM to friends and my wife will be recommending to colleagues in the real estate world. Well done.

I was told Id get a phone call between 10:00 - 2:00 when the movers were on their way as we were the second move for that day. I did not get a call, and my wife wasted an entire day sitting around there so we could be ready for your people to show up. We had to call your company after 4:00 to see if anyone was still coming out because the time had passed and nobody bothered to call us. Ultimately the piano was picked up, transported, and delivered safely, but after that cluster theres absolutely no way on earth Id recommend this outfit to any friends or family and Id absolutely tell them to find someone else. That was a really frustrating day and it didnt need to be. Showing some respect for your customers time would go a long way.

I’ve moved about 20 times in my life, usually the Army organized and funded. MVM was my best experience of all the moves. From the first person I spoke with (John) from the last Jose. All were very helpful, honest and professional. I had zero issues which is rare when moving out of state. The price was fair compared to other company’s in the area. MVM was considerably less than two men and a truck. Great service, will use again if I move. Thanks MVM Team! Shout out to Jose and Christian for an outstanding job!

Cant say enough about what a good job these guys did all the way around. I had some scheduling issues and Levi who I worked with in customer service was extremely accommodating and helpful, he helped me switch dates 2 or 3 times with no issue. On the day of the move Israel and Christian, the two movers, could not have been any better! They were extremely efficient, professional and willing to do anything I asked. My mother-in-law recently moved from Indiana to Michigan, and used the MVM service out of Ft. Wayne. What excellent service! The entire move, from packing the van, driving up to Michigan, and unloading furniture and boxes at two different places took less than 8 hours! We had Oscar and Marty from MVM helping us. What really impressed me: 1) Very skilled at what they do; 2) courteous at all times; 3) very efficient at moving equipment and boxes, and with safety in mind, and to cap it all off 4) they really enjoyed their job and what they were doing to help move my mother -in-law. I had a big and confusing move that required 4 guys (Israel, Oscar, Bryce and Christian) and they were amazing! When Ryan came to do the walk through, he said they would come and pack everything in one day and move everything the next. I thought he was crazy, because I had a 2400 square foot home, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, den, loft and I thought there was NO way it would be packed in one day! Not only did they come in and have everything packed in one day, but in only like 6 hours! And everything was packed well! I could go on and on about the move but bottom line is they were incredible! I will hire them again for my next move because they were amazing! Hire them! You wont regret it!!

We moved from Ft Wayne Indiana to Reading Pa. ISREAL and Christian were our movers in Ft Wayne with Israel driving the truck to Pa. I cant even begin to tell you how amazing they were. From my initial contact with Levi when I set up my contract and had to reschedule and he was so accommodating to the guys coming and being so patient with us the day of the move. They worked so fast and efficiently that they were done before we were ready. There was not a single damage of items or walls. Israel met us in Pa with the same positive and efficient attitude with local help and had us unpacked in record time. The help Levi, Israel and Christian made what was a particular stressful situation so much better. My only regret is that they are not here in Pa to do anymore moves for me. If you use anyone else you will be making a huge mistake. Even their positive and friendly attitudes were a joy to have around. Love love loved our experiences with MVM.

After reading terrible reviews on local piano movers, I chose MVM to move my Grandmother’s piano from a church to my home an hour away. They got me scheduled and delivered the piano the very next week. Israel and Marty were the two young men who delivered the piano. They were very professional and efficient. We moved today, with the help of Codie, Damian and Jax out of the Fort Wayne location. They were so pleasant the whole time, excellent workers and even my husband was impressed (and thats BIG). The cost was reasonable for the amount of work they had, almost everything moving upstairs in a new home. They specially wrapped our antique furniture and protected the stairs with padding. There were at least 16 pieces of heavy furniture that they had to move to the second floor.MVM was recommended to us by people right here in our small town and I am so happy we decided on them. Friday May 21,2021 Israel and Martavious(not sure on the spelling exactly sorry) moved our stuff for us from Fort Wayne to Avilla Indiana. Sadly my husband and I didnt get to meet these but my mother in law was able to be present for the whole thing. We were at closing. She didnt have one bad thing to say about the guys at all. I had a cooler full of drinks not just water for them. She said they were very thankful for that. They were very quick and did everything correctly. They very friendly as well. We wish we could of met them personally. We do appreciate everything they did for us. We will definitely call again to use them. From the beginning of the first phone call they have very nice and friendly. As we called one place and didnt want their men going out of town for delivery. This company has been very on top of things. They even called a few times to double check on the dates. Thanks again!

We just completed our third move using MVM. The first time was a local move in Fort Wayne. Then this past May we hired them to move our entire houseful into a local storage facility. Now, in December we relocated from Indiana to Texas. Ryan coordinated everything so I could drive up to meet the guys at the storage facility on the day I wanted. Israel and Marvin skillfully loaded the truck so everything would fit. Israel drove to Texas and, along with a local Texas mover, arrived on the day as planned and unloaded everything. It was a difficult move for us but I’m so glad I relied on MVM to handle the move. From home to storage to Texas, everything arrived with no problems, no damage. Thanks guys for an awesome job!

Everything went smoothly and was on time. A single rate, no hidden truck fees or mileage calculations added on. I was very pleased with the end result.It did take them more time than what was originally quoted to me (by about 30 minutes), so thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Overall though, a great experience for a great price! I would definitely use them again.

Wow! I was set to move into an apartment on Friday, 9/20/2019, but could not get the day off work. I was hesitant to hire movers, as I prefer to coordinate my moves on my own, and I don’t easily trust movers. After reading great reviews, I hired MVM to move ALL of my belongings into my new apartment, which, in all honesty, is VERY challenging to move things into, as it is on the 3rd floor above a coffee shop, no elevator, but 48 steep, narrow stairs + a couple of turns just to get to my unit. Mike, Oscar, and Andre did a PHENOMENAL job and were quick, but also so careful with my things. Everything was in perfect condition, and my mom, who coordinated the move on my behalf, said these 3 men were so kind, personable, and professional. I could not be more grateful for the job that they did, and for that reason, I will continue to use MVM for all my moving & storage needs. THANK YOU!!!
