Improved a ton. Great place to shop but they need to get counterfeit pens or something. I literally went to the CVS across the street with the $10 in change THEY JUST gave me and they almost didnt take it. Lady said it felt fake. If the lady hadnt had good will & I hadnt been able to verify I just left I may have had to buy period pads elsewhere.

Its the usual. Nice selection of hair products, wigs, scarves, hair pieces, salon products, etc. Nice, friendly service. Oh, and I must mention, as with every hair store, they have a wall of shame because people be stealing their stuff. Smh

This place was an excellent surprise. I’m not from this area but I was able to get everything I wanted and more. The selection of wigs, extensions and hair products was amazing. The prices were very reasonable and the people working polite and respectful. I will make the effort to come to this beauty whenever I’m in the DFW area. Thanks again!!

I have been shopping here for awhile. I honestly find the employees here to be friendlier than those at Jennys. Dont get me wrong there are a few friendly employees at Jennys, however collectively, USA beauty provides friendlier customer service.. An older gentleman who helped me, took his time to answer all my questions and did not seem irritated. He was absolutely AWESOME!

I have made the 30 min commute to this store over the years because, theres none like it in my area. Its quite clear from the tons of wanted and reward posters scatter around the store, thief is common. Considering the location, I can SOME what understand the behaviors of the owner and his employees. WORD OF ADVICE TO THE OWNER: All of your customers are NOT like those people in your posters. Being that I had to wear a mask inside your store, does not mean I am there to steal. Being followed by multiple employees is not a pleasant experience. You shouldnt open a store in an area where the risk runs high of thief.(I am aware any area can run the risk of thief!) With that being said, people like myself should not give stores that display that type of behavior towards customers especially minorities(your predominant patrons), any business whatsoever. I will not be returning. I will order my supplies online instead.

I really can’t find the words to describe my store interaction. Let’s start with I was once a frequent customer and I say once was because as of 11/9 I’ll never step foot in this store again. The reason being is because I was really offended by the way one of the workers stalked me around the store. It’s a difference between interacting with a customer, keeping a customer in eye level rather than staring and stalking a customer around the store. I felt very uncomfortable and unappreciated as a frequent customer. I later asked the young lady that was following me was there anything I could help her with because she was making me feel uncomfortable her answer was “no”long story short I then asked for the manager and I asked him are his employees trained to stalk his customers and his answer was “yes”. Needless to say I’ve been in this store numerous of times and spent a lot of money so I was quite shocked to be treated in this manner. I then told him he could keep the merchandise that I was about to purchase that was already at the counter because I no longer wanted to buy anything at this store. I then left and went to another store not far from USA got what I wanted at a cheaper price and experienced some of the best customer service ever. USA will not be open very long if they don’t change their customer service.Yes I know people steal but you can’t assume everybody steals. A quick pointer for USA if you interact with your customers more then maybe you can actually catch the ones that’s stealing. Ask your customers if there’s anything you can help them find rather than staring them down as they’re trying to shop.I agree with every review on here that says they stalk their customers because they do which I don’t really understand why because they have a whole police officer at the front door of the store. Vent over sorry not sorry for the long review but this really bothered me because I thought this was a good store. I’ve turned so many people on to this store.Ive spent tons of money in this store on hair products. I Will Never Go Back.

Love this place. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on wigs this is the place. Ive been to other beauty supply stores and their hair is a little on expensive side. When I come here the wigs are reasonably priced and a large selection also. I miss this store because I moved and the beauty supply stores in this area sick. When I visit that side of town I make sure I stop here. Would recommend.

Just left their store for the first time and I must say Ill be back again!! They have a bigger selection and better prices than any other hair store I have been to, including Jennys. I gave it four stars because some of the other reviews were true.. they watch you like they think you are going to steal...and they arent really welcoming. But after going to the front counter to pay for my item and seeing tons of pictures of people who were caught stealing from them, I understand a little better of why they treat their customers like that. Yall have to understand that all the people that work there are Chinese so to them we ALL look the same. They couldve very well thought I was one of the people on those pictures who have stolen from them, and I believe they did. So bottom line, STOP STEALING and making all black people look bad! ..Yeah they should know we arent all the same but still.. STOP STEALING!!

Purchased braiding hair that clearly said $.99 on the pack. When i get to the register I was told it had the wrong price on it. Finished my purchase and went back to look to see if any of the other identical bags had $.99 on them and they clearly did. The lady at the register followed me back to the hair and started removing all the $.99 stickers off. Needless to say the manager would not honor the price eventhough it was clearly visible on the pack. My money is good anywhere. I wont patronize this business ever again. These foreigners think they can treat you any kind of way and were just supposed to deal with. Where Im from the customer is always right. The difference in the price was minute but the principle is you should honor your prices. I have 3 daughters who have their hair braided quite often and i was a loyal customer to this business but never again will you get a dime of my money. Make sure you are of how much you are paying if you purchase from them.

I love this store. The selection is extensive. If you go in here thinking you gonna spend a certain amount and get out? Ha ha, the jokes on you! I always go way over budget when I come here. But beware dont stand too close to the counter with your cash, I think some of the employees on that sleight of hand, where the hand is quicker than the eye. Perhaps youll leave the store like I did thinking, damn I knew I had another twenty in my hand!

First time here and the employees were very helpful in finding the odd and ends that I was having trouble finding elsewhere. This included wahls clipper oil, a personal manicure kit and mini- sewing kit. Walking through the store, I found easy access to items and then found some that had slipped my mind. My overall experience here was great.

Cheap prices for good dye

Up until a recent visit I loved this store. Clean, neat, organized, and affordable are the words I used to describe USA Beauty Supply. But upon a recent wig hunt I was informed by the clerk each individual may only try 3 wigs per day. I do not know about anyone else but I may try on 6-7 in order to find 2 or three that suit me. I even spoke to the manager on duty and he said due to a recent incident this is the owners new policy. I am seriously debating whether to continue shopping there at all since I now have to go somewhere else to make my wig purchase.

They must have a lot of people coming in here that will steal from them, because they will watch u like a hulk.... SMH. They even have beepers on their 99¢ eyelashes. Just a heads up USA Beauty Supply everybody dont steal.

I bought a pack of tape extensions. When I bought them I asked the staff member if I would be able to return them if they were the wrong color. He told me I could not return but would be able to get a store credit. It turned out they were the wrong color and when I tried to get a store credit 2 weeks later they would not give me a credit. I was told they had to be brought back in 7 days. I was not told that when I asked about returns when I bought them. Never will I spend my money here again. So upset. 😡

Love the display wall of wigs, they have all types but its 4stars because the wig i got is lace and has a 1-2 in parting anywhere but most are parts you cant repart. most wigs on amazon lace is 360 to frontal lace with 3-4 inch parting and full lace wigs thats cheaper than the one got here to be honest i say this store is great at products,weaves,braiding weave,all types of hair dyes,perms,gels, lace tape, wig caps, scarfs,earrings,rings,kids bows,glue, eyelashes to clothes i saw..pretty huge and very clean so besides the wig the customer service is AMAZING!!!! would be coming back!

They did not have the hair that I wanted in stock and the lady did not want to go look for the hair. Another lady did eventually go into the back and get the hair but the service was horrible.

I get the most affordable wigs from here. Got a huge variety and super clean. They definitely got the cheaper online prices with the convenience of waiting for shipping and handling. 50 bucks for 2 lace fronts isnt a bad deal at all!
