Its an allright place if they would ever open up on time last three times Ive came at the time they were supposed to open wait about an hour and then never show always give up the other times Ive been here were during the evening hours and it was all right good people nice store

Bought a battery based on recommendation by the person behind the counter. Tried it out 20 min latter and was not able to use it. Went back to the shop thinking it was a faulty battery. The same gentleman did a bit of trouble shouting and figured out there was a problem with the coil.Very knowledgeable this is definitely the place to go, big selection of products.

On god never had better customer service, Brandom, one of the employees is super knowledgeable and super helpful. My favorite smoke shop by far, very broad scale of merchandise and great prices. The owner, Sam, is also very respectful and actually cares about his customers. 10/10 would visit again

Brandon was amazing from the time I stepped into the store, till I walked out.I watched and listened to how he treated every customer with understanding while demonstrating his knowledge and love for what he does.He dealt with not only me, and the pickiness that comes with being a cheap stoner, but he was able to allow me a place to relax and make an informed decision on what I wanted to buy.I could tell you how awesome their selection is, how their products are reliable and professional. Thats all true.But if youre choosing this place, youre going to get your moneys worth while supporting a business that supports its customers back.

If i could give 0 stars I definitely would! I bought a $65 vape from this store it broke after 1 day of having it. After going back to the store and speaking with the man that sold it to me several times I finally got fed up after about a week. I bring the vape back just to have the same man tell me they cant refund my money but they can give me store credit. Long story short I just left the store without using the store credit. Why would I waste time using store credit on garbage that liable to break the same day.?My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this store is to just go somewhere else that takes pride in selling good products.

I walked in this store with low expectations due to previous shops I went to. Most places the employees would be lethargic and not proactive and would only care about getting you in and out so they can go back to being lazy; however, Skylight proved to be the absolute opposite. As soon as i entered through the door I was greeted by a employee named Brandom, he was very cutious and asked how my day has been and compimented me. His actions suprised me because he showed that he would like to get to know me on a personal level and didnt treat me like another walking dollar bill. This has to be the best layout of inventory and most diverse, if you think something would be located a certain place modt likely it is, the layout is very intuitive and comprehensive leading to a sense of everlasting accommodations. If you ever get a chance to stop by here DO IT or you will miss out on a once in a life time customer experience
