People there are awesome. Activated a new, unlocked phone, and it took less than 10 minutes. Works great and were on our way!
God help you if you turn in a device here. I’ve been with Sprint for a while now and the overall experience has been pretty miserable. I was hoping that with the T-Mobile merger things would get better. So far that is not the case.In May of this year, I finally wised up and decided to pay for a new phone all at once rather than the month-to-month lease, which resulted in a phone bill close to $300 a month for a family plan. I ordered my upgrade phone online and requested a return kit.Sprint sent the phone and return kit - no problems there. But of course no matter how hard I tried I was not able to transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. Eventually I had to resign myself to heading over to the nearest T-Mobile.While I was there the customer service associate, Diana, was able to transfer all my data. She then said I could turn in my old phone while I was there. I had the return kit with me and mentioned that I was fine just sending it back however she insisted that I turn it in there. Don’t get me wrong - she was very polite and seemed do you want to help. That said she was having trouble figuring out how to return the phone. I mentioned several times that I had the return kit from Sprint and would be happy just to mail it in. After about 20 to 25 minutes of her trying I started to run into a time constraint and had to leave. She told me not to worry and that the phone would be turned in.About three weeks later I started to get the phone calls and text messages from Sprint informing me that they had never received my old phone and we’re going to continue to charge me for it until it was returned. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid and why I did not want to leave the phone at the store in the first place. I called the store and was given the usual spiel about the phone being returned and then I could come in and review my account which I was far too angry to do and I also had a car full of groceries. I went by the store and spent another 15 to 20 minutes trying to get this straightened out. The manager, T, Finally told me I could go ahead and go since he knew I had food in the car and he would call me when everything was taken care of. He left me a voicemail later that day with information regarding the return including a FedEx tracking number.Flash forward to today the Fourth of July by the way when I received yet another message from Sprint telling me they never received my phone. I called the store and was told that neither Diana nor the manager would be in until tomorrow morning at opening and the associate would leave a note for them. I was already so angry that the last thing I want to do is waste my time going back over there just to be told they had done everything from their end correctly. I had to call Sprint which I try to avoid at all costs and was stuck on the phone with them for over an hour trying to explain what happened and now waiting for a scheduled meeting with a supervisor at Sprint next Friday. Had I just not left my phoneAt this location I would have been spared a lot of time energy and stress. If this is not resolved on Friday my husband and I will be leaving Sprint for another carrier and will personally mention it is because the hassle causes to us by the store. Never again.
I was in for some warranty questions on a oneplus 7 pro phone and did not feel like I was welcomed there. Not a pleasant experience at all!

This is the slowest branch of T-Mobile, actually this is the slowest service, Ive ever seen in my life.One time, I stayed more than 2 hours waiting for my turn in line, there were only 4 ahead of me. And stayed with them for 90 minutes to get my service done.Last time I was there 25 minutes before closing, only 2 from staff members were there, serving 2 customers, I didnt even received a greeting from them, stayed there for 20 minutes, then left, without having anyone of them at least looking at me, or apologizing for not being able to talk to me. This was very rude of them.Day by day, I regret joining this network, cant wait for my contract to end to join another one.I dont recommend visiting this store, search for other one.
The representative was helpful and friendly. He was able to explain and answer my billing question. Wasnt able to switch my plan yet because of other recent changes I made. I should be able to switch my plan next month and save some money.
Well, everything was ok... except the salesman the day before of my friend visit gorgot to mention that the deal offered wasnt available the next day... if he had done his job correctly my friend would have had a s21 phone not a lower model.... bad business...
12/10/2020 Still nothing from T-Mobile local owner.. very sad11/2/2020 When I saw the owners response, I gave them the benefit of the Doubt and replied right away.. A whole month has came and gone.. No one from the office responded back to me.. This is way their service is horrible.Everyone should STOP going to local stores.9/29/2020 Staff Lied to get me to stop in the store, then another staff broke my $8 Magnet Data Charger adapter.I was told by a staff this morning that he is able to pre-order S20 FE phones for me without my other family members present. So I set an appointment. When it came to be my turn in the store, another staff assisted me, he decided to inspect my phone and broke my Magnetic charger and Data Transfer adapter. Then tell me that ALL members has to be present before he can order any phones.I specifically asked if I am able to order for all 4 accounts before I set the appointment.I was very upset that 1. I was lied to, so they could get me to waste my time to drive in. 2. The Staff broke my adapter.. although he did mention he could give me a discount in place of cash.. 3. If he isnt able to process my order without other members of my family, there is no discount he can process...So I picked up my things and walked away.The other staff, who lied to me simply stood there and watched..neither staff made a sound as I walked away very upset.
Picked the right time to go, no waiting. My experience at Sprint was always a pretty negative one, but the employees at T-Mobile were great. We got my son a new iphone and they upgraded my phone with the new T-Mobile sim card. I see a noticable difference in its speed now. Gone to 2 T-Mobile stores and the employees at both were far superior to any people working at Sprint.
Terrible customer service. The employees were rude and when we had questions they would dismiss us without answering. We had called prior to getting there to get our name on the list and when we got there he hadn’t even taken our name down. They made us wait almost an hour before we decided to leave and go to another store. The T-mobile in the Costco plaza has way better customer service.
Short weight took care of all my needs.

Sign says 10am. Its now 11am and nothin! No signage. Covid or no covid this is a fundamental lack of professionalism. People rely on their phones more than ever, and they cant be bothered.

Its not really a bad store, at least my experience is good with the staff. The couple of staff I dealt with were helpful and polite and since Ive had a pretty good experience with them every time I come in I just ask for them. Theyve always been very helpful, Nathan the staff that helped me was knowledgeable, I had already paid $50 for my old prepaid plan and because I am signing up for a new plane he took that $50 and gave me a credit for it. He took it out in the increments of $25 for the next two bills and this is considering I already used up a week of my old pre-paid plan.Then when I got a new phone my regular SIM card wouldnt fit and originally I was told I need to pay $20 to get a mini SIM card to fit in my phone, I wasnt aware about this charge. But the lady who assisted me whispered to me Im not gonna charge you for it dont worry just dont tell anyone. so theyve cut me some slack when I needed it. I dont know about the managerMaybe the other staff werent as cool and I cant speak for the experience of others but mine hasnt been too bad. So Ill give them some thumbs up.
It is the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to, the staff are so impolite and rude, with difficulty to answer questions, they lack respect to the customers, uncooperative, when I asked about a service they gave a wry smile, the behaviour is much below average; the manager has no control over his staff. I experienced a very hard time in this awful store. they are ruining the reputation of the T-Mobile chain, which is not that bad.
Worst customer service iv ever experienced. I walked in and stood around looking at stuff I didnt need for about 5 minutes before I heard someone else doing what I was doing asked and the guy very rudely told him that he had to be on the list.... short skinny Asian dude seemed like he hated his life.. not good for business tmobile Ill stick with atnt.

Vu the store manager here tried to rip me off when I told him I wanted to add a line to my family plan. He made me add 2 lines for double the monthly cost. I refused to go ahead, went home and called Tmo and bump it just happened.
This store has to be the slowest store take the extra 5 minutes and drive to Costa Mesa or Newport Beach. Sunday I went there were only 4 staff with 3 guest we waited 45 minutes skip this store save your time

Never go to this store! this store use its own policy to charge people even though the customer service told them what to do to help customer, and they just say no, we have store policy. Unbelievable, T-mobile should come and check this store for keep customers.
I requested for a tourist plan on June 11 2017 which actually costs 30usd for 3 weeks as T-mobiles announcement, but staff here charged me additional 10usd for activation fee? It is wrong because every thing should be included in the kit, and then other T- mobile shop in Santa Anna confirmed with me that there is no additional charge. Shoud you check and feed back us about this?
Manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful . Wanted to ask me who I was purchasing my phones for. As far as Im concerned its none of his business. There was no sales effort at all from his staff if anything I felt they actually talked me out of wanting to buy phones from them period. Absolutely ridiculous.
They have no more technical support and they cant help you out with technical questions. Besides the staff are not anymore friendly and not knowledgeable. They claim that tmobile staff at store just for selling plan and the can not catchup with latest technology on smartphones. It is sad!!!!!!!
I went there with rather complicated order. A young lady named Myly helped me. I wanted to buy a phone for my mother & give her old phone to my daughter. My daughters phone was the same model as my mothers. Myly pulled my moms data off her old and placed it on her new phone . The transfer device had problems because her old phone had an old simple card. After a few tries it worked. She had the same issue with the trashed from my daughters phone to my moms phone. She let me know about the free tablet deal. While I she was working on it I decided to get the tablet as well. I wanted to use my debit card as credit, but the register kept crashing. Myly never lost her cool. After several tries she tried on her tablet and the credit card system was down. She made a call to someone to order the tablet, but it was sold out. Myly apologized about it. I will go back to this store. Myly gave me the best service Ive ever had at t-mobile store.

Absolutely horrible, beware the manager of this store is very STUPID and lazy. I open a plan and after I open it they told me that they would swap my number for me. I call back and the manager some girl said that whoever told me that they would do it here have the wrong information. She told me to call customer service and do it with them. After spending 2 hours on the phone w customer service, (numerous hangup) I finally got with a manager of customer service and he told me that the manager of this store is lying and that I have to show up to the stores and only the stores could verified my ID because i didnt put down my social and choose to put down a money deposit.. The night time MANAGER of this store is a big fat liar and dont want to bother spending time to help me. Probably because all they care about is signing up people.YOUVE BEEN WARN I stay away from this store, ITS a problem when the staff worker is more hard working and honest than the manager.
