This shop is particularly busy, however their supervisors are good and diligent in their efforts to train new employees and maintain quality.

This is the absolute worst place on Earth anyone can go and expect any semblance of good service, after placing my order and waiting outside on the sidewalk for it what seems like a lifetime they completely forgot to order the sandwiches and stiffed me my money. Save a lifetime of frustration and get a 99 cent coffee at Cumberland Farms. It pains me to even leave a one-star review just to post this stupid thing

I have been coming to this location for years. Some of the staff know me and my order. It’s a nice feeling. Few mistakes and the drinks are typically consistent. Thanks for being always so kind to me!

I dont come here often but I am pleasantly surprised when I do. The employees go out of their way to be kind and put a smile on a customers face. I appreciate their top-notch customer service and I will be returning!

Came here on a Saturday morning and they were slammed. The staff was very hospitable and even helped to correct an order without skipping a beat. Only saw two employees working and they needed a super star barista badge. Really glad I chose this location over the others, staff was amazing!

I give this a 1 star bed it took 1 hour for a drink and the staff are rude and they tell lies they said all the Starbucks in Framingham were closed when they were geting my drink I looked it up and all of the Starbucks in Framingham were open I hate this Starbucks dont go find a different one

This Starbucks (Shoppers World, Framingham next to Barnes and Noble) is a typical Starbucks. However, the seats are few and very uncomfortable - I guess they do not want people to hang out here.

Love starbies, but whenever I order from here via app and I go to pick up. My drinks are never ready, I literally have watched walk ins coming in ordering getting their drinks and leave before me. I normally give a 10 15 minute time before I go pick up my drinks. Today was definitely the worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for my drinks. People came and go before me. At some point one of my drinks was presented to me and then other drinks were made, before my second drink was presented to me a sweet conversation with a co-worker that was off that came in for a glass of water turned into a grabbing of the cell phone and showing what I presume was an IG post or something. Why arent drinks of the same order made at the same time and in order ? It just baffles me. The point of app ordering is to order go in pick up and go, this place never seems to be the case.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now! The staff is always so so so sweet even if they’re super busy! I work in food service and honestly anytime i’ve ever seen a customer complain about something the staff is so diligent on fixing the error and everybody is so polite to even the rudest customers. theyve also never messed up my drink!! and when they aren’t too busy, the cashiers will have a nice conversation with you which honestly makes my day every time :) i work in the same plaza as this location however this starbucks is 25 mins from my house. there are closer ones to me but i will drive every single time to this location because it truly beats out any other starbucks i’ve been to!

I had to constantly keep asking if my order was ready it should take them five minutes to get a small drink done but it didn’t it took them 30 minutes to get my drink done in 10 minutes to hand it to me! I had to wait in the cold for about 45 minutes, this is ridiculous

Cozy small place like any other Starbucks, the interesting thing is you have live music! There’s always a musician outside of the store playing saxophone, and he plays very nice! Thanks to him you can enjoy your coffee with a jazz music in the background! And also the cashier is lovely too

This is a Starbucks and falls in line with expectations of other Starbucks. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating can get somewhat noisy but still relaxing. The inside is open to next-door Barnes and Noble. This is not a Barnes and Noble cafe serving Starbucks, this is a Starbucks.

This has to be the most ass backwards Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Left standing in front of register while staff placed 7-8 mobile orders in front and then took my order. I usually mobile order myself so I get it they want in and out but don’t leave the customer standing there like an idiot. Then just for fun my cold brew was $1 more than any other Starbucks I’ve visited. Definitely won’t be back.

Made a mobile order that said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes and waited in the cold for 30 minutes. They were very very slow.

Busy, and they messed up my drinks. Friendly though. But the baristas are far far too young (I didn’t have a clue at 16 either) and poorly trained. Sad.

Got my book at Borders, got my coffee. Friendly staff. Nice way to spend a bit of time.

When you feel that 508 funk, head over to Starbucks and wake up! You can go to the one in Natick Mall, but it is a bit plastic with no views. This one is attached to Barnes and Noble with its own entrance by Shoppers World. It is small, and some people to do stay there and work on their laptop or phones or pads, but there is a good flow of takeaways. They can be busy at times, but takeaways are best ordered via its Starbucks app. I usually spend 30 minutes there with friends - just shooting the breeze. All that for $5 or less. 5 stars!

Good place to sit and they have good chocolate chip cookies!

Waited 5 minutes just to order when there were only about 3 people on the shop. Then when my order was completed I was told that they were out of salt (for my salted caramel mocha). So much for well always make it right, not even an offer to make me something else since they COULDNT make they right drink since they didnt even have the ingredients.

Bitter coffee,

Open time is 5:30am. It is 6:05am now and Im standing in front of closed door watching two employees inside doing their routine job. And nobody cares about disappointed customers trying to get their morning cup of coffee.

The staff in here are lovely. The fare is the Stabucks usual - no surprises. The team are super friendly, though.

I have finally had it with this Starbucks. They do not treat mobile orders at equally to store orders .also attitude towards how people customize their order is completely disrespectful. This store needs to be addressed immediately.

Great place!I have been here a couple times and the service was not really good. Sometimes the baristas were not nice and they would not willing making drink again if drinks were not good and this happen to me once since I just requested put more cookie for my frappu and What I got was just the mutter from barista. The rate of this place was high and sadly I did not receive that kind of serviceBut today was amazing. I came pretty late because of driving from work and I had received a wonderful service from Nessey and her worker. They were friendly and kind so I thought I should rate this storeThank you Nessy and your worker!

This Starbucks is one of the best around Framingham, the staff members are always on point and with a big smile. The only issue sometimes is the amount of chairs, but besides that, the place is always clean and stock.

Everyone here is always super friendly and get the orders out perfect every time 👍

Its a very very small storefront attached to Barnes and Noble. There is almost no seating so be prepared.

I dont know why you want me to rate Starbucks. I havent been there since the incident. I dont know why one has to give a rating if one isnt worthy. This would not post without one. Thats ridiculous. If something SUX, I think a NO INDICATION makes more sense than being forced to give even one lonely star. Perhaps you would consider fixing that.

Rude staff! So sad to witness my sister be treated the way she was! I wanted to leave instantly as it seemed like we inconvenienced the staff (Jocyln) while we were ordering. It seemed that they were running behind and didnt have their displays finished. I will avoid this location in the future!

They constantly underfill venti beverages and forget extra shots. Their wait times are beyond long and have caused me to be late on many occasions. Always one person making drinks at this one too, shouldn’t manager get the memo to staff an extra barista? Today is the last time I step foot in the shoppers world Starbucks. Easily the worst Starbucks in Massachusetts.

The service in this shop has gone downhill in the last year, I got food poisoning after eating a breakfast sandwich a few months ago but decided to give them another chance. Almost daily it takes about 45 minutes to wait for your order, the staff doesn’t acknowledge customers standing at the counter until its convenient for them. They always seem to have enough Baristas but everything moves so slow its ridiculous. I’ve noticed new employees have been training which is great because they clearly need to have people dedicated for counter, mobile orders, food and regular counter orders. Im extreamly disappointed in this establishment and it is a shame I will be going out of my way to a different Starbucks location when this is the closest one to me. Get your stuff together, get better management or hold people accountable.

Asked if they had a sandwich said yes. Ordered waited 15 mins and they said they dont have it. Then waited another 10 mins.

Been here several times when I was shopping in the area. The last two times it has taken upwards of 20 minutes to get my drink (when placing a mobile order the app indicates a 5 minute wait time...). They seem to be chronically understaffed, in a busy location. The few workers always seem either frazzled and overwhelmed or apathetic in the face of large crowd of waiting customers. I would not recommend this location if you are in a rush or it is at all busy.
