First Class was so helpful and responsive with my bathroom project. They knew just where to find the types of stone I was looking for (they were a little unusual) and were very thorough and timely, helping move the project forward.

I received a call with the exact arrival time for both times they came to my house. Measurements are taken with laser to allow for the most accurate cut. They always made sure any questions I had were answered.On the day of installation, although I had the floor protected to avoid scratches by other debris during the remodel the guys insisted in laying their dropcloth. Bringing in the stone was not an easy job and at no point did any of the guys complain. Not long after, everything was in its place. Our contractor recommended using First Class Granite for the kitchen and shower edging in our new home. They were super responsive, helpful, and patient. There is a huge selection on site that they will happily walk you through and provide samples. Steve gave me recommendations for styles and materials. If you are thinking about working with granite or any surface, look at First Class first. EVERYONE is helpful, at every step of the process. Their response time and level of professionalism is amazing. They work around YOU! had never worked with granite before and had a floating breakfast bar fabricated and installed. They even put me in contact with a contractor that installed the supports- VERY important when its floating and not on a countertop. They have an amazing variety of surfaces available in their Franklin showroom and let you bring a sample home. I worked with Lorrayne and James, James was particularly helpful and patient, but everyone I came in contact with or spoke to was terrific. i had gone to another fabricator in town, 0 customer service! From day 1, I felt taken care of and they followed up after our initial contact.

I normally don’t write reviews so for me to do so a company has to go above and beyond. First Class Marble and Granite did just that. We picked the granite from there large selection on a Friday and they called Saturday to let us know they would be coming Monday to install! Yes 3 days and it was in and done. I’m amazed at the job they did and the granite looks great. Our kitchen has a island, peninsula, under mount sink and a cook top and all of the work and granite look amazing. Last thing I will say is that if you’re going to their Franklin location you have to work with James and you will see why once you talk to him!

First Class recently installed quartzite counters over existing cabinets in our home. The job was somewhat complicated because we had a tile backsplash that they had to work around. I had my kitchen countertops installed by First Class recently. I shopped around and although I did receive cheaper quotes (not by much) I decided to go with First Class based on my experience with them during the quoting process. They were professional, informative and have a beautiful showroom in Franklin with more material in-stock than many other places I’ve gone. All of their crews were precise and respectful. The office confirmed the job with me and worked with my schedule which they were always on-time which is a big plus in my book. The finished product came out amazing and we couldn’t be happier! With so many companies out there it is easy to follow your wallet when shopping around but I had to keep in-mind that this is custom work and I would get exactly what I would pay for so I took a chance with First Class and I couldn’t be happier! We will be renovating our vanities soon and will surely use them again, they are truly First Class!

My wife and I looked at a number of granite sellers for kitchen countertops and chose First Class Marble and Granite because of the quality of their products, the selction of granite slabs, the customer service and the reasonable prices. We spoke with Jay Keefe and James Hanna in the Franklin store and they were able to answer all of our questions and as well as giving us guidance about the process of installing countertops. We liked their low-key manner and found them extremely helpful.Some of the other granite dealers will sell you a slab and they expect that you will find a fabricator. First Class Marble and Granite will make a template of your counters, fabricate the pieces and then install the granite.John, the man who made the template, was extremely professional and did an exceptional job.The installers were experienced and were meticulous in their work. They noticed that there was a small dent in the new sink so they called the Franklin office and had a replacement sink sent out. They did a wonderful job on the installation.Everyone we dealt with at First Class was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a good experience working with them.

I had my kitchen installed by scandia designs in Bellingham 3 years ago. They are the absolute best and everything was done efficiently and professionally ... Actually this was my second kitchen with them. To make a long story short, I placed a bottle of Clorox cleanup on my counter which is leathered black making it more porous than regular granite. Needless to say, it discolored a large portion of my counter... Being that its black..well..yikes no hiding it. Leo the president of First Class Marble and Granite came out and took a look and immediately began working on my entire counter, not just the stain. He used various products to deep clean first and another product to restore the black color. He went over and over the stain repeatedly explaining that this would keep drawing out the oils etc. OMG! The man is magic!!!! My counter looks brand new! Ive been doing the happy dance all afternoon because I though I would have to replace the entire counter. I highly recommend this company and will definitely pass the word along to my friends and relatives! Great job Leo!!! Thanks for saving my counter!!! I wish I could post a before and after..
