We needed to expand stove-top cut-out on granite counter top for a new stove.1. Work was originally scheduled 1/9/18 with another granite company in Brentwood who, the day before the work was needed for the stove install, totally forgot every phone call I made to them and totally forgot they had scheduled work.2. Called The Granite Place immediately, left a message. Received a call back within an hour.3. On a Tuesday morning they were able to work me in on Thursday for a morning appointment.4. They called the day before to confirm.5. They called that morning to let me know approximate arrival time.6. The two employees who arrived were professional and got right to work. They measured and measured again and yet again to ensure the cut-out was exact and that the counter-top was replaced precisely.7. Price paid was original price quoted.8. The new stove-top fit exactly. My only complaint is that I did not contact them first. First-class is how they performed. They bailed me out and were total professionals the entire time. They kept me informed. They did exactly what they agreed to do. I highly recommend that you use them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Most unprofessional staff I have ever done business with. To keep a long story short. The installers cut marble in my house covering nothing. I was left with a thick white dust on everything in my house. Sent a cleaning crew that spoke no english and was the installers wife. Then wanted me to pay the cleaners. Finally turned heated with the installer when I refused to pay. Tried to pass off a top that had a corner that was broken off and seamed back on. Scratched a brand new expensive kitchen sink faucet and tried to blame it on my wife. Drilled the soap dispenser hole right where the plumbing vent was so it would not fit. Installed a backsplash, which should have been one piece in three pieces using a piece from a slab that didnt even match. Came back 3 times trying to fix the splash with pieces that didnt match, or were cut wrong. Finally replaced the entire bathroom with a material I didnt pick out and didnt match the kitchen. Then threatened to not leave until I paid. Dont walk run away from this company.
