Either I got lucky or Piertra got better with their installation and customer service when installing IKEA countertops! Also went through IKEA cabinet people who messed up on the measurements which we had to do some returns and rebuild some cabinets. (Glad I didn’t use them for the install). Anyways, Corrina and Sheley were great on the phone and getting my appointment set for both measurements and install. BJ was great with installing the countertops and instructing us how to care for them. Thanks!

My experience with this company started off as a good one this Company was contracted Through ikea 1st of all it took them a while to get my paperwork from ikea to make sure that I had pay for my countertops to be installed They family came out to make the template for my countertops I was having a think installed and a stove top installedThe installer told me that I could use my former sink it could be installed as a under mount Even though it was a top mount sink He told me that it will be a cleaner look I was later informed that IKEA only does under mount sinks on there quartz countertops s o Proceeded to go ahead with the install my countertops The installer came out they were prompt they proceeded to cut what they have to cut so my sink could be installed and my stove top could be installed during the installation the stove was not properly installed the cut was too short and they left it they said it was the door that was not the case it was the cut was too small and Then they proceeded to put the sink in they under mount it my top mount sink they barely put any Adhesive on the sink or counters they didnt make sure that the countertop was leveled and they should not have mounted the sink they should told me to purchase at undermount for a proper install I then called the company to see if they would come out to make corrections and have not heard from anyone in 2 days Thanksgiving is 1128 and this is 1112 very disappointing company wouldnt recommend

Our family had a house built a little over a year ago and our sink fell through, yes Ill repeat that our sink fell through. Pietra DID NOT install the sink for our cabinet company ( Landmark cabinets great company!). But does work for them now, Bobby came out reattached and reinforced our sink. Then found the company didnt caulk our island or cabinets, he did that as well. Service above and beyond is hard to find, this company provided it!
