I searched long and hard for countertops for our bathroom reno. Intellistone was by far the most helpful, accommodating, patient AND had the widest/ best selection in comparison to about 5 other places that I visited. After going to many shops that they wouldnt even move the stones for me to see, I was so grateful to have found this place. I probably came about 5 different times and each time they moved several pieces for me to look at... and were patient and happy to help until I finally found the perfect one! Installation was quick and easy. The backsplash did crack before they could install (but they explained before that I chose a very delicate piece and this could happen)... however they were able to glue it together seamlessly and even gave me a discount. We are very happy with our countertop and couldnt recommend this company more highly!

I rarely write a negative review and this is not meant to be negative. Im just disappointed in not being able to shop here. Ive heard good things and Im sure they do a fine job and have a good selection. I dont know though. The process has become far to difficult. I realize the Covid crisis has been a burden, but ive tried several times. As a small business owner, I chose Intellistone only because of my desire to support another local small business and a neighbor. Because they are closed on Saturday, the most convenient day for a working couple to look for countertops, its hard to plan a time during the week for both my wife and I to go. Each time I call, they cant make themselves available. Granted, its been short notice from an hour to several hours in advance, but that is the best I can do. I made it clear that I wasnt just browsing, but was ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. I finally just said, it was too difficult. Unfortunately, we will have to go to a store that can accommodate our schedule.When i have a client ready to spend money with me, I find a way to always make it work.

Wonderful Granite and Quartz selections. They measure countertops and can install 2 weeks later. They also order the most current sinks. I am very happy with them and plan to use their granite for my kitchen remake.

We are very happy with the countertops IntelliStone supplied for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. It was truly a pleasure working with their staff. Their services are well coordinated and their products are of excellent quality with the best prices. The work they did at our house was top notch, from templating, to providing drawings for our approval and the final installation. We will highly recommend them to our friends.
