I highly recommend this “previously owned” location. If you are looking for some straight shooters and are tired of the typical used vehicle runaround try these guys! Patrick Selby was great to work with, he was very helpful thru out the process. Jason Vaughn is the sales manager at this location and was also a pleasure to work with. We ended up trading in one of our vehicles and ended up getting help from John R who helped by giving an attractive offer for our trade in. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I find myself in the market for another vehicle.

I went into the DarCars Toyota on West Patrick because I saw a vehicle that caught my eye. I was greeted by a really great salesman named Bill Mitchell. He was not your typical pushy sales man and after talking a little about what I was looking for I went on my way. Long story short after visiting a couple other dealerships and getting your “typical” salesperson I was back to see Bill and purchased a vehicle. Don’t let the facility on West Patrick fool you, there staff is amazing! 10/10 will visit again!

I was quite pleased with the experience of buying my car. Jonnathan and Jason made the process pretty painless answering all my concerns since I hadn’t bought a car in 16 years so lots to learn about in newer cars. Although we had to go to the main store to do the paperwork Eric took care of things in a timely manner.

We were surprised to discover that the used-car buying experience with Kevin was not only painless, but enjoyable. We did not experience any high-pressure tactics as was our fear upon visiting a dealership. We were greeted promptly and enthusiastically. We were allowed to make our decision on our own terms. It was an easy one considering the quality of the vehicle we purchased. We received fair terms for our trade-in and felt very well treated throughout the financing process. We will probably make the trek to Frederick when it is time to make our next vehicle purchase.

Everything went great until we got to the business office and started to get out numbers down. We received exceptional customer service from Joe Jacobs, he was extremely helpful and friendly and would recommend him but the guy who helped us at the business office was extremely rude. We understand that there are guidelines to be followed and we completely respect that but there was no reason for this man to treat my husband the way he did; I don’t know if he got frustrated but we felt pretty insulted by his rudeness; Everyone has bad days I guess and I may not know if this man is going through a difficult time in his life so I just hope it all goes well for him, we just thought he had a pretty bad attitude from the moment we set foot in the office.Even though the whole situation was pretty upsetting we were happy by the service we received by Joe Jacobs, thank you so much for everything!

I recently bought a used car from DARCARS Toyota of Frederick and everyone I dealt with was outstanding. I had some unique and timely requests that may have put them in a tight spot. They not only met my expectations and time constraints, they far exceeded them. To further complicate matters, I was an out-of-state purchaser who could not purchase the vehicle in person, but they clearly had experience with this situation because everything was handled very promptly. As it relates to the quality of the vehicle, it is virtually brand new with the exception of a few more miles than a new car would have on it. My 2009 Camry failed the oil consumption test so parts were ordered. After about three weeks, Kenneth from service called informing me the parts were in. As the repair would take 2-3 days, I was offered a complimentary rental car for the time. Car in on Monday, car finished midday Wednesday. No cost to me. Great job by Kenneth and his service team!

In early June 2019 my husband and I began our search for a luxury SUV. After test driving several new models, we found a nearly new BMW X3 M40i offered for sale at the Rockville Darcars location. Since we live in Frederick and know all too well how painful the experience of traveling the I-270 corridor can be, I contacted the Frederick Used Car Center manager Paul Foltz, on a Sunday evening, and asked if it was possible to transfer the car to Frederick for our consideration. He had the car transferred to Frederick by noon the next day.When we arrived at the Used Car Center, Paul introduced us to Tyler who was very courteous and enthusiastic about helping us from start to finish in making our buying decision. Suffice it to say, the entire staff, from management to the business office, worked diligently to make us feel like valued customers without the uncomfortable pressure to buy the vehicle we requested. We did purchase the M40i and we couldn’t be more pleased with vehicle.Prior to completing the purchase, we did a ton of research and pricing analysis. Darcars truly offered not only the best overall value for the car we purchased but they gave us a priceless customer experience.

Dealing with a bunch of rip off artist. 1. Bought a truck from there. After about 1 year it said right rear door ajar. Took it in. They told me the lock actuator needed replaced for about 475$ also needed brakes and rotors for about 700$ just for the rear. Took it to another shop. Loose wire on the actuator no parts needed. Got brakes and rotors for less than 1/2 that. On top of it all the mentioned I might need a new battery for 260$ lol. Feel sorry for anyone who gets ripped ofc by them.

These people are very shady; they tell you one thing at first, n then come back n lie as if they think youre stupid. They are not honest. All my years buying cars, I have never dealt with any Dealership like them, n certainly hope I wont ever again. Very bad experience with them; would NEVER recommend them. Personally, I do not buy used cars, so i wouldnt be dealing with them in the first place anyway; I was just trying to cosign for my daughter...wrong stop. Never again...they deserve no stars.

Did not fill up the windshield fluid even though on the report it said they did. Small, but because of this I figured I dont need to buy it myself and it ran out today. It was good experience otherwise.

Horrible customer service. They sold a car with a broken transmission to me. The salesman blame the service department and the service department blames someone else. They have had my car for over 3 weeks for a transmission “that didn’t need replacing” they said the 1st time I took it in. I had to bring back the car 2 days after getting it back for darcars to admit the transmission needed to be replaced. I would never recommend anyone to buy used or new car from Darcars Toyota of Frederick. Shady shadyFYI I still don’t know when my car will be fixed and any communitcation is from me calling and asking about my car.
