I had taken my vehicle to ACI (Auto Clinic International) for my A/C. It turned out that it needed a recharge. They also replaced a left front turn signal I had known about for free just because they wanted a satisfied customer. I will return for follow up work because they were completely transparent with the repair work.I recommend ACI to everyone for their repair needs.

After several days of sitting idle during a cold, snowy stretch the car (Jaguar XF Portfolio) would not start. Got a jump from AAA and drove over to ACI. Edgar put it on a charger for most of the day and it re-chraged. No need for a new battery. Edgar also gave me a ride home whil the car was being serviced and offered to pick me up and bting me back to pick it up. While the car was there I had the oil and filter changed. Terrific service and I would highly recommend, especially to owners of European automobiles.

Ive only been once so far, based on a friends experience and recommendation. I had one vehicle scheduled and unexpectedly had to leave my second vehicle as well. I worked with both Heather and Jordan who are both super friendly and very helpful. They stayed in constant communication via email, phone and text. The customer service here is excellent. They even stayed a little after hours to finish up and have both my vehicles ready for pickup that evening. The uber and loaner experience was fantastic and such a great service. I will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend this shop to my friends.

Great shop! I had a flat tire and needed it repaired as well as being due for an oil change. They got it done in one day, when I called to get an appointment that same day. The price was fair, and the owner actually drove me home while the car was being worked on. I’ve been coming to the shop for a bunch of years now, starting when they were on Rosemont Ave and will keep bringing my car there. Good service, good prices, good people.

Auto Clinic has been fantastic. I just had my first experience with them, and I couldnt have hoped for anything better. ACI provided top notch service with my Audi S5; totally safe with no physical contact at all. Edgar took extra care to ensure the job was done perfectly - and it was!I highly recommend ACI and will continue to use them.

Direct Injection - needed intake ports cleaned - beautiful job - at half the price the dealer quoted. There were other issues covered under the dealer warranty - that ACI noticed and pointed out - that the highly rated dealer should have pointed out. A very competent group of people to work with - and the loaner car option also saved us a lot of time. Their warranty (36/36) is far greater then the dealer and their customer service and knowledge far exceeds their prices.

My entire experience at ACI was immanently satisfying. Staff were both friendly and professional. I was provided a comprehensive diagnosis of the problem and a recommended approach for resolving it. They also compiled a top-down analysis of my vehicle along with pictures. I greatly appreciated their transparency. No one wants a $3000 repair bill but these folks make it as pleasant as possible.They had continuous updates as to when the parts would be in which helps you manage the repair.Not many people have the luxury of a spare vehicle when theirs is in the shop. ACI has you covered with free rental vehicles while yours is getting worked on.When my car was finished they did a quick inspection, found a nail in one of my tires, and patched it no charge.They make the repair service as convenient and stress free as possible which is insanely important for busy professionals nowadays.

I’ve taken my German car here a few times. Impressed by the technology used to diagnose your car problem. I appreciate the email you receive with actual pics from under your hood with an explanation of the damage and it’s impacts if not taken care of. Car repairs are rarely inexpensive. However, I think you get quality manufacturer quality parts, friendly front desk staff, and flexibility to make picking up your car after repair easy. Overall, a solid small business. I hope it stays that way.

Technician provided detailed diagnosis for what vehicle problems were and what steps they have taken to found that problem with also images and video. He elaborated in a way that was easy for anyone to understand. Service advisor was very informative and answered unspoken needs. Online assessments is off the chain and easy to use. A stress free experience. I have a 9 year old Mazda that Im getting ready to drive to Florida. It wasnt driving horribly but wasnt driving great. I had an issue with my 2010 BMW 328i and I was not sure where to go. I found Auto Clinic International online and decided to give them a shot. I was entirely impressed with the entire process from their professionalism in diagnosing my car to fixing the problem(s). During the time my car was being worked on, I received text updates (pictures included!) of the progress and the issues that were found along with an explanation of what would be done to fix the issues. The employees are honest and are very reasonable price wise for what youd expect with foreign cars. Everyone that I spoke to from the receptionist to the owner were exceptional. I am so grateful to have a local shop that I can now depend on for future needs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local repair shop for foreign cars.

I picked up a 2008 Mini Cooper to save on gas going up and down the road. The car has needed a bit of TLC. The guys at Auto Clinic International are amazing.The do top notch work, and charge fair prices. I was so impressed with the work and cost that I recommended a friend bring her Mini all the way up from DC to have some work done.

ACI repaired my 2003 Mini Cooper. It needed an engine top end refurbishing due to compression loss in the #2 cylinder. They replaced the exhaust valves, replaced the bushings, the timing chain, the cam shaft, and the rocker assembly. It runs smoothly and quietly now. I would recommend them for your Mini work.

I recently needed to have my AC compressor replaced. My car was at another shop and they quoted me $1,400 for parts and labor. I asked them if I could bring my own part to cut down some of the cost, but the shop refused. So looked around and came across Auto Clinic International. They had very good reviews so I called them. I spoke directly to the owner, Nick, who was very professional and polite. He also allowed me to bring my own part and quoted me literally half for labor as well. I had my car towed from the other shop to Auto Clinic. Nick got my car in and out as promised and did mot charge me a penny more than what he had quoted. The car had not issues after the repair. Also, what i really liked is that Nick did not try to sell me a bunch of other stuff! I truly appreciate an honest repair shop. I will definitely take my car to Auto Clinic for all future repairs and maintenance. I have also recommended Auto Clinic to all my family members in the are.

ACI is a great shop. They recently moved, and the new shop is clean and inviting, which would allow for a wait if you had something minor. However, ACI also is great because they have a fleet of loaner cars so if you have to leave your car longer than a day, that is no problem either. I have to say, it takes the stress away knowing I will still have a car to get to work if need be.Most importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I never feel like I am getting ripped off. They always explain everything they are going to do, and provide options. They also have a number of programs for payment options and programs for warranties. For someone who loves their car and just wants to keep it running, this is your place. Especially for high-end, European cars, I wouldnt go anywhere else. The dealer would probably charge you double or at least 50% more.

I brought my Mercedes C320 in for ongoing ignition issues that my regular mechanic (repeatedly) failed to accurately diagnose and repair. Not only was the true culprit finally identified, but I also received an in-depth diagnostic report in which there was uncommon transparency regarding the cost of parts and service, and frank advice regarding which repairs were imperative and which could wait for a bit. Trista in particular is awesome; incredibly helpful and even maintained communication with me over the holiday weekend. Thanks!

New to the area, read the reviews and took my vehicle here for oil change, lumbar deflate issue and inspection. Inspection failed for laundry list of reasons, $6k in repairs to pass. They looked at the lumbar, couldn’t find the problem and requested $200 for first level diagnosis.Took it to another shop for second opinion. Only one of the items on the laundry list required repair. Fixed it for less than half the price quoted at ACI and passed inspection with $350 bill.Did a independent google search on the lumbar issue, first thread said to check the fuse. Fuse was blown, bought a new one for 48 cents and replaced myself. Took me 15 mins of research/labor and 48 cents in parts to diagnose and fix the problem. They wanted $200 to take a deeper dive...Nice sitting area, but I’d rather stand around a greasy shop smelling like oil that I trust not to rip me off.Rich

These guys blew me away. In my 30 years of life, Ive never experienced a garage as accommodating, friendly, or professional as ACI; it is an entirely different level of service. And if youre reading these reviews and telling yourself, Well, that kind of place must come at a premium, their labor rates are on par with any reputable garage in the area.They actually saved me a boat load of money by standing by their work. After they were done servicing my vehicle, I started it up and the check engine light came back on. Without hesitation, ACI let me keep one of their loaner vehicles, and they held on to my car for another couple days to further diagnose and fix the issue. It ended up equaling about $1000 more in parts and labor, at no charge to me. Mind, blown.I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Excellent communication always. Nice use of technology such as texting and emailing estimates. Fast and courteous never yet had to keep my car overnight. Dog friendly as well since I have had to wait a few minutes a couple of times at checkout they allowed me to bring the dogs in to wait in their clean safe waiting area. I will remain a loyal consumer of their services.

Been using Nick and his team at ACI for almost 2 years. They get my car for everything outside of an oil change. And if my personal schedule was more flexible, they would get it for that as well. Love getting the email with the DocuSign to authorize work once theyve done the diagnostics, and not many small shops will give you a loaner car or pay for your round trip uber when they have your car in the shop.

First experience was impressive; second visit was a disappointment as they refused to work with the third party warranty company I use for my Mercedes. I ended up at In-Motion Motors in Leesburg and my goodness are they good. That stops here. I feel compelled to leave a review for the Auto Clinic International (ACI) because they truly stand out. I have owned vehicles literally all over the world, a result of my chosen profession. Of course Ive owned plenty of vehicles in the US as well, across a variety of states including Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Washington State, Georgia, and now Maryland. ACI has been by far in a class of their own with regards to how well they have taken care of my car these past five years, and how well they have taken care of me as a customer. On numerous occasions I have swung by due to some trouble light or other small issue and not once did they ask me to come back. Whatever they are doing, someone stops and comes out to see what the issue is. On almost every occasion they have fixed the problem on the spot and sent me on my way until my next regularly scheduled service. And speaking of service, as a huge proponent for technology, I am overly impressed with the systems they have put in place to communicate with the customer and that includes the highly detailed report (with photos) that I received as a result of my most recent service. Simply outstanding. So there you have it, in a 5-star rating scheme I give them 6 stars without question. The staff are supremely knowledgeable. Their work is excellent. They have always been honest, straightforward, reasonable and happy to help, especially with some of my more performance oriented cars and mods. Made my first visit to ACI today and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I had an appointment at 9am and arrived a little early. I was greeted by BJ the Service Manager who had my car in the shop in a matter of just a few minutes. Her greeting was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. The service desk and waiting area was clean and inviting. Clean couch and chairs along with TV and refreshments. My service mechanic was Thomas who was also friendly and made me feel welcome. He quickly got to work on my car and performed a very through 50 point inspection. He fixed my initial issue, the AC system and provided a very detailed list of things that need attention. The report provided me at the conclusion was very comprehensive and easy to digest. Details of each systems status and pictures of any issues were included in the report. The report was also sent to me via email for future reference. I truly felt great about the experience, the staff, competence and value during my visit. I would highly recommend. John
