The service master Howard Johnson went above and beyond to assist me with getting my vehicle back on the road after I picked up a nail and got a flat tire. I had to be in Philadelphia for a meeting later in the day and he scheduled me to have my vehicle worked on the same day. The location also was transparent about the cost and time it would take to fix the vehicle. Overall an outstanding service team and Mr. Johnson was great to deal with.

They can get specialty tires, but service is awful. They are very disorganized and even when they call to say my tires are in They have difficulty locating them.

We had a blowout on our camper on I81 in Harrisburg Pa. which was fixed by good sam who mounted the spare. We needed to buy another new tire to mount on the rim of the blowout. I neglected to ask if they would mount it on the camper and they would not when we got there. We had considered buying 3 new tires, however since they would not put them on the camper, we went elsewhere for the other 2 tires. You might want to rethink your company policy as this was the reason given that they would not do it.

They were super fast, price was very reasonable, and the people were helpful and friendly and all around great. I was very happy with their work.

Was in a bind with two blown rv tires and late in the evening. NTB was kind enough to stay a little past closing to get new tires mounted and balanced on my rims. I had called just 10 minutes before showing up to see if they could somehow squeeze me in to get a tire because I don’t live close and wouldn’t be able to get all the way home. They are always trying to tell people they need more tires then what they do! I understand they are in the business to make money, but really I just got a new tire just a month ago and they try to tell me I needed other for the same tire that the threads were showing though.

Poor service. After an entire day, the mechanics had no clue what was triggering my car to act up. After having to pay for a new part, my car ran worse. Heard the manager speaking in the back about driving profits. The guys forgot to replace my engine belt after replacing the alternator, the car went crazy. You’re better off going to Frederick Auto Repair down the street for any real car problems.

They always do a great job and take very good care of my car. The techs are top notch and very knowledgeable. If they dont have what you need they can get it in the store quickly so the work is done in good time.

Bobby was very kind in going over the options for changing the oil in my car. Technician Alex had my car in and out of the shop in no time, and they even have a coffee maker to help me stay awake in the waiting room!

This location is by far my favorite NTB. The service is always fast and the staff is friendly. The last time I was there Howard was able to answer all of my What questions about my new battery and was very knowledgeable.

My friend referred me to this auto shop, I walked in needing brakes, tires and a oil change, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and I was able to get everything I needed done in a timely manner, thank you for the great work NTB I will be returning and recommending other friends as well.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I had no appointment and they squeezed me in. I will continue to come back as the customer service I received was a pleasant experience.

I purchased new Cooper tires from NTB in Frederick MD on August 22, 2020. I went back to the locationon 2/2/21 for a tire rotation, had the service done and thought everything was fine. Over the weekend Iwas cleaning my auto to realize…. miraculously one of my “Cooper” tires is missing, it was replaced withanother tire that is a complete different brand. The only place I have EVER left my car unattended is withNTB. My boyfriend who works in the auto repair industry called the location on 3/8/21 to figure outwhat was going on. He was told to take a picture of the tire, send it in email and they will investigate. On3/9/21, he called back, spoke to a rep who stated they never got the picture. This time I sent it. I call thelocation around 3:30pm and speak to Howard who apparently has no idea what’s going on. I explain myfrustration and that I can bring my Jeep in to have them look at. I go into the location and speak to“Howard” or at least that’s who he claimed to be. I asked if he’s the gentleman I spoke to on the phonebecause that person sounded older…. His response was “What? You’ve never seen such a handsomefella before?”. Already offended by his unprofessionalism and lack of a name tag to confirm who he really was, I again go over the situation. He claims to be the service manager that has been there for several years and it’s impossible for something like this to happen. I said so its not possible for a tech to accidently put someone else’s tire on my Jeep? He advises yes, but is confident they didn’t do it. I asked who has been talking to my boyfriend the past two days and he has no idea. I have all my receipts to prove when my car has been serviced and I offered to provide them but he didn’t take them. I ask to speak to the manager Robert Smith “Bobby” and he was unavailable. “Howard” continues with hisunprofessional arrogant attitude and tells me it’s something they didn’t do. I don’t know if it’s becauseI’m a woman he felt it was ok to speak to me like this, but he continued. I asked for the manager to callme back today and as expected… today is 3/10/21 and Mr. Smith has yet to reach out. I have never dealtwith such a deceitful, unorganized business in my entire life. They lack communication, have no problem taking advantage of others for profit and I will never go back. To be called a liar over a $110 tire and treated unfairly by a manager is totally uncalled for. I’m sure it was an accident and I understand things can happen. But from a customer service standpoint this is unethical and negligent from a company you are supposed to trust. Not only was I degraded but for the manager Robert Smith to not even call me back, just confirms that they think it’s ok to mistreat customers, especially women.

There was an issue whereby part of a service that I had requested was not performed. I believe it was completely an oversight, but I brought it to the attention of the staff, and after a short review manager Bobby Smith acknowledged the oversight and vowed to resolve the issue, which he did the following day. I just ask for an honest shop is all, and based on Bobbys actions I continue to believe that NTB is just that - an honest shop. This was not my first time here, and it will not be the last time.

Had a nail puncture my tire this morning and came in to address the issue. Bobby was very knowledgeable on addressing the best course of action. (Repair vs. Replace) and put me at ease, no shady mechanic tactics you have to deal with at other places. This was my second time there and both visits have been very pleasant and the prices were reasonable. Bobby was very personable and had great customer service. I will be going back for my future needs. The mechanics who worked on the car were great as well... had me in and out quickly. 5 star service!

Bobby was extremely helpful today. 200 miles into my 300 mile trip I had a flashback to the oil change i performed myself the prior day and could not recall if I fully tightened the oil drain plug or only hand tightened it! Bobby had me on a lift in minutes and was able to check it out and get me on my way again. And, he did this for no charge! He was also very professional and empathetic not ribbing me for such a rookie mistake. Nice guy!

Had the tires I needed in stock and was three hundred dollars less than the local competition. Bob got me in right away and Robert went above and beyond expectations!Cant thank you gentlemen enough for taking me in on a moments notice. Thank you!

I must say I was hesitant to come here but after reading the reviews I wanted to give this place a try. I noticed people speaking of a gentleman named Bobby! Well I met him and he was the one to assist me with my car problems. He was extremely genuine, personable, and helpful. I recommend this place and I will be coming back.Thanks Bobby! I have been taking my Honda accord to this shop for over 3 years for all of the service needed on it. I had been noticing a noise in my car for several months but after I took it in for service several times nothing was ever noted about the noise. I finally asked to have it looked at for the noise specifically this week. My car has 65000 miles on it, they quoted me at $1,800 for 4 new tires, shocks, and struts. I picked my car up to get a second opinion and took it to another shop in frederick. The second shop said there was nothing wrong with shocks or struts but the tires had been damaged by never having been rotated when it had been brought in for maintenance work. Needless to say after 3 years of my business I will never return to NTB. Im extremely disappointed, I didnt think they were that kind of shop. Look out everyone and get a second opinion.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a front desk employee. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to the customers. He clearly just wanted to clock out, and dismissed our plea for assistance. As a loyal and frequent NTB customer, he does not deserve to represent your company.

We have used NTB back when it was called Merchants... always had a good experience. That was not the case on 11/05/2020. My husband took his car in to have his tires replaced after he waited a whole week for the tires to be ordered and delivered. The car was dropped off and we left the establishment, only to receive a phone call from them a few minutes later asking for the security lug key. My husband returned and gave the key to the mechanic. We then left the establishment again. We got another phone call within 10 minutes and were told that the security key for the lug had broken and they are unable to get the lug off. We returned to NTB only to be greeted by Robert (BOB) Lineberry, the Service Manager, who handled the situation very unprofessionally. Instead of apologizing and offering to compensate for the damage, he started off by blaming the BMW mechanics who changed the car brakes because apparently the lug was torqued too tight. When we asked if anything was going to be done about them breaking the key he simply stated NO because it was not our fault, it was the person who put the brakes on the car. This was very infuriating and triggered a heated argument between Bob and my husband. I asked Robert if I can speak to the Manager and he told me that he was one of them. I indicated that since he was not handling this situation appropriately, I asked him to please locate the other manager for me. He then introduced Bobby Smith, who is the store manager. Bobby addressed us and gave us an update on the current situation, again without an apology. We asked Bobby if they were at least going to compensate or try to rectify the situation regarding the broken security lug key. He told me NO it was not our fault, you need to contact BMW and ask them why they torqued the lug so tight. (Mind you at this point they had already taken off the other 3 tires without issue). I was in disbelief that an establishment that we have trusted with our vehicle would not even take ownership of a situation that happened to my husbands car while it was in their possession. We then asked both Bobby and Robert if they could at least reimburse the cost of the key since it was broken in their shop, and the answer was NO, it was not our fault. I was shocked that they continued to deny any fault and proceeded to blame the previous mechanics. I then questioned Bobby about why they would not do anything to at least defuse the situation, he then agreed to reimburse the cost of the security key with proof of purchase and accurate dollar amount. We seem to come to an agreement and I asked him for his business card as well as Robert Lineberrys card. Bobby gave both cards to me, then proceeded to say once you get the key please leave and do not bring that car back here. I understand that every establishment has the right to refuse service to whomever they do not wish to conduct business with, but to have such unprofessionalism about it is just pure disrespect! It is DISRESPECTFUL to break/and or damage property entrusted to you and blatantly deny any wrongdoing. I am repulsed by the fact that they NOT only broke something, blamed someone else, and advised that we not return, BUT they did not even put the tires back on with all the hardware. My husbands car left their location with a BROKEN security lug key AND MISSING 3 lugs on one of his tires!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!! Definitely WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR TRUSTING THEM WITH MY CARS AGAIN.

They are not the friendliest people in town, but they do their job. Price is not the cheapest but an average like others.

Fast and efficient. My battery went dead the night before when temps dropped to single digits. I made an appointment on line for the next morning due to time of night when all stores were closed.Received a jump from a friend, arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. The staff was very professional when they took my information. They asked for my keys and I told them the car was still running outside. They immediately brought my car into a bay and started my service. I was in and out within 30 minutes. This team was very impressive.
