Great place to have your car serviced. They fixed a few things on my car then they inspected it for me. I will be bringing my wife’s Jeep in for inspection next week. I wanted to share my experience with this shop. I recently just bought a vehicle from out of state an needed an immediate inspection - so I can start using our vehicle. The service here was excellent - and quick and honest. I need to make a minor repair and that quickly fixed and again the cat was immediately reinspected. I would recommend.

Michael and his shop are top notch. They did a great job with the maintenance visit for my car. I have never had a problem with their work and highly recommend them for any service you need done.

I have known Mike for more than a decade. His customer service and dedication to his clients are unsurpassed. I have taken all my vehicles to Evergreen and have never been disappointed. They fix it right the 1st time and are honest and fair with every repair.

I had a UHaul reservation that got switched to pick up at this service center on Memorial Day. When I arrived at the center I found the shop was closed for the holiday (as it should be)!! I called the phone number and left a voicemail and I’m sure the owner could sense the frustration in my voice. He called back immediately and found that UHaul had indeed switched my reservation and he explained that should not have been done since they were closed for the holiday. Mike (I presume he owner) put me on hold, and had one of his guys on the line in two minutes. His guy drove down to the shop at 8 am on a holiday to help me get the trailer I needed. I could not believe they were offering to come in on a holiday to help me, but I was SOOOO incredibly thankful!What an awesome group of people there! Thanks for the help!!

Great service for vacationers in need!We were travelling through Frederick from Cleveland, OH to our vacation destination, The Outer Banks, NC. The window on our Toyota became jammed in the down position during our overnight in Frederick.It was Saturday. The Toyota dealership was booked solid. Other repair shops were closed. Evergreen, though busy, said they could take care of us and they did, quickly. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and installed in about two hours. They even stayed past their posted closing time to complete the job.Now were back on the road only slightly behind schedule. Without Evergreens help, we might have lost a whole day or more.And the price was reasonable.We highly recommend this service center.Thanks, Evergreen.

Over charge 650 for a starter and charged for ground wire. Stirn clear of them there is to many other repair shops to choose from in frederickYOU WILL NOT OVER CHARGE ME AGIAN!!!!!!!!

Love this place. They have great pricing, fast service, and are honest. I used to just have my husband fix things, but for the price, quality, integrity and fast turn around time, Its worth it to go here. Highly reccomend!

Worst Shop EVER!!!!!!!!!They had my car for almost a whole week. They test drove it twice and put it on a lift and said it had front end issues. They gave me an estimate and wanted to charge me almost $300.00 over my $50.00 deductible. When I called my insurance company they told me Evergreen was charging almost 3 times the amount for one of the parts. I went to have my car towed to the dealership where I bought it and Evergreen wanted me to pay for the diagnostic they did on my car. I advised the manager I did not sign anything and they were trying to overcharge me for the car repair. Needless to say once I mentioned calling the local police department they released my car to me and I left their establishment with fire under my heals... NEVER AGAIN... Beware of Evergreen Auto Service Center.... If you dont ask questions they will take advantage of you....

Great service, honest, and fast! While traveling through MD, my cars serpentine belt broke and I coasted into the gas station across the street from this repair shop. I couldnt have been luckier to break down there. I called the shop and spoke with Mark, the manager, who came across the street to look at my car and order the parts needed to repair it. While waiting *forever* (90+ minutes) for a tow truck to just get me across the street, Mark took it upon himself to get my car to the shop on his own so the work could be completed and I could get back on the road. This was a Saturday and the shop was supposed to close at noon but they took me in anyway. The employees stayed late, fixed my car, showed me exactly what they did, and what I should take care of next, all without showing a hint of frustration or inconvenience.This was THE BEST service I have ever received and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for helping me out and getting me up and running so quickly!

This is buyers beware service station I took my car into this establishment for leaking coolant and getting low heat and ended paying over charged amount close to a thousand dollars without getting heat in my car. I took the car back and was told that I will need to pay additional thousand dollar for them to put heater coil in my car. This is the point that I realized that these people are reap off. Also tried to charge me for service I did not ask them to do(flushing service)which already completed with the installation of water pump,then claimed to perform the same service to trouble shoot. I couldnt believe it.Dont go to these people I learned in hard way.

“Wonderful experience” I have had issues with my ATS tranmishion for I’ve a year and a half. I have a black dodge Power Wagon with a new 392 stroker with a Procharger. The builder couldn’t get the transmission to work properly without using the bypass and actually burnt up the original trans. I couldn’t find anyone to touch the performance transmishin or check the wiring harness. Well after checking with every shop I could find Friendly garage recommended Evergreen automotive. They were so nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They have one guy named Casey who is a rock star. He replaced the harness and located the problem with the wiring in less than 3 hours. Mind you I’ve spent over $3k trying to fix the trans with in the last six months. Cost??? I was charged a little over $300 bucks. Truck runs no codes. The tech Casey walked me through what he found and how he fixed it. I’m done going to these so called pro performance shops. I have a new service shop! 100% satisfied. My only regret in writing this post is once people start noticing this shop I will never get an appointment.
