Need 4 new tires, and found Tire Pros on the web, checked out their reviews and their website shows a lot of good reviews so we proceeded to request an online quote from them. We received an Email quoted price and replied back with a request for an appointment to have the 4 new tires installed this week. We didnt receive an Email or phone call appointment confirmation from anyone for two days so we called them to confirm the appointment. They said they couldnt tell us if the tires would be available BUT they said they would check and call back in 15 minutes . They did go ahead and make the appointment for us for today at 2pm. We never heard back about the tires. So, on Tuesday we called again to confirm that the tires would be available for our appointment, and were told we dont have them but we can get them because theres a tire place across the street... again they said they would call me back in 15 minutes but they never did. So today, we go in for the appointment and sure enough, they never ordered the tires we were quoted. So, one star for you guys because we gave you three opportunities to make this sale, but apparently our business wasnt importantenough for you. Terrible experience as a first time customer. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. We actually needed 4 new tires, so we went to Tire World and got right in within the hour. Now we have 4 new tires. We wont use your company again.

I came to Tire Pros after a local dealer tried to overcharge me for a service I knew I didnt need. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, and explained to me what they were checking and their thoughts. Rather than wasting my money with an invasive diagnostic they first fixed the obvious problems to see if that would solve the other issues, and it did, saving me both time and money. Recently went offroading and had some weird tire leak. Called in thinking I was going to need a patch and they were willing to work with me, and out the spare on as I still had work to do around the area. Turns out is was just the core of the stem and they hooked me up as it was a quick and simple fix. Great group of people and easy to work with. Ill be back!

I came here just to get my tires put on and NOBODY has a mask on. I told them I had something to do in Hagerstown at 11 so I came at 9 to be done way before. No they have taken 2 hours and im the only one here to change my tires and now I am missing my appoint due to these people not being able to do their job. They also were rummaging trhoigh my car even after I told them my tires are in the trunk. Will never come back

I’ve been going to Tire Pros for years for tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. for my cars. Something more major was going on and I suspected it could be one or both of my rear wheel bearings wearing out. I didn’t hesitate to call them.The staff has always been upfront about cost and never hesitate to answer any questions I have. I know my vehicles safety on the road is important to them.Thank you for all the years of exceptional service from everyone there! I am so grateful they are looking out for me!

I cant say enough about Ron, Kathy, and the crew at Tire Pros! I was able to get much needed tires put on, and I couldnt be happier. Took Bos recommendation on the tires, and theyve proven to be the quietest and best riding tires Ive owned! Ron and Kathy were quick to catch me up on their progress and any underlying problems that would have to be fixed. So glad to see there are still good people doing great things, and doing them at a reasonable price and time-frame! Will definitely be back next time!P.s. they also had a rental car waiting for me when I got there! I was able to get all my errands run while the truck was being worked on!

$700 tire rotation and oil change. I took the car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told that the wheel hub assembly had a defect that was noted when the tire was removed. I saw that the bolt had broken. This happens. I was told that there was a defect in the wheel assembly such that a new bolt could not be fitted. I have never heard of that happening. The hole of the bolt is clearly too large. How did it get that way? I had no choice but to pay for installation of a new one.

Customers beware, this company changed reciepts around to match exactly what my insurance company paid, they accepted money for labor on parts they did not install and on top of everything, they had my vehicle in their shop for 21 days, leaving me with an insane rental car bill. They will take advantage of you, they sure tried to with me.

After a long stressful month of losing air in my tires I decided to call this place being all too aware of how complicated it can be when dealing with mechanics/car services. Ted answered the phone and had to be one of the friendliest customer service workers Ive ever encountered (on phone and in person) and I went in to get my tire repaired quickly and efficiently. I was shocked at how cheap it was to not only have them order a rim, but to replace my old rickety one. They have a cozy waiting room and got the job done quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful but Id say overall Teds friendly demeanor was the major selling point for me I would highly recommend this place during a car emergency.

Everybody over at Tire Pros of Fredrick are very helpful. My car and wheel were shaking a bit when I was driving. I went in hoping new tires and an alignment would fix her up but it turned out my wheel bearing was shot. Ted was awesome he sat me down and made the situation very clear I was even able to walk out and take a look myself. Gave me a great, competitive out the door price over the phone which they didnt try to inflate once job was complete like other shops. It actually came in $10.00 or so less!The best part was their turn around time. I packed my laptop and food, prepared for an hour and a half or more wait. I was SHOCKED when the tire tech poked his head in the waiting room about 50 minutes later saying I was all done! Ive waited longer for a simple oil change, what a pleasant surprise! Everyone was very friendly, I will be going back for my other cars tires and recommend you check them out as well.

My 2001 4X4 Ranger needed a little pick me up. I contacted a few shops in the area but as soon as I talked to Tire Pros of Frederick I was set. The tire brands that I had in mind were less expensive there than the online shops and they had a great variety. I went to their user friendly website and was able to compare a lot of brands and styles of tires. I picked out 4 brands. When I called them I spoke to Mark D. I told him the brands that I was interested in. He recommended the third cheapest tires instead of pushing the more costly set.I wanted to get a larger tire on the truck and Mark had the tools to tell me exactly what would fit and how to make the vehicle look right with no tire rub. I had them raise the front of the truck with a torsion bar adjustment and a 4 wheel alignment.This truck looks great, handles great and at an excellent price! I got exactly what Mark described from the tires, nice look without the rough tire drone.I would recommend Tire Pros of Frederick to any and everyone!Brian McCauley

Everyone here is very friendly and very nice. We get both of our vehicles serviced here, and our son bought a car from here also. No complaints. I like the fact that when I take my car in there, they dont tell me that I need thousands of dollars of additional work like the dealership always does.

Had a blow out on my way across country. These guys were great! Had me back on the road in no time at all. They didnt just fix my flat... They gave me a great price on a full set. With new rubber all around I was able to finish my trip with ease and confidence.

Tire Pros quoted me a good price several hundred dollars less than other places in town for body work I needed to get my car to pass the MD state inspection. They were honest about my options, quoting me the lower price for non-Toyota parts, but letting me know they could also do the job for more with genuine Toyota parts. The other two places I went to did not bother to offer different options OR explain the difference. I have since brought my new car in for inspection and have been getting my maintenance done here instead of at the Toyota dealership. So far, so good!Overall the staff is friendly, professional, and efficient and the prices are good.

Super bummed about this place! Call ahead of time got a price for balancing and mount of $120. Drove an hour down from Pennsylvania, pulled in and started unloading the tires. gentleman says oh, those are 35 tires I said yes they are. he said I didnt know you had 35 tires. Turned out a $120 turned into $270, I drove away. Not cool!

Took my car to the Dealer service shop and was told my car needed repairs that turned out to be lies. Took it to Tire Pros and got a totally different perspective on what my car needed. These guys are fair and above all else honest. Kyle at the service desk was extremely helpful and assured us that the work would be done right the first time and it was. Awesome shop and staff. I had an awesome experience at Tire Pros of Frederick. The staff was great and completed my tire installation quickly and efficiently. Before bringing my car to Tire Pros I was quoted a price of nearly $2,600 for tires, struts and shocks; however, after goint to Tire Pros I was informed that I did not need struts or shocks which saved me almost $1500 dollars. After installing my tires they checked my alignment and everything was fine so I did not have to pay for that service either. By having my tires installed by them I get free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. Tire Pros just got a customer for life!

Just as I was about to leave to one of the selected locations my friend told me about Tire Pros of Frederick. I called for a quote and to my surprise it was lower than what I received. I recently had my power steering pump replaced at Tire Pros of Frederick. They quickly schedule an appointment to replace the power steering pump, however when they replace the power steering pump there were unforeseen circumstances and I was not able two take my vehicle home the same day. The manager Kyle Pruitt did everything he could to get the car fix the same day unfortunately the dealer did have to order the part that was necessary to fix the pump, there was no way of them knowing that that part would have been needed without getting into the pump. Kyle Pruitt made sure that I had ride home, a ride to work, he made sure that I had a ride to pick up my car from work. Kyle also did everything he could to call me down and reassure me that everything was going to be ok and that they were going to take care of me and Kyle and his team did I definitely recommend them to anyone especially because I am a first-time car buyer and that was one of the greatest experiences that I could have. Another car mechanic trying to rip you off. I went there a few times and was decently happy with the work they did. When I got new tires, I tried to rotate them myself, turns out they cross-threaded a bolt on every single tire. It wasnt too big of a deal until I had a flat and had to break the one bolt off to change the tire. They said they would fix the flat and rotate my tired, but i needed another bolt (which cost $80+). I went in to get another tire rotation in which they proceeded to tell me they had to break another one off in order to rotate them (costing another $80+) when it was their fault for cross-threading the bolt. This also means they had lied about rotating my tires the time before, or there would not have been a problem this time. They are just looking to get every dollar they can, even if it screws you over. I would find another, more trustworthy mechanic.EDIT: They have done it a second time and have gotten a new manager. The new manager said he would get back to me to see if they could fix it and he has not done so.

I went to Tire Pros of Frederick because of the reviews on Google. I got 4 new tires at competitive prices and it took about 2 hours, which is normal in my experience. They gave quality customer service and they do offer shuttle service in Frederick which I didnt know until I was there. I would recommend this garage.

These guys are great! I drove over a bolt this morning and called Tire Pros. They told me to bring the car in. Unfortunately my husband was using the car with the spare tire on it and it would not be back in Frederick until the evening. Because they were open so late, I was able to bring in the tire itself. They removed and repaired the tire and then were able to quickly install it back onto the car at 7:30 in the evening. Total cost - $25!!! Our car is back in business. Thanks for the flexibility and great price!

The team at Tire Pros addressed my damaged tire problem quickly. After inspecting the tire, they told me that I could get a few more miles out of it, but reviewed the options for a permanent and long term fix. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and they were honest in telling me that I would only need to purchase a pair and not replace all four as I heard elsewhere. Their pricing, service and warranty was excellent for the replacement tries and expedient service they provided. I would call them first before you check around. They are truly Tire Pros

I am always reluctant to give a review. To express your thoughts towards a experience you have had, your always reluctant, thinking it was a one time situation. This will be a first for me. I had the experience after checking with many tire and rim local businesses, and online places, searching for prices, and just the enormous amounts of product to choose from, and make a decision to what exactly I would want. The look, the quality, the price can be overwhelming when spending your hard earned money. I had dealed with Tire Pros awhile back and was very disappointed with the end result over one person I want mention. After the transaction for my dismay, was offered a $100.00 discount if would ever return, but actually was less, than what I had to deal with, and product paid for, but didnt recieve. I decided to call them to see if the discount was still available, it had been awhile. LUCKELY, I met Ted, The new Elvis, truely it is his passion and the man is good, he can show ya, and is the reason I delbt with TIRE PROS, again. A friend now, who bent over backwards to help me with what I wanted, at prices he would match, and told me he apologized for prior issues when he was not an employee at Tire Pro, but would honor my previous discount issues, and plus. He met my pricing, comparatively, and would go beyond to have me come back to do business with them. He fulfilled what he said. Honesty is the most important attribute, I look for in anyone, and he did everything he said. As a 22 year business owner myself, I know what it would mean to have an employee, who has my best interest at heart and take care of my customers as it was there own business. Those characteristics are hard to find in people and employees and when ya find it you better treat them like gold and HOLD on to them, and value what you have. Saying that Ted became an honest friend, who I admire and value him for his business sense to make a customer happy. He did in me. After using Tires Pros this time, I am truely happy with the experience, and happy with the product, and happy with the extra they did, and beyond, to make my experience a trusting one. From that, I will truely use them again and pass on there business through mine, to pass on trust to others, thats what we all want Im life. I want to recognize John also, very nice gentleman, who bent over backwards once there, to make everything before I left, to be right, and make sure I was happy. Ted is the main reason I will deal with Tire Pros again, and hope he is a part of that place for awhile, if not would be a big loss. The guys in the shop doing the work were very polite also, and bent over backward to get it right for me before I left. They deserve some kudos also. A couple words and a 5 star, is not what is needed here, an explanation is, and why its a true 5 star, is needed for others to see. I will be back, and hopefully dealing with Ted and John, who make Tire Pro worth going to. Value, and honesty, is what we all want, Tire Pros, has it with Ted, and John. Thanks guys.

As a woman, it’s always intimidating when purchasing anything “mechanical” for my vehicle. However the guys at Tire Pros in Frederick, MD. made me feel extremely comfortable and they took the time to explain what options would be the best for me. I have to admit they are extremely knowledgeable and regardless of what “stupid woman” question I had they came back with the upmost professional answer never making me feel like I was out of my league by being there. I have to say though, the best part of my experience was that I was able to save over 20% from when I purchased tires 2 ½ years ago from Mr. Tire. I thought I was getting a good deal at Mr. Tire due to their price match plan, but Tire Pros gave me a great deal right up front. Thank you Tire Pros for such a wonderful experience and great prices.

We had significant problems with the previous management and did not intend to return to Tire Pros after the road hazard contracts we purchased for our 8 tires ended. However, the new management has gone above and beyond, fixing all of the problems created by the previous management. We have been in twice with the new manager and have been pleasantly surprised. As long as the quality of service continues at this level, we plan to keep going there.

Ted was excellent in getting me out the door with at reasonable price on four new tires. I definitely recommend this business.
