I brought my vehicle to University Auto for what I thought was a larger problem that turned out to be much less of an issue. The mechanics were honest and up front about what did and did not need to be done. Jenny was great, and my loaner was a much beloved vehicle with a whopping 540,000 miles on it, which was a credit to the mechanics here that keep it going. Great shop.

Best independent Volvo shop in Frederick! Bought my first car here, a Volvo S60, and have been back throughout the years. They are always friendly and helpful and are very knowledgeable about all things Volvo.

Their labor and part prices are fair, their customer service is professional and positive, they love their Volvos (plus any car you need fixed), and take care of their customers so both the car and the relationship last. I highly recommend them.

I bought my car from them and theyve taken care of me and that car for close to 200,000 miles. Couldnt be happier with the staff or the service. They always let me know when its time to fix something, but also tell me when things can be put off or ignored.
