David (the owner) is awesome️ I have been buying my hair and nail supplies from him for more than 30 years. I admit that I was VERY distressed when he decided to close the Silver Spring store, but because of his fantastic customer service and helpful and friendly attitude, I remain loyal via the Frederick location.

As a little girl my mom used to take me to the silver spring location years ago so when I found out there was one in Frederick it was only right for me to check them out. I was not disappointed. Today put the cherry on top for me. They went above and beyond for me and they are greatly appreciated. Check them out they have great wigs/ products and there customer service is phenomenal! I would highly recommend this store for new and old wig users. The owner David has exceptional customer service and can answer any questions you have!! I am new to wigs (I usually do weave) and the prices and products are great quality. As a new wig user I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered with patience and grace. Will definitely be back !!

He is the sweetest wig store owner I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. No matter how busy he is, he always takes the time to help, answer questions, and assist you. He really offered me more guidance than any other store I’ve been to in the decade I’ve worn wigs. His selection is great, he carries the brands I love, he gives honest feedback which I appreciate. It means more to him to lose a sale than to tell you something looks good when it doesn’t. I’m so blessed to have found this gem. If you are looking for a place to find quality wigs for a fair price, this is the best in the tri state area. We travel an hour to come to see him. Highly recommend.

Went in looking for a simple, inexpensive natural looking wig for my new job and I was greeted as I walked in. The gentleman and lady working was very helpful with the customers that was in the store and answered questions and had good recommendations. I will definitely be using them for products I need to help my building clientele.

I’ve always wanted a store I could count one and let me tell you this is definitely one! I am shocked how nice they where and how much they payed attention to me needs! It’s a great, clean and organized store with is definitely is expectation for me and others! The workers there I could say different! I walked in and someone was one there phone! The store clerk is sooo understanding. One day I was running errands all over Fredrick and I NEEDED to get hair that same day. Well I came 30 min after closing time because I forgot to check when the store closes. As he was leaving I told him my predicament and even though he was already closed AND running late he still went back to the store and got me my hair, twice actually, because the first time it wasnt the correct type I needed. So polite and kind, putting me (a customer) first before himself, now thats excellent business!

I have been going to Classic Beauty Supply for over 20 years for all my beauty needs including Marlys Braids. I have never had a problem the staff is knowledgeable the owner is kind and?Marly has been braiding my hair for 20 years keep in mind that this is not her day job so of you cant reach her by phone leave a message or call again its worth it.

The owner wasnt very nice when i was getting my hair braided in the back, there is a braiding salon. He was ready to close up the store. He made her stop doing my hair, we had to finish at my apartment!

Was wig shopping and didnt know much about it. The woman working in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. Offered to do special orders. Good selection and good prices.

Well the place does not even deserve a star. They do not respect their hours. Unless you have the whole day to wait for them to open, donot bother going there. I was there from 10 to 10:30 along with customers who came and left because they would not open the shop on time. I still left before they opened. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. You guys have lost a customer!!!

This place is a disaster, I came here to shop and the person at the counter was insane. He first yelled at me not to touch the display/ try on wigs. Once questions why he was yelling and why try on wigs couldnt be touched he yelled for me to leave store.He approached me and grabbed me by the arm and the police were called I was in tears and put in a statement of events to the police. The police officer urged me to write this review so others will know STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO SUPPORT THIS LUNATIC!!!

I called to get information over the phone per my stylist and the girl on the phone was rude and short with me. Not very happy with first impression... going to try another store where people have better customer service.
