It was a good experienced shopping 🛍. Not only i found lots of trending products 😄 but the location is inside the mall. I can shop conveniently everything for the early Christmas spree shopping without too much crowd.

First time in Sephora, and buying good brand name make up, and had the pleasure of meeting Ava! I was so overwhelmed before she came up to help me out. She was such a sweetheart, and *extremely* helpful!Very easy to talk to, and all of her advise and tips were pure gold. She deserves a raise! ❤

I have been trying to find a place to match my makeup for years. So far no one has ever been able to match me. Today I decided to give it one more shot. I went to Sephora today walked in the store for a bit before I was noticed. A girl approaches me by the name of Ava. I explained my dilemma to her on how I have never had a good experience. She assured me that I would.be happy with her work. I was skeptical but gave her a chance and boy was I happy. She did an excellent job. She matched me perfectly! She gave me so much information that I needed. Im very satisfied and highly recommend her. Im a black woman so its been challenging to find someone that could do my makeup. Thank you Ava.

We went in to buy lip gloss and this cashier Zainab was the funniest girl ever! I would definitely recommend meeting her because she cares about the quality of the product and not just making money.

I was in the store on 3-26-16 and had a makeover with Maddie. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and very helpful.She took her time with me and taught me how to give myself a smokey eye. 👍🏻👄💄

They dont greet you when you walk in. The shop is poorly stocked and messy, bordering on dirty with cotton pads sitting behind displays. Not sure if all Sephoras in JC Penneys are like this one, but Sephora may want to consider dropping the partnership. Seems it would bring down their brand.

Ive been dying to find my shade for foundation for so long and Michelle was absolutely amazing at helping me! She found my exact skin color through the device and tried the color on that was supposed to be my shade but it wasnt so she did her abosolute BEST and tried on mutiple shades to find the PERFECT one!!! And she did!!! It was a relief having her actually care and want to help me find the best match as well as my new favorite brand on foundation!! My makeup has never looked so good! Ive never been happier walking out of sephora. She made me feel so important and welcomed! Honestly my best experience at Sephora and Ive been there a million time. Will come back next time I need help from her! OH and shes also extremely pretty and has amazing makeup skills.

Came to spend over $100 on Christmas gifts, left empty handed because no one greeted me or offered me assistance. Ill stick to real Sephoras from now on.

Every time I go it’s like pulling teeth to get an employee to assist you, items are always poorly restocked or not available at all.
