I love this wonderful, locally owned Mom & Pop cafe — Delicious coffee and breakfast options! The interior design is stunning as well, creating a lovely, European atmosphere. This is my favorite coffee shop in Frederick. I love their oatmilk lattes, and there are many different options to choose from. The baristas are very friendly and helpful; I love that they take time to chat. The inside is beautiful and a perfect place to study, get caught up on work, or hang out with a friend.

Nice variety of coffee and tea drinks, including bubble tea. Just fill out the order form with what youd like. If you want scones or pastries get there early as they sell out quick. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options.

This coffee shop is really adorable. The coffee and tea are good quality and well-prepared. Service is outstanding and I love the little nuances like them not charging you until you leave when it isn’t busy. It’s a little hard to see from the street, and it’s a bit north in terms of downtown Frederick which only adds to it’s exclusivity. You have to be looking for it. Highly recommend a visit.

The shop is SUPER cute. The people are very nice. The coffee is too acidic for my taste. But if that’s your thing, this place is it!

I visit this town by chance and I’m I glad I did because of this cute place. I really like the interior of this place. The staff were so nice and kind. I ordered latte and it was good. Also, the waffle was yummy.

Cafe is very charming and also the food. they have limited menu option on food but whatever they have is the best. you should try their assam bubble tea with whipped mango and sanme sandwich.

I adored this place, the bubble tea tasted amazing, even my daughter liked it. She nearly drank half of it. I had to give her something else before she took the rest of MY drink! Lol. Next time Ill buy one for each of us. I will definitely come back here.

This is my favorite coffee shop! Their cappuccinos are simply spectacular, and the ambience is unparalleled. I love spending hours reading there. All of the employees are so kind and considerate too! I simply cannot rave enough about Ibiza.

My favorite place for coffee in Frederick. I love the ambience, staff, and the coffee. Service can be a bit slow when busy (e.g. Sunday mornings) but if you have the time, it’s worth the wait.

We were curious about Ibiza Cafe as it evolved from a cute 19th century townhouse into a European-style Coffee house. We love to stop at places like this while we are on bicycle tours in France, Italy, Spain and Germany. The owner and staff are, as described, super-friendly. They are Coffee and Tea aficianados, and I LOVE coffee! The owners introduced my wife to some amazing teas which she loves. Their sweets are always very fresh and delicious. Its a great place to calm down, escape the busy downtown, have a beverage and maybe also some lunch or wonderful Belgian Waffles. The owners are very interested in your safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic; they follow the CDC guidelines. You must try Ibiza Cafe the next time you are in Frederick MD

The man behind the counter was very rude. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee, and when I saw him making a different drink than the one I ordered, he frustratedly said “Well what am I supposed to do with this?!” And quickly became standoffish before encouraging me to go somewhere else, so I left without trying anything.Edit: I see that the owner responded below, but I never asked for drip coffee. I was treated very poorly, and I feel like the owner continuing the argument here is not helpful for either of us.

Fun little coffee shop right down the street. Great vibe for hanging out. Service is always good and friendly. Choose from a variety of coffee beans and every cup is made fresh...and you can tell. I think a good variety of teas too but Im not a tea drinker.

Absolutely charming little cafe with the most wonderful coffee and atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised the other day to find that, while other coffee shops ban all things pumpkin once Fall is over, Ibiza offers an absolutely unreal delicious pumpkin latte that’s not only great but is much better for you and not filled with all the syrups others use (you’ll have to ask them their secret!!). Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place with delicious single origin coffee and tea. Tied for the best work atmosphere in Frederick if you have some work you need to get done. The service is always excellent and the staff are warm and friendly.

I cannot stress how much I love this place! The staff are so friendly, the cafe is beyond cute, and the food/drinks are amazing! I’ve tried most of their bubble teas/drinks and my favorite is the jazzgreen tea. Their Belgian waffles are a must have as well! Extremely glad they opened up and are doing so well!

My husband and I took a day trip to walk around Frederick and popped into Ibiza Cafe, knowing nothing about it. We had Cappuccinos and shared an almond pastry- it was all delicious. The cappuccino was the best I have had in a very long time. The staff was incredibly nice and gave great advice on where to spend our time. Very charming, relaxing space with delicious coffee and pastry!

I’ve been to Ibiza Cafe several times and the owners and staff never disappoint! They’re always kind, courteous, and willing to answer any questions that you might have. The teas are all delicious! I’m so glad that this beautiful cafe is part of our community.

Charming cafe with lots of great options for a variety of taste buds. Has 4 -5 tables outside that wrap around the back of the cafe. Its a great option if you are trying not to sit inside restaurants/coffee shops during covid. The BB&B (black bean and brown rice) caffeine free tea was really nice - mellow with a bit of natural sweetness. Im looking forward to trying more!

This is a gem of a coffee shop! The Guatemalan syphon coffee took an appropriate 5 minutes to make, but it was GREAT. Perfectly brewed with high quality beans and a friendly staff (that wore masks!). Inside was cute with many seats in a spacious two rooms. Highly recommend!

I went for their opening day today and was very impressed with the cafe. The workers were very nice, I had a sandwich which was very nice, they toast it on a Panini press which was very nice. To drink I had the bubble tea, it was my first time trying it and it was so good. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this Café. It was my first time going and I will definitely be back. It was clean, quaint, and beautiful. The menu was cohesive, the food, tea and coffe was good quality. Located right in downtown Frederick, but off of Market Street on 4th Street where there was plenty of parking. I couldnt of asked for anything more. I highly recommend this hidden gem as opposed to the commercialized places such as Starbucks. It has a really nice vibe. Fair warning, the entrance is on the side of the establishment not on facing 4th street. That is a private residence attached to the building.

OMG. Found my newest and bestest coffee shop. Great atmosphere and wonderfully prepared in a few minutes, the best tasting coffee selection in town. No bitterness as some other places have with their coffee and this is probably due to the care in preparation of each cup. Get lemon slices for newest twist in health ( coffee and lemon ) and they win the grand prize.
