When this place first opened, I remember it was always stocked and clean all the time. Now its sticky and dirty with trash everywhere. The shelves are hardly stocked. The kid behind the counter said they only had three people now and this was at 12:24am. You know what? Then close the location if it cant be clean and stocked or pay a decent wage per hour to get some employees that will be able to do the work. This place is starting to look like something on Miles Ave on the East side. Trash everywhere and outside. Seriously, you cant have a rundown location because its a health code violation. Please clean up your image....or.close.the.location. You cant use short of staff as an excuse three people and its not busy could knock that out in about an hour or two. The e employees arent trying hard enough they dont know what hard work is anymore. When I was younger I did this kind of work and we didnt.make excuses we knew we had to pull together and just do it cause it was the right thing to do. The kids today are soft and fragile. If you cant provide a level of service thats no less than excellent than why provide any at all?

The whole place is filthy. Both bathrooms closed down for maintenance nothing on the shelves or the cooler is stocked. Slow service and incorrect items in my order. Go to a different location

I don’t live in the area so I only stopped by this Sheetz once. The store is clean and the service was quick. The lady behind the counter named Lydia was really friendly. Cute too. Too and I don’t live closer!

Always great service! We live around the corner and stop here several times a week for gas, food and some groceries. Food is always fresh, everything is clean. The workers are kind.When we stopped up there for coffee on our way home from picking up our dog at the vet after she had surgery, they gave her a special puppy treat of whipped cream and a dog biscuit in a cup ❤❤❤Thank you for being so awesome!

This location in particular sucks. They hardly ever have anything stock, the food takes a lot longer to be made/prepared compared to other locations and the customer service is garbage. I waste so much gas sitting in the drive thru line then my order. Plus they mess up the order half the time or don’t give you the sauces you ask for. I 10/10 recommend not coming here and driving the extra 5-10 mins to another location.

Good gas prices. Store was clean bathrooms were clean.

Coolers are about 20% stocked. You cant buy lottery behind the counter. They must be having trouble getting people to work. I will visit other options in the area

Ordered some chicken wraps and cheese bites with marinara sauce, never got the sauce with my order and the wraps were cold by the time I got home. Guessing the chicken was not hot when they made the wraps. They lost my business for a long time

Ig they dont have pretzel buns but there was no signs telling me so and i had to pay for it anyway

I just logged a complaint with a manager at Sheetz for their overboard Paranoia about the fake virus. I feel like they are using the fake pandemic as a marketing tool, to appeal to customers who actually believe there is a medical crisis. I informed her that it is a federal crime to participate in a fake medical crisis.My child plays at the park and no one wears a mask, but because of the overwhelming face mask propaganda at Sheets, the atmosphere is weird, and uninviting for those of us who know the pandemic is fake.I can understand limited participation to avoid fines and lawsuits, but this is disgusting.

If you like waiting 30 minutes for your food this is the place for you. 3 orders in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get my food. No other sheetz takes this long

Came to this Sheetz on 9/3. The guy at the counter named Anthony was so polite and kind! I haven’t ever seen anyone that nice at that location. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t gotten one!

Pop mix is off and placed an order for food with the app and the never made my order after I waited 20 min.

Marissa and Billy were absolutely wonderful and patient with me and my friends! Great customer service I will be back.

This is the worlds slowest sheetz on the planet. Doesn’t matter what time of day. If you have the patience of a Buddhist monk, this is the spot for you. If you don’t, go to Get Go

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for some of the salespeople at this Sheetz. Im handicapped and need help with my gas for my car. Anthony and others have always been very helpful and kind when Ive had questions or needed help. Theyre drive-thru is fast and courteous. I highly recommended this Sheetz.

Coffee station was kind of dirty but the works were fast and friendly. Also the food is OK but no great. (To he expected from sheetz) lots of gas pumps and parking spaces here. Overall I’d say they 3 stars out of 5

Usually don’t have a problem with them, but at this location They messed up my sandwich yesterday, went back today and got the wrong sandwich completely. Not very happy with this location.

I have never been to a Sheetz that has been disgusting or dirty until just now. No toilet paper in any stall, paper towels all over the floor, pee on the floor and puke. Omg.... Im so disappointed. I usually really like Sheetz. I wont let it deter me from going there again, but I really hope it doesnt happen again.

When I first came here I thought it was a cool place, but the last time I was here and including today definitely changed my perspective.. After I ordered my food im standing right there and the guy shouts out my number and just throws my bag on the counter with no professional customer service skills.. And the bag was dirty.. I just walked out because I was on my lunch break but I hope they changed they customer service behavior or I will not be returning.. SMH!

Car wash says it is 7 foot tall. My truck is 69 and the bar hit at the middle of my windshield.

Why when you order potatoe skins you dont get cheese? This is now the second time ive ordered and they had no cheese on them. The picture on the touch screen clearly shows cheese so i can figure out i need to add lettuce, bacon and whatever else i want on them, but i have to order cheese??? I didnt even get cheese on my quesadilla! A staple of a quesadilla is cheese, but all i got was a tortilla, some chicken and a splash of buffalo sauce. For a convenience type of business this pretty inconvenient. Not sure if ill be back for a third try to be honest.

They called my number while I was I line to pay and then the cashier didnt scan the food ticket. So I stood there waiting for 15 minutes only to find out that my now cold breakfast hadnt been paid for yet. I didnt pay for it and will never spend another cent in this place.

First time at this one. Got a wrap for $5.19 that had 1 piece of turkey, 2 slice of tomato, and 5 olives. I wont be eating there again. What a rip.

We frequent this location for my obsession of jalapeno poppers. 9/10 times they forget your dipping sauces. Its disturbingly common. Honestly. Ive eaten here 4 times in a single week and not once did I get the dip!
