Great staff, amazing vibe, great music they have a headphone system to were u can choose from two different genre of music, we were seated outside on 50 degrees night and that wasnt a problem since they provide heating, Britney our waitress was amazing she kept them drinks come fast and kept checking on us, overall this was an amazing experience and were definitely going back

I have been about six times every time I go there I have a great time. But I dont like the BOB Marley shot wasnt good at all, I dont know if they change that shot or something or was the BOB Marley mix drink that I had before but I dont like the shot.

Good food and hoohak experience. I really enjoyed the headphones while seating outdoors.

I was a regular here when it was under the past ownership; I watched it decline over the years, to the point where it desperately needed help. Thankfully it is finally living up to its potential. The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is delightful. Our server was polite and attentive, without being overbearing. Each hookah comes with a new hose unpackaged in front of you so you can be sure there is no cross-contamination. ( Thoughtful step in these times) Considering that today is their first day I am very optimistic about the future. Overall a very pleasant way to spend an evening.

The staff could be attentive and could use some good music. I went on a weekday and food and hookah was great with many flavors ( including paan my personal favorite).

I like this spot . It’s unique to downtown frederick . good r&b tracks, lively crowd and hookah is solid . It’s a good hookah lounge and saves a drive to dc /nova for one .

Frederick could use a good hookah bar but this is not the one. An inconsiderate manager makes this place truly an awful addition to downtown frederick. The previous ownership was much better, I urge you not to support this business.

Service was awful. I had to ask for my drink five times before I finally got it, though she took my money quickly enough beforehand. Never got the second hookah my table asked for and after waiting for it for an hour, I realized she forgot. Again. But I hadnt paid for it yet, so I didnt bother reminding her. All in all, it was fine. Not great, just fine. Definitely will pregame beforehand next time, cuz the service was glacial

Great bar, I don’t really like the food, the hookahs are average, but the staff is very welcoming. In particular, a very pleasant bartender, very beautiful with an incredible smile that charges for the whole day. In general, I will come here while it works for you. Also a very nice security guard, very friendly and well-mannered. Even in spite of my bad English, they understand me here, thanks again

The new ownership is awesome. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. They keep everything well-sanitized and use disposable, prepackaged hoses and mouth pieces for the hookahs.

Went here during the hours they said their open but they were closed. Drove all the way from WV for them not to adhere to their own hours. Went to the bar a few blocks up and it was amazing service and they were open when they said they would be

I went here to catch up with a friend but we had to leave because the bass was so loud it hurt her ears. Felt like we were at a high-school party all over again where you have to shout at someone beside you just to have a conversation. It does look better inside then it use to so hopefully they can figure things out. I will visit again someday and adjust my review if they have figured out their music problem.

I never leave this kind of review because honestly I don’t have the time. But beyond the google review I will be reporting this establishment to the BBB. The old owner was God sent but this new owner/ management is callous in their approach to customer service and Their total disregard for public safety is disgusting, especially during such a time as this. It is not worth risking your health or money at this establishment.

Awesome place, dont mind the bad reviews! The Owners are really sweet and very engaged with the customers. The food is real good and the hooka and drinks are good and fairly priced. I had a really good time and I am coming back this weekend!!!

The management changed over since we were there last and it is miles better than it ever has been. If you’ve gone and been disappointed in the past, its worth a revisit.

Most of the time the staff is really nice. Hookahs are good. Very good variety of food and drinks. Sometimes it doesnt feel 100% clean but its decent. Most of the time really dead.

Excellent place to hang out. Good service. Seating is very comfortable. You can smoke hookah, drink alcohol, large selection of food menu and watch sports all at the time. Very laid back. You can definitely relax and enjoy your time. I will always keep coming back.

I just visited there for the first time last night. Its a beautiful place, the clientele were so nice, the owner is nice (and very cute!). Hes starting a belly dance show there on first and third Saturday nights. Its a long drive for me, but worth it because the place is so nice. I will be performing, and other dancers, too. Frederick is such a beautiful town.

I tried this relatively early on the weekend and there was plenty of space. The music selection was on point and it wasnt too loud to have a conversation. The later into the evening you go, the more crowded and noisy it becomes. Hookah is about as good as you can expect and the prices are at a good spot too. Friendly staff from what Ive seen.

Its a good place. Cool vibe. Its usually dead. And after we had mad so many purchases, including the hookah, fries, 2 sodas, 2 waters, and about 5 coals. They asked us to leave for loitering. Skrew this place and the b**** waitress we had.

Cranking the bass until 1am and later, we will be filing noise violations on a regular basis against these guys I have a feeling.

My friends and I went for the first time and probably the last. We sat down and the waitress gave us a stank face for not knowing what we wanted to drink only 5 seconds after sitting down. We let it slide and started to look at the menu, after a quick glance, we were ready, but we waited for 10-15 mins and no one came back to ask if we were ready. The waitress sat in the booth next to us with the other waitress and started eating their food. I understand that after a long day, one will gethungry, but she didnt even bother to look at our table and see if we were ready.

Hookahs have been really bad lately. Theyre just dry and make you cough. The owner hangs out on the sofas. He also plays chef when he sends the chef home....he cant even cook wings. Our server was good. She just took forever to bring us drinks when it wasnt even crowded.

Nice hookah bar. The food is average and the playlist is always the same. There is pretty wide choice of hookah.The service is usually nice but dont change of table too often, they dont like it very much.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When you think of a hookah bar you expect a place to chill and socialize. The music here is way too loud you have to shout to be heard. Far from chill. If they want to be a crappy music playing night club they should advertise as such instead of the misleading thought that you could relax and have a good conversation and enjoy some hookah. Worst place in Frederick I have been to by far. Save your money people!

Environment is great... servers are on point, but there hookahs are 3-10. Prepped lazy, terrible pull on the hose, its clear whoever is making the hookahs and prepping the shisha are improperly trained. Certainly not worth the price I paid.

The servers Monique (aka Mo) and Fantasia (aka Tay-tay) are really helpful, also theyre hot. This place is definitely better than Hooters

This place is one of my absolute FAVORITE spots in Frederick. Great music and atmosphere. Expect hip hop and r&b with sports on all of the Tvs. I would describe this place as chill and laid back. Never seen a scuffle nor drunkin idiots. The waitresses are nice and pretty cute as well. Decent bar food and great drinks. Now for the finale! Plenty of choices to mix and match flavors for your shisha and individual mouth pieces provided for sanitary reasons. The prices have gone up a bit since I lived down there (2012/13) but you still get to share with friends which other hookah places rarely allow at a decent price. The owner is also a kind smiling man and is a pleasure to chat with. The only cons would be the seating and the bathroom. There are private single bathrooms for each sex. The issue is it being a hot spot for the night life means mad people using the bathroom and the girls trying to keep themselves clean tend to urinate on the toilet seat and floor. Very unpleasant. Seating is minimal unless you want to be on a barstool. The most comfortable spots fill up quick. Despite those two issues the spot itself is a fun relaxing place to go with friends and relax. Definitely recommend.

Cant begin to explain how unhappy I was with my service this past Friday. First of all we went there for my birthday. I waited well over 15 min for a simple drink. Then we waited the entire time for shots that never got delivered even thou we asked not once, not twice not even 3 TIMES before I just said forget it. Not to mention we paid our bill in cash and the waitress had the nerve to swipe some of our change for herself. Thats not even the half of it- one of us ordered a pizza and after waiting for over 45 min we finally asked what the deal was and all the waitress had to say was well it takes about 15min to make We had been sitting there for 45 min at this point may I remind you. It was the first place we went for the night and it will be the last time we go there. Extremely disappointing. Not to mention there was BARELY anyone there.

I came to the place to get Greek take out. One of the employees is sitting in the lounge staring at me and some other potential customers at the door, which is locked during their open hours. Not a major issue- simply someone not paying attention.However, the place looks dirty, my falafel were burnt, my gyro was disgusting, and the hostess long hair was in my food. I wont be going here again, nor would I recommend that anyone go here for anything besides hookah.
