It was 4 something on Saturday may 15. It was a fast in and out. The guy at the counter clearly new there stuff (wish I looked at name card). All i know is he had brown hair. He went over what anyone that works with donuts knows. I played it off the nicest I could. Got my donuts and went. 5 stars dude!! Excellent job!

Love it every time we go! The staff is friendly and engaging and seem to work very well together, even when theres large groups coming in like tonight. I think it was a group of about 15 people. The staff jumped right in and got everyone taken care of as quickly and efficiently as they could. Everything is always clean and the doughnuts are always fresh and wonderful.

Went through the drive thru on this visit to pick up some donuts for a friend. I added an ice coffee as well as ice never had one from Krispy Kreme. I got 3 pumps of vanilla syrup added but it was way too sweet for me and I forgot the cream when I ordered, thats on me though. Service was good, helpful at drive thru. Will try again for ice coffee.

My wife is pregnant and woke up with a craving. I had a free birthday dozen glazed reward about to expire. It was a win win win. The extra win is for the coffee. Everyone working was great.

Friendly Staff and Clean! My only complaint is the little tiny bit of Kreme that they feel the donuts with, also some of the donuts was a bit hard maybe older, but was still good and looked good!

I am from Colorado, I havent had Krispy Kreme in 3 years. I was so excited to get Krispy Kreme. I showed up and the drive thru window had a line wrapped around the building that literally was not moving. So I decide to go in. Thats when a worker comes out and locks the door, then proceeded to motion to me to go to the drive thru. I will NEVER come back to this establishment. Disgusting customer service.

I stop here occasionally because the donuts are amazing! The shop is cute and very clean. All the employees are very friendly and have great customer service.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and this shop is a good one. Though you do need to go early in the day if you want to get specialty donuts for St Pattys day etc. The staff is nice and if they make a mistake they will make it right. I would suggest this location to anyone.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They had every doughnut on the menu available and made plentiful. The service was quick and the store was clean. The hot doughnut sign wasn’t on, so they were cold. The doughnuts were packaged a bit sloppy in the box, but still tasted yummy of course.

I used to love Krispy Kreme but it has gone down in quality over time. I used to get KK at lease once a month but i dont go at all anymore. The chocolate donuts started to taste alcoholic which means the chocolate is starting fermentation....disgusting. The glazed donuts got oddly sweet and started getting a bitter confectioner taste.

The donuts are tasty and fresh. The whole family love them.

I just wish this place was closer to home....but my waistline is so glad they are not! These are true doughnuts where the dough has a fresh flavor and your mouth can instantly taste the difference. Forget DD or any others as they are secondary mass produced items. Also the coffee is great, service is swift and kind and they will pick the warmest doughnuts for you! WOW - this is what a doughnut is supposed to taste like.

Donuts were delicious as always. The staff got my order wrong which is abnormal but, it was a happy mistake because we ended up with some amazing St. Patricks day donuts.

Save yourself time. Went to This Krispy Kreme location and they only had about 20% of the donuts on the menu. As well as advertised donuts they didn’t have. I ended up moving on and went to Dunkin’. As did the guy behind me. It’s a shame.

When you think of Krispy Kreme, Im sure you are like me and think of warm and sweet doughnuts. When I visited today, all I was thinking was Why are all the employees so close to each other and standing around? I ordered two doughnuts and two hot drinks and as fast food is concerned, this was not very fast. And given the current pandemic with social distancing, it worried me to see so many people together in a small place, appearing not to be doing much. Then, our doughnuts were cold (I thought they were always warmed). The drinks are okay but man, this was a let down overall. I felt rushed once our items came out - I asked for a receipt and the employee said thanks for coming. No, thats not what I said....please give me the receipt so I can share my disappointment and make sure I didnt get overcharge.What are the COVID-19 regulations for this franchise? And what happened to the great customer service? I wonder how long this franchise last?

I went to the drive through this morning to get 3 donuts and it was $4.39 and I have her a $5 bill and the girl gave me back .26 cents change. She said that was all the change they had there! She didn’t ask if I had the change which I did and would of gave it to her. Instead she figured it would be ok to just short me 35 cents. It wasn’t the amount of money it’s the principle of the thing. And she never apologized or even said thank you. I had to get to work and didn’t have time to argue about it. But needless to say I won’t be returning here. I think it’s bad business to just give back whatever change you say is in the register. How many other people did she cheat money out of?

The Buckeystown MD location staff are extremely rude, and then had the audacity to sarcastically saywish a have a nice day as I was leaving the building. I was polite and respectful, and was met with rudeness and sarcasm. This location I will not be patronizing ever again!

I drove for the first time to the Buckeystown, Maryland location of the Krispy Kreme donut restaurant after moving to the Frederick County Maryland area from Howard County Maryland this previous month of April 2020. They have specials every week for low prices and alerts for fresh baked donuts. So far, we have been given and served fresh donuts and drinks when we ordered/purchased a few times. Me and my family ask that their prompt service and fresh food does not stop or go back and forth. Thanks to the Buckeystown, Maryland Krispy Kreme Donut restaurant for their prompt and delicious food and drinks. I am adding to my review today March 16,2021, because the Krispy Kreme donut restaurant service and quality of their food have become back and forth of bad and good service as I asked that they would not. They have been giving stale donuts. I usually purchase their special lower priced dozen and they fill it with donuts that are mixed with stale and fresh donuts. People do not care of people especially good and respectful people, because they just take advantage and greedy. They do not care of losing good people and our service, because they already have power, many relatives/people, and wealth. They just serve to hurt and control people with their giving, not giving, bad service or good service, quality, etc. controlling and manipulating until they have their benefits and needs met. People are professional at being evil.

It was national doughnut day and the staff was completely prepared. The line was long but fast moving, and the service was still friendly.

It is expected that if the business can not provide the expected product, return their money and keep your product. Substitution is not acceptable if both parties does not agree to it!

Ordered in advance 14 dozen assorted. They were boxed before I arrived. When I got to my destination which is three miles away. I opened them and realized they were left overs from the day before. I was very disappointed as they are usually fresh. This is unacceptable.

Excellent fresh display of wondrous donuts..not cheaper individually, as the standard donut is now $1.50, a far cry from the 15 cent donut I recall from my childhood (a long time ago). The counter staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And these donuts are fresh, as you see them on the conveyer belt being made!

Rude manager! refused to help me because I was on a bike and told me I will not be served if I walk through and was told i need to take the bike through or not at all and through his hands up and walked away. then I watch 2 Harley bikers walk through and be served. Rude staff and they pick and chose policys to enforce and who to enforce them on in a moments notice

Nice place for donuts, I particularly when you see the ubiquitous red light on outside. It Donuts are all excellent, but maybe slightly over sugared. But - they do melt-in-your-mouth and I guess thats really what Donuts are supposed to do after all. Ive never been disappointed, and who knows how much weight Ive gained by going to this place. Well worth the trip.

Best Donuts ever!!! Great selection of many different types of donuts. You can go inside this store and actually watch the whole process of the donuts being made fresh per order. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is very clean. This location can get crazy busy though, which would be the only downside for it.

I appreciate the team here for helping the morale of the soldiers here at Fort Detrick. Were here with yall and hope to come again soon!

Apparently when the hot sign is on you have to explicitly ask for hot glazed or they just give you the cold stale ones. Also didnt have the specialty banana pudding flavor. Sooooo disappointed when I specifically made a trip out for it and settled for hot doughnuts and got old ones.

The donuts were fresh as always. They have seasonal key lime, strawberry and pineapple donuts that were OUTSTANDING! The young staff was very professional, patient and courteous too.

Showed up after work at 6:35am...they didnt have glased donuts and, the ones I received were cold as ice and hard. I, then, had to ask for my drink because all she handed me was the cold donuts. Never again. Will not reccomend to anyone.

Donuts are yummy but dont fret the mobile pay app... loaded $20 on mine, manager could never get it to work. Then someone hacked my account and used it all... they dont seem to believe me that I wasnt 3 hours away buying donuts when I can buy them in my town...

If the hot light is on, and Im in the area, Ill be in the store. Its one of my guilty pleasures and love it when they are fresh off the line. The new glazed donut coffee is a bit too sweet, I recommend their regular smooth style coffee to go with your donuts. If the hot light is on, you really should stop.

Worst experience ever understand they had an event but still doesnt mean they need to ignore or lie to customers in the drive thru. Told they where out cinnamon swirl that my daughter wanted and was told to pull up to the front for my hot chocolate. Ten minutes later I walk in to find out no one was going to even take a hot chocolate to me and see 3 racks of cinnamon roll that I was told they were out of. I buy 2-3 dozen donuts a month. And not the first time I have had issues

My first time to this location and it was awesome. While waiting for my order in the drive through, I was handed some doughnut holes for free. Amazing customer service and as always spectacular Krispy Kreme taste.

Wonderful service by an amazing support staff, the donuts are perfect, I enjoyed just about every flavor they offer. I really enjoy getting the warm glazed donuts off the machine. Those are especially delicious. I highly recommend this place over Dunkin Donuts anyday. The quality and the taste are just far superior.

Ordered a Caramel Mocha Latte and it had no taste of caramel at all. Donuts were fresh and hot but this was a downer. Especially considering I paid for extra caramel flavor. Next time I will just order plain coffee.

Fast service with a drive through. I thought all Krispy Kreme locations opened at like 5, but this one doesnt so check the hours. The donuts are freshly made with the quality you would expect from a Krispy Kreme. Friendly staff and convenient as you head to work or running out on a weekend.
