Called the pharmacist to speak about a discrepancy with my medication that was filled. She proceeded to explain to me what doctors dont do, simply to disregard the issue with the wrong prescription being filled. Instead of trying to find resolution she hung up on me. This level of treatment after most people coming to fill prescriptions just came from painful procedures is completely unacceptable. She also spoke down to me as of Im not a medical professional myself and have no clue what Im saying.
My wife and I was assisted by Maria Sutton, store#2567 North Olmsted, Ohio. We were very impressed by her knowledge, experience and concern. She offered encouragement and positive answers. She went that extra mile.
CVS at this location does the job. Wish this store was 24/7. Other than that, I pick up most of my medications from this location. They are good about refilling if called ahead. It’s better to get a text message prior to pick up. Otherwise there is usually a 20 min wait which is longer than most locations.
First time giving a very poor customer service. When I was on the line, then to my turn to speak. She said I have to wait 15 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes as I was only waiting inside looking for some discounted items on sale that thinking of the allotted time my medication is already there. I was on the line again, then my turn to the lady. Guess what? She forgot to refill my medicine and said I have to wait another 5 minutes that went out for almost another 20 minutes. Hopefully their customer service will get better soon.
I have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with this CVS Pharmacy. I started getting my prescriptions filled at this CVS after a god awful experience dealing with Walgreens when I moved to MD from NY. This CVS has been nothing but absolutely helpful throughout the past year getting my prescriptions filled and mailed to me... In January I switched all my prescriptions over to Walgreens since my insurance, unbeknownst to me, changed my coverage where Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy. I literally spent a month trying to get Walgreens to fill and deliver my prescriptions but they are too inept to accomplish that basic task...fill a prescription, so I switched back to this CVS and the Pharmacist and CS clerks Ive dealt with are as helpful now as they were before. 5 Stars *****
Received a message saying my prescription was ready. When I came to get it they said they were out of the medicine. When I asked them why I got a message saying it was filled when it wasnt they couldnt explain. Then they said they werent sure when they were getting more medicine in which is obviously ridiculous. This is not the first time they messed up a prescription.
ALWAYS understaffed!!! Tried to get pictures developed and came back a week later and they hadn’t even been sent out. Also called today at 4pm to have my script filled-they said 30 mins. It’s now 7pm and I am still sitting at the pharmacy waiting. Do NOT use this CVS!!!!
Not a good experience. I was told they couldnt get my medicine but could not tell me why. They told me my medicine would cost me 600 dollars because insurance would not cover it, but a different pharmacy said I could get a generic for only 13 dollars. This wasnt even offered as an option with this pharmacy. I did not speak to the pharmacist themselves just the girl who kept answering the phone. She did not have any information or any way to answer questions.
Stupid clerks in pharmacy. Ignore waiting customers and are not knowledgeable about products.
The first time I tried to get a prescription filled here they wouldnt take my Medicaid number and the person at the pharmacy accused me of having a fake number (without checking it) I had to pay cash for that medicine. The second time I went to pick up my prescription they told me they hadnt prepared it dispite the fact it had been two days since called in. I was told to wait and after waiting 15 minutes I was told they dont even have it and that they wouldnt for several more days. Im 100 percent done with CVS.
The past three visits-No one is at the front registers. Signs at both registers stating to use “ Self-Checkout”. They should have a sign on the front doors so you know prior to shopping. At other stores; Self-checkout is a choice. At this store-it’s your only option!
All eye drops I needed for my kids that have allergies were 4+ months expired and had no more in stock. I bought essential oils and got home and it was not even 1/4 the way filled like someone had used and put back on shelves. Very disappointed, I spent too much money on it
Worst experience of my life. I clearly couldn’t find something and the pharmacist nor the pharmacist assistant was willing to help me. The place is already over priced and you can’t even get help. Now if I started acting ignorant I bet that would get everyone’s attention.
Wow, Ive always had better luck with this branch than at others but today was amazing. I had a prescription sent to them and before I left the doctors office, Robin called to say that my medicine want in stock for 3 days. Since its an antibiotic, she offered to check availability at other stores. When I suggested one, she mentioned another branch closer to my home that I always forget about. A few minutes later she caked back to confirm my order was being processed at the closest branch and that they would text me as soon as it was ready. Im very pleased with this her service. When you are feeling sick and the smallest annoyance can be awful, Robins quick and thoughtful service eased my mind so I could focus on getting better.
Tried to get a prescription for Xarelto refilled on Saturday, 3/24, at the CVS on Liberty Road, Frederick,MD . Was told it was out of stock and would not be available until Wednesday, 3/28. I went to the CVS in Thurmont, MD - they had the medication in stock and was able to fill the prescription. And they said if they didnt have it in stock, they would have been able to get it within 1 day, not 4 days. I was told that all CVS pharmacies can place orders Sunday through Thursday, with delivery the next day. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to the Thurmont CVS - great customer service. Unacceptable customer service at the Liberty Road CVS.
Super helpful and friendly at the pharmacy!
Usually fast service. Never got a prescription though so Im not sure what wait times are like
Horrible they put all of my wifes prescriptions back on the shelf and said we picked them up! Had to go the entire month without prescriptions because they charged the insurance for them, this has happened twice! Plus every month we came on the same day and month after month they are out of one of our medications. Very inconvieniant considering we drive 30 minutes! Will never use this pharmacy again!Switched to Wal Mart!
Terrible customer service and dumb people working behind rx counter. They clearly filled a prescription that was not allowed to be refilled, and they had it on an automatic refill. Dumbasses. Went to fill my script they said they didnt have any in Stock. Went to another pharmacy and they said they could fill my script however my insurance wouldnt put it thru because it had already been filled. Went back to CVS and found that they had already filled it the day prior because they had it on automatic refill. But yet they couldnt tell me I had a pick up readyThe first time I went thru. Idiots.
What begins with a C, ends with an S, has a significant lag time in processing prescriptions by phone, transferred the first prescription my doctor called in to a distant store in another part of the state, and misstates that it is open until 10 in its Google Maps? You guessed it. Its this CVS.
WRONG HOURS POSTED !!!This site says open til 9pm but closed at 6pm.Drove 1 hour to pick up prescription. CLOSED 10 MINUTES BEFORE I ARRIVED.
I was in and out
