Worst customer service ever.Refilled our gas tank after we told them THREE times that we did not want automatic refill. Screwed us over with an unexpected $800 bill, then threatened to cut it off when we can’t pay it. WE DIDNT ASK FOR MORE!!!
Do not use them. They will call the fire Marshall on you.
I normally wouldnt write a review for a company like this, but they just did something that is just too rare these days. Due to a clerical error, they delivered fuel to my home when they shouldnt have. I called and without hesitation, they worked out a reasonable compromise. The lady was pleasant and didnt give me any grief. She took ownership of the error and made it right. Too often, people want to deflect and avoid accountability. This was not the case with Blossman. Attitude like this will make me a customer for life. Very nice to see that from a local company.
Quality service - knowledgeable technicians, polite receptionist and they came quickly when we needed a fuel refill.
