Rented washer and dryer from them. One wash and the agitator went out. Broght us out a faulty loaner. Finally got a new machine and did 1 loan and a error code came up. They are blaming us for having well water and the clog was due to sediment... really after just 1 load! Time missed from work and the hassle of not being able to wash clothes with no apology or compensation. Horrible company!!

The process was very quick and easy. Garth was friendly and informative. He helped us choose the best product for our needs and explained all of the details of our new contract with us. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this particular RAC. When I called in the next day, the associate on the phone was just as friendly and helpful. I couldnt remember his name but Im pleased with the customer service I received during our visit and my phone call.

Where to begin? You can talk to them but its like they dont retain it. Some days I got 4 calls and other days 0. Garth is probably one of the sweetest people ive ever dealt with. DONT BE LATE! they will harass you, neighbors, family.....everything.
