I thought the service I received from Service King Collision was awesome! My car had been rear ended. First and foremost they are friendly and professional. As far as the service: they ordered the parts needed to repair my car; set up an agreeable appointment time for me to drop my car off for repair; and they provided me with a daily progress report. They even telephoned Enterprise Rental to pick me up for my rental car. My car was repaired and returned to me in in suggested time that they promised me. I would recommend them for collision work!
Absolutely top notch in every respect. Repaired three of my vehicles with severe hail damage. Outstanding repairs, courteous, and professional the entire way. Highly recommend!

I was referred here by my mechanic. It was an insurance claim, and they did excellent work. The vehicle looks like it had never been hit.I was contacted by Service King multiple times, and given all the necessary information promptly. I never had to call them to get information, it was very nice.I was given an initial date after the initial inspection. They called the same day I dropped it off to change the date once the actual damage was determined (which is to be expected). They beat the new date which was nice.Id recommend them to others.

Service King did an excellent job on my car and in record time too. They only had it for 4 days. They contacted me every day to inform me of the status of the repair. My car looks amazing and they are very professional.
The staff at the route 17 office did a great job with my truck and I have no complaint. The manager was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I can honestly say that I have never posted a negative review online about any experience I have ever had but I feel a moral obligation to say something about how horrible my experience at service king was. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks and, during that time I received inaccurate text updates regarding the completion date of the vehicle, was given inaccurate information when I called to check on the completion date of the vehicle, and found that when I picked it up, they hadnt even completed all the work that was on the estimate. On at least 3 separate occasions I received a text update regarding the vehicle date of completion. When I called to arrange for a pick up date, I was told that those text updates were not accurate. At one point, the guy told me he was looking at my car and it just needed a quick detail and would be done the next morning AT THE LATEST. The following Monday I could not get a hold of the guy and my insurance company ended up being the ones to call me to tell me the shop had gotten a wrong part and needed to replace it. Had they just been honest with me I would not be writing this review, but I felt helpless with the terrible customer service I received. The day that I finally got to pick it up, I found that they failed to buff out one of the scratches that was on the original paperwork. I then had to wait an additional hour while they completed that. I live 30 miles away and brought my vehicle here based on a recommendation so I put a lot of faith into service king and they completely disappointed. Being a busy, working professional is tough enough when you need auto repairs but this place made it so much worse than it needed to be. I will never bring another vehicle here and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
During unfortunate times when you get into an accident its great to go to a place with excellent customer service. The staff at this location are really awesome, from the front desk to the crew in the shop. In any circumstance that calls for it, I will be going to them for my repairs.

They were very professional and polite. They took care of everything with my insurance company, which made things much easier. My vehicle was done in almost half the time they had told me it would take, and it looked great! Vehicle color came out perfect along with everything else. I will definitely refer them to anyone needing work done, and go back myself (but hopefully I wont need to!).
Great service. Insurance estimate was very low I was filing through the insurance of the person who hit me, so I assumed it would be a patch job to keep costs low. Not at all. They called me and let me know the insurance estimate was completly under bid for what needed to be done but not to worry, everything would be taken care of. They even had my rental extended because insurance slotted 4 days, it was almost 9 days I ended up needing a rental. The front desk ladies were so kind, and I was kept updated through the process. Sandra was an excellent associate. I will reccomend this place to anyone who needs repair services!
Excellent work, even close inspection does not reveal any clue that a tree branch found its way in to my hood.

I hit a deer and it did primarily cosmetic damage. My car was fixed in the shortest amount of time which was two days do to the fact that the hood and part of the fenders had to be painted. They did an excellent job blending the hood color with the existing paint. This is definitely one of the best places I have ever taken my car to get fixed. I will definitely recommend Barnes to anyone I know.
The staff at the Fredericksburg North store were very professional and respectful. My vehicle was repaired by the date initially promised. They actually had it done early but I had to bring it back to check on a lingering issue. I was impressed when they offered me a rental car at no expense to get the additional repairs addressed. All of his work was performed over the holiday season and they upheld their commitments. I rarely write reviews and highly recommend them for any body / collision repair work.
I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service provided by Barnes Auto Body and can highly recommend them to anyone needing body work.They were very thorough in explaining the damage and the work that needed to be done and worked directly with my car insurance provider to handle all the necessary claim paperwork. They were also able to finish the work on my car ahead of schedule--which was greatly appreciated.Barnes Auto Body uses waterborne paint in their shop and they were able to get an excellent color match on my car--even though it is one of those metallic paint colors.They definitely have an eye for detail--the drivers seat of my car had been squeaking on and off. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to find they had even taken care of that.
Sandra is amazing. She helped me so much by getting me an estimate to submit to chrysler and was fast and professional. Definitely would recommend.
This has been by far the most frustrating business Ive ever dealt with. After a nasty hit and run, they said they could fix my car with a lifetime warranty. A couple of months after the fix most electrical systems got fried. There were leaks everywhere. When the dealer disassembled the car they found the rear panels would have never passed any inspection. Worse of all, the back seat was never bolted back. Neither was the rear left seat belt. When your kids ride on the back seat, you are outraged and appalled by this. So we asked for a different shop to repair the repairs. Now, legally, the Fredericksburg shop is responsible for providing us with a rental car until the 2nd round of repairs are completed (which have taken over 2 months as of today). We asked them to make this reservation; it was not made. We have asked for them to provide their payment info to the rental agency on numerous occasions. It hasnt been done either - our credit card is the one being charged. They are not answering or returning our calls or emails. Our insurance is also incredibly frustrated with them. My experience with this shop has been terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND COMMITTING INSURANCE FRAUD!!!! I was quoted 1-2 days and it will be a 5-6 day job to replace the passenger side mirror! The manager, Sandra, claims this is my fault as I didnt tell her to contact the other location to get paperwork. Then lied to me saying my fiance never told her we were paying out of pocket for a rental. She also said my insurance company changed my claim to give me a lower deductible which is illegal. So either she is a liar again, or the company willfully engages in fraud. Do NOT take your vehicle here!
Barnes did a major repair on my two month old car after a major accident. I picked them because of a recommendation from my insurance agent and having heard their ads on the radio. I didnt know anyone who used then in the past, so I was apprehensive about them working on my brand new car. The work they did was amazing. They explained everything, handled all the paperwork and were extremely nice the entire time. I really couldnt ask for more. The car looks exactly as it did before and drives perfectly. Thanks a million!
JASON LIES. THIS SHOP IS A COMPLETE FAILURE! STAY AWAY.This shop forgot to replace hardware during repair. I brought car back after the bumper stared falling off.met with jason and he tried to say my car was in another accident when it was not. my ins. co. had to have the car repaired at another shop. the second shop as well as reps from my ins co agreed that service kings initial repairs were lame attempts at best.when my ins co contacted jason he lied to them and told them my car was in a seperate wreck when it was not.stay away. this shop cuts corners,lies and will even lie to a ins co to cover up their garbage work.....
