2 year ago i bought a lift from him hes not customer friendly and did come back to adjust the lift as we have part of deal, otherwise lift working perfect no problem

Shawn did something the competitors didnt - He took the time to talk me through what is best for my needs and point me in the right direction. Nor did he try to push me into a sale. The guy took his own time to help me make the best decision. When him and his team showed up, they were professional, easy going, and worked really hard to get my new lift adjusted properly since my garage floor isnt the most level one out there. I would not hesitate to call them again tomorrow if I needed another one installed.

Shawn was amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions throughly and any phone call not answered was returned within an hour. Would 100% recommend doing business with this company. Best prices and product!

Recently purchased a lift from this company and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service and product. Despite any of the negative reviews I had an amazing experience with them and am very happy with the product that I had installed. The installation of my two post lift took under 2 hours and I was guided on the operation and maintenance of the lift before the installers left. Very pleased and plan on purchasing from them again.

Shawn is rude, obnoxious and ignorant where business is concerned. He left unfactual comments in a review of my business. When I called him to discuss he was arrogant then laughed as he hung up the phone on me..Totally uncool. Upon a Google search of Lifts Plus Depot.... I noticed the reviews of his were just awful. Before doing business with Lifts Plus Depot check out their reviews online and record with the Better Business Bureau
